  My home page has a banner on the top, which includes tabs for support, webmail, contact us, etc. The banner area is empty, but because I know where are the tabs in the banner I can always use them. I had the same problem on my old XP laptop. I also have it from time to time on my Vista PC.

  Your user agent indicates that you use Firefox 5. You can change the name of the shortcut to read just "Firefox". You can name a shortcut all you want.

  I've been around and with the customer service on this - the buttons on the lower right corner of my phon (including red buttons and return) do not work.  I pulled the battery several times and wiped the phone, making it very well run for an hour or two before the return of the problem.  Customer service insists that the problem is related to the data in my phone (?), which is ridiculous.  They keep encouraging me to upgrade, but I don't have the phone for a year! Is the product of the touchscreen just useless and I should get a "BOLD"?

  OK, it's probably a unique situation. I have two iPhones to verizon. One is a 6 sec more not active, the other is a 5s which is activated.   Sorry... I'm a bit confused. Which phone has the SIM inside? You will use the 6 s + as an iPod Touch, but your post seems to say that you will use it as a phone your title says.

  Regardless, I think that you need to activate the "iPod Touch", using a SIM card, and then you could remove it. You would lose any function that relies on the SIM door of course.

  Activation of a phone is a thing of the part 2. One for the carrier, one for Apple. A real iPod Touch activation would be fair for Apple.

  I don't think or other device would do anything if not enabled. Internally, your two devices are phones and probably must be activated in this way. Out the SIM card after activation would be where your phone becomes an iPod Touch.

• iTunes works at home but not at work.

  I recently got my laptop to go in for repairs (broken housing).  Until I sent my computer for repairs, I never had no problem with iTunes at work.  Now that I have my laptop back and update iTunes 12.3.3.17, 64 - bit, it works very well at home but stops responding when I am connected to my work network.

  I can log off of the network, launch iTunes mode safe, get my play music and then reconnect to the network in my office, but I have to disconnect from the network whenever I want to open iTunes up.  To my knowledge, I am the only one with this problem.  Everyone has iPhones for company phones so I don't think that the company's iTunes a firewall.

  I also have this problem.

  I guess that something in the proxy/firewall work is heartbreaking to iTunes.

  I get errors in iTunes while trying to connect to the proxy for a couple years now, but since I updated iTunes to 12.3.3.17 today I can't run iTunes at all unless I disconnect the network.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall iTunes and that made no difference.

  You're not talking Apple here. This is a user forum.

  You are able to use 3D Touch on another area of the iPhone. Use Touch 3D on the calendar so you can add an event? You can read sites when in Safari? When you use Touch 3D on the phone, are you able to recall some of your most recent contacts or create a new contact?

  If you are able to use 3D touch in some things, but not others, first try to restart the iPhone by now the Home and Lock buttons until you see the Apple logo (about 10 seconds). If this doesn't resolve the problem, try to restore your iPhone (make sure that you have a backup). When you restore, set up like new and then test the 3D Touch. If everything works as it should, then try to restore your backup and see if the problem comes back. If the problem exists once again your backup, you will need to configure it as new. If the problem persists when you set it up as a new device, make an appointment at the Apple Store.
