  I found a partial solution. I advanced and installed the creative cloud on the desktop (this red and white icon). Then I opened that upward. In the upper right corner, there is a little thing that looks like a gear. If you click on it and select 'Preferences' from the menu drop-down, it is a place to specify the location of the applications. It would be better if there was a way to install the Creative Drive C cloud also. Perhaps in the future Adobe that they will restore the ability to choose install drive.

  Of course: select rasterize the layer switch continuously.  Looks a bit Sun with the Sun said on this subject.  If your layer is truly vector - not only a bitmap passed Illustrator - the edges will look great.

  I have a R710 with a PERC 6 / i, Win 2008 R2 running. I have a small disk for the operating system, the other 5 bays are filled with 1 TB disks in a RAID array-5.

  I need to add more storage, so I want to buy three discs of 3 TB. I plan on the withdrawal of old readers, and then put it in the new, bigger. I assume that it will take 1 of the 3 TB and repair. Leaving free 2 TB disk. Repeat this step twice more, which will result in three discs of 3TO with 6 TB of disk space not used in the RAID.

  Is it possible to have the controller expand storage in my table of RAID-5 existing free space, and then delete the two remaining 1 TB disks in the array?

  Who is? Is it still possible? Or do I have to backup the data on another storage device and delete the table and simply start a new one with the three discs of 3 TB and copy the data back?

  This will not work:

  (1) the PERC 6 won't take 3 TB drives; the maximum size is 2 TB.

  (2) you cannot delete records in a table - your RAID 5 5x1TB must always have records of 5 or more (you can add without deleting).  Even when using the same number of disks, isn't it possible to do the smaller table/VD.

  (3) even if you used 2 TB disks, there is no way to expand the RAID 5 using the extra space on the disks - with 5 disks in RAID 5, it will remain the same size. The only thing you can do with the new space is to create a second RAID array on the disks (called "slice").  This new VD is handled by the operating system as another "drive."

  Keep in mind if backup and restore in a larger painting, as if the VD ('disc') is greater than 2 TB, the disc "" MUST be converted to GPT and active UEFI bootmode (instead of BIOS).  Make sure that your backup software is capable of restoring one using the BIOS install on a system UEFI (and the 'disc' TPG 'disc' MBR).

  If you scan a document and save to PDF, it is normally an ordinary photo and so you can not highlight anything. However, I can highlight text inside some scanned in PDF format. I guess that someone (who and how?) used some kind of OCR software. If this is the case, Adobe Reader recognizes the 'image' in the form of text and you can score easily. So far so good.

  
  

  The questions are: who must activate OCR analysis? Is Adobe Reader itself has a function for scanning to OCR? If I received a document that is not yet "Scanned OCR", is it possible for me to activate OCR, and then highlight the text later?

  Adobe Reader cannot perform OCR. Adobe Acrobat has this feature.

  I don't know what Firefox has to do with the e-mail...

  In Thunderbird, if you dial using HTML and use Insert | Image, the appearance tab seems to offer text packaging options.

  If you don't see the Menu bar, hold down ALT, press v and under the toolbars ICT the menu bar check box.

  I have never used myself these packaging options, so I can't speak for how well they might work.

  Preflight check should give you an idea of the problem. It may be that the file must be flattened before attempting the conversion. Not all aspects of a PDF file can be converted to PDF/A.

  You can try a repair installation of Adobe Reader.

  Hi Lukas.

  I think I might have a solution for you actions involving. Create a new action, with a function key, which registers simply double click on the thumbnail of the layer text. Now toggle the option ON dialogue for this action. When I run it via the function key on any selected text layer, it turns the text editing mode and highlights the current text string.

  

  I have not tried anything too wide so there may be other problems with this method, but it's worth a few experiences.

  I've just updated from 32.x to 33.1
  I'm on win7-64.

  I now have a problem whenever I try to access the address bar (the control when you type the URL) and the serach bar.
  It has been that when the control had not developed to the point you clicked into it, the text was autoselected, it means that when you start typing, it replaces the previous text. This behavior is consistent with other major browsers (IE, Chrome, Opera).

  After the update whenever I click in the address bar (or the search bar) the text is not selected. Sometimes when I move the mouse upward (not having any button of the mouse down), it selects the text.
  It's embarrassing, the only consistent way to select the text now is by pressing Ctrl + A.
  What is even worse, is that when I click in the address bar (search-bar), (no ets selected text), and I have the BACKSPACE key (I'm at the end of the text) then selects the text and deletes all of the text.

  As well as the fact that type in FF 33.1 ismuch, much, much slower than in 32, making it almost completely useless browser for me, that's too bad, because I use FF as my default of version 1.5 browser.

  Does anyone know a fix for this (or should I downgrade (how?))?

  Affecting false to layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled seems to have resolved this issue.
  The hardware acceleration setting has no influence on it.
