  You can create a model Muse page and then select the "include page without hyperlink" option in the Menu of page Options.

  The menu will display an entry for this page, but it will not have a hyperlink. You must do this for both of the things you're trying to accomplish.

  The homepage by default domain name is what your server host tells you to use.  99.9% of the time rating points will do the job.  If this is not the case, contact your host.
