Is it possible to log out of windows 8 on my desk at home, work or windows phone?

Original title: logout.

Is it possible, or how can I connect on windows 8 on my home office

work or my windows phone?

I left it on and my roommate is curious.

If you have configured and tested previously some application of remote control of another kind (TeamViewer, Google Chrome, Remote Desktop, etc.) or remote desktop (integrated if Windows 8/8.1 Pro or Enterprise, but still requires configurations as well, perhaps, router, etc.) then - Yes.  You can remote in and do all that as you were sitting in front of it.  If this isn't the case - other than to call a trusted friend and have do them and then - next time you're at your computer - implemented so that the screen saver locks it for you if nothing else...  Nope.

Shutdown problems (or logoff) are usually caused by a program or process that won't come out gracefully. The program or process may be against malware, or may be legitimate (for example a pervasive like Norton or McAfee antivirus). If you use Norton or McAfee product, uninstall it and replace it with a better program like NOD32, Kasperksy or Avast (free). The Windows Firewall is enough for most people. Shutdown problems can also be caused by old/badly written drivers so make sure that all drivers are updated, especially on Windows Vista and Windows 7.

A.the first step should always ensure that your computer is free of viruses/malware.

  • I can't log out of my account that does not exist

I tried to disconnect from my Windows account, because I realized that I had already done one through Xbox, and my computer has not been cooperating with me, so I went to the Microsoft website and closed my account, but when I went into the menu Configuration from PC, it prompted me a password for an account that does not exist. I tried every single password, I could possibly use, or even recreate the same e-mail account and reset the password for that many times but nothing has worked. Is it possible to log out of my account does not exist without format my computer?

  • I can't get out of Windows live. How do I?

What are the details? I have connected to my hotmail through Windows Live account, and now my email closes. I log out of Windows and its still there. I close the page and open it again and there is my email for anyone to see. I am in a community computer room and cannot leave it like that. How close? Tried for an hour.

Hey! You might want to try to delete the browsing history. If this does not work, you can restart the computer. I hope this helps! :) It is not good if your emails do not close.

  • logging on to windows server 2008

is it possible to connect a computer laptop windows Server 2008. I want to get the server, but I need to know if it will work and if so, how?

    OK and the macbook?

and if the instance of lets say, I installed a program for itunes on the computer 'A' with the user 'josh '.
If I go to the computer 'B' and the log with "josh" will I still be able to use the program.
and for the 3 laptops that are around the way they will connect.

Programs (for the most part) roam with a user in an environment active directory.  A few small ones (mobile apps) could be made to do - although since then, you will need to download and upload files of each opening/closing session - there is a trade-off.  There are other things you could do with other tools to get there, though.

As to the question I ask - what version of Windows 7 do you have on everything?  Is it Windows 7 Professional edition or ultimate edition (if not - you can not JOIN a domain active directory.)

The macbook is possible to 'authenticate' out of the domain active directory - but he won't do all the tricks, windows systems will do.  Well enough, you get central authentication.  ;-)

A computer windows laptop is no different from a windows desktop computer that Windows itself is concerned.  You may need to configure different wireless devices (so you can be connected without having to be connected) or tweak a few other things - but only because you may be using as opposed to wired wireless networks.

  • When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.

    original title: log question.

When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.  How can I fix?

    Hi KERRYYX,

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. When was the last time it was working fine?
    3. You have security software installed on the computer?
    4. What is the full error message that you receive?
    5. Are you able to restart and shut down the computer?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

Try to connect using the built-in Administrator account. You don't need to do it in safe mode (although you can if you wish). If your normal login screen is a display of the user symbol and hit ctrl-alt-del twice to get to login to text entry. Type administrator as the user name and try a blank password.

In addition, this forum has a policy that requires us to refuse assistance with password "cracking".

That said, the last resort of reinstalling the operating system is something I would recommend to your situation. Who knows what kind of environment you might encounter if you can open a session? Software of Dodgy or pirated, malware, viruses etc. In addition, your hard drive may be full of useless data, including the possibility of illegal images. Must I say more? I see you say that you have no boot disk (I take it's Windows installation CD), but a repair shop may be able to do the replacement for you. Get a recommendation for a repair shop if you can.

It is also possible that he has built in installation of recovery/re-uninstall. To learn more about this opportunity, we will need the brand and model of your PC.
