  Acrobat Pro DC subscription includes e-Sign. However, with the license perpetual Acrobat Pro DC, you will not get services e-Sign & you'll need to subscribe separately.

  After discussing with telephone support Adobe, I have entered my serial number for Acrobat X Pro (not the Pro XI I bought) and was able to complete the installation of Pro XI.  Apparently, since I've been upgrading to XI Pro, I had to choose X Pro and enter my serial number X Pro before she would allow registration of the XI Pro that I bought.
