  You can go to help > disconnect... restart PS and if you see "buy this product", click that and connect.

  To solve this problem follow these steps:

  (a) click the Start, run menu. In the Run menu box type in:-services.msc and click OK or press the Enter key.

  (b) in the Services (Local) window scroll up to the help and Support and double-click it.

  (c) change type start Automatic and service status "Start."

  (d) click OK/apply.

  Try to replace spoolsv.exe is located in C:\windows\system32 in C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386.

  Starting from printer spooler services (start-> Run-> services.msc-> printer spooler).

  ·         What is the model of the computer?

  ·         Are you able to boot to the desktop?

  ·         What is the full error message?

  Follow these steps:

  Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

  Step 2: If the problem does not persist in safe mode, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow step 7 the link to start the computer to a Normal startupmode.

  Why would you have aspirations to work many weekends and holidays and be the person blamed for everything that's wrong?

  DBA tend to be forced to make major system work on weekends and holidays because a lot of things they do requires that the system is down and the companies do not like their systems being down during the opening hours?

  When a system has problems, many people blame first the DBA. Then we come to dig through everything, only to find out that the real problem was between the keyboard of the user and Chairman of the user or a developer has been authorized to promote a production code that they wrote while eating lunch that day and has not been properly assessed.

  If this is your first job, initially as a developer and DBA work to learn what they do and what they are responsible for. Offer to help the nights and weekends to get a good understanding of what a DBA.

  Then, after a few years of this, ask to move in the DBA group.
