Irregular help and Support from Adobe via Skype and Email
Hi all, I expect an answer on the Forum when I received an email from [email protected] Phil Walker.Adobe.
He asked my phone number and user of Skype and we connected via Skype (user adobesystems_24x7)
Their English was not correct and they asked me my user name and password. Because I have no product in, I gave these data for them, even if I found this strange. Then they offered me to give me the CS6 (they said that my CS5 does not work with the OS I) at a lower price. I found everything very weird and said I would contact them at another time if I wanted to buy the product with the delivery (of 950 to 200). They said that I had to do by them via Skype.
Please read this because now the chat support tells me that adobe provides only support by Chat or phone, so that it could be a scam! I find it very dangerous that others can access our data (email and I don't know what else) through the Forums (I guess it is here).
If there are any recommendations to follow after this incident (in addition to changing my password), please let me know

I got this error 16 experience on my Macbook. The permissions for the Application Support folder have been changed.
A simple fix Terminal can take care of that.
Open Terminal (you can just tap Terminal in Spotlight to find it).
Copy and paste this command in Terminal: sudo chmod-r 777 library/Application\ Support / Adobe
Press enter, give your password if requested, and then try again. You may need to restart your Mac.

Is there anyway to get the support from Adobe about the new version of LR?
I spent hours trying to get LR6 to work in the CC. I did everything mentioned in the forums without success. Now my LR indicates that I have a trial! I've been a user of CC since the beginning and now cannot use LR. Is there any support from Adobe? Chat options are no longer available. They just don't care.
Try to sign out and sign in return for Creative Cloud Desktop app and then check.

How do you get support from Adobe?
I can't support or answers from Adobe. Chat: they said that they could not answer my question, I had to call the support phone number. I did it. They asked my phone number and said they'd call back in 30 to 40 minutes. They recalled in 5 minutes. I then put on hold for a little over an hour. And then they hung up on me.
I had very few problems with Adobe in the past 10 years. Always quick and gentle assistance. Now, nothing.
How do we get help? Or are we just out of luck - too big, don't care?
Here's my problem: I am a member creative cloud. I downloaded Flash CS6 on my main computer and my laptop. I rarely used the laptop, but had to start using it. While I was working with Flash on the laptop, I noticed that the Brush tool have not all the options on the toolbar. No size, pen tool, nothing. I restarted the program. Still nothing. So, I reset the program by pressing cmd + option + shift I restarted the program. The right message is come to ask if I wanted to reset, I clicked Yes. Still does not resolve the issue.
In view of this program has been downloaded and knowing that problems can occur if the line "belches" during a large download, I thought that I would just uninstall Flash completely and they go back and download again. No, the button to download said that it has been downloaded.
Now what? Adobe seems cannot help. Any ideas?
Run the cleanup tool (www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and then re - install, we cannot solve problems or help until you do not have the software installed.

I paid for a full version of Lightroom 6 and now, all of a sudden, it's CC with Lightroom and my trial has expired. There seems to be no way to get

I recently got laid off and I had installed my second license of my personal on work computer Photoshop CS3 - this computer has been updated a few months back and now can be turned off so that I can use the second license on another device.
Help Adobe FAQ gives to think I have contact Adobe for assistance with my serial number handy. I've smoothed on the Contact us link and can't find what to do.
Any suggestions please. I need to have this disarms my old computer to work as soon as possible. Thank you.

I spent 25 minutes trying to find someone who can help me. I give up. No way I'll pay hundreds of dollars for hearing if they provide no technical support or customer.

I received a notice of saying Adobe
"Congratulations, your eligibility verification request has been approved."
I had trouble downloading the files yesterday on Christmas day.
and I tried several times. I didn't know they were in folders within my download
folder. I kept thinking that they were not downloading, so I downloaded the 4 or 5 times.
I finally got the redemption code, then the number series but
now it says to contact the customer service.
What I am doing wrong?

I wish I could talk to someone from Adobe. The email told to update my applications, but then takes me to a place to buy. If it is a rouse to try to get more money, I will be upset. I thought that the monthly fee was then you can always get the version more up-to-date. !

I tried the license of my trial version of photoshop elements, but the download is for windows and I use a mac. Secondly, I get an error message saying that the serial numbers provided by Adobe in the received email are not correct.
Regarding the download, the correct trial version going, you should be able to manage on the link below. If you have made a purchase and bought a Windows license so it is not valid for a Mac installation. You will need to contact the Support from Adobe when they go bacvk vacation to see about getting the correct license.
You can download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Should what firewall port I open to the Cloud from Adobe?
We want to use the Adobe Premiere Pro but could not get through the cloud of Adobe because of network problems (error message 'server not found')
