Is it possible to password protect Firefox? Version 3.6.25
Windows XP. Version 3.6.25 Firefox.
It is a business system, but the owners children visit his profile when no one is in the office (often for long periods). They have already caused serious problems if I want to block Firefox with a password. Is this possible?
You would need to completely block internet access, for example via a router or a firewall to prevent this.
If not, they can always use another browser t access the internet.

Excel password protect each Page/tab/sheet
Is it possible to password protect each page/tab on in an excel file? I have many representatives of sales that day private offers data via this file reports and fear that others might pass this info here if they every left organization.
Thank you
You can use the button to 'protect the worksheet' Review tab to protect each sheet changes, but someone capable of opening the file could post pages.
You should consider alternatives such as:
- Office 365, SharePoint, a personalized list of configuration and restrict who can reach the content based on their assigned areas or this sales
- A file Excel separate for each person with different passwords on each, all stored in the same folder, so you can easily combine them back into a single file if necessary.

Can I recover passwords in Firefox stores for me? I want to have a hidden print version
Mozilla knows my passwords. After a few recent developments, I have not. Where can I find them?
If you click the button Firefox Orange, then Options, then security, you can see a button called "Saved passwords". Click here and you will be able to see passwords that Firefox has saved on your PC.
Also, you must upgrade Firefox to version 12 to ensure that you stay up-to-date against the latest security vulnerabilities. Update Firefox to the latest version

Thank you!
Hi wonderingtoday,
Yes, you can! If you have Acrobat, you can assign a "Password" in the PDF Open, so that only those with the password can open the PDF file. If you do not have Acrobat, you can try it free for 30 days. For more information, see www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

Hi all
I do an editable PDF to send to customers, the first part of the form I filled each time and it will be different for each customer, then I will send the form and they will be filled in the second half of the form.
Is it possible that the wick inserted my password protected so that the customer cannot change what I wrote?

No, except if divide you it into two separate files. Security and encryption on a PDF is a feature at the file level and cannot be different pages or objects of the page.

I'm trying to password protect a wordpad file, could you help me on this please?
Operating systems Windows NT as a Windows XP user "permissions" rather than passwords to control access to the files on your computer.
However, if you want an easy way to password protect a single file, just "zip" and set a password to the compressed folder. Right-click on the file, and then click send to compressed (zipped) folder of-->. Once the zipped folder, double-click the folder to open it and then click on file > add a password

I strongly suggest that you do NOT use the system files of Windows (available on XP Pro) encryption, unless fully understand and have read and respected the EFS file system best practices
Other above, you will need a third-party utility. Google is your friend.
