  Should be is a method of additional broadcast, constantly looking for devices. Although should not be unreasonable excessive. Don't think that I ever disabled my bluetooth.

  As long as you remove the device to locate my iPhone, you did what is necessary.  If Apple has problems, they will contact you.

  I have always been able to connect my iPhone to my MacBook Pro, raise iPhoto on the MacBook and import pictures and videos from my phone.  I know having an iPhone 6 Plus and for the first time when I connect the phone to the MacBook, it was clear that the pictures and videos on my phone were not all available at importation.  I still see them on the phone and I did updates and put both turned off and restarted, but I don't see them as being able to import.  I see some but not all.  Any suggestion?

  After reviewing your post, it seems you have trouble downloading pictures and videos on Mac.  Looks like you already have a troubleshooting.  I recommend reading this article, it provides a few other ways that you can get photos for the Mac.

  Synchronize your notes with some program email or icloud you synchronize with.

  When I enter my iPhone photos there are three icons at the bottom. The left is 'Photos' and the law on "Albums". Inside of the Albums in the "Pictures" section, I have 5 112 pictures, but in the icon at the bottom left 'Photos', I 5 053.

  If you have hidden the photos figures may differ in 'Photos' and «All the Photos»

  The 'Photos' view does not show the hidden pictures.  Check your album "hidden pictures".

  If the "Photos of Hidden" album is hidden, show it with "View > Show Hidden Album Photos:

I have reset the settings of my network, off Hello siri and turned on/turned off siri to trigger again. I had this phone for about 3 weeks. I don't want to reset my whole phone. Any tips?

  Press and hold home/sleep set button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone start up.

  Try a forced reboot. I know you need the home button and the button sleep for this, but it give a try.
