  You can try this: first turn off the endurance, after go settings-applications-all, scroll to endurance app and force clear data, and stop. Turn it back on.

  I would like to describe a manual upgrade on Oracle [837570.1 ID] support, but I can't find information on the use of this method on the non-uniform type of OS, especially when the architecture is different. For example, is it possible to update as in metalink note, when the source database is Windows x 32 and target database is Linux x 64? Is there additional scripts or catupgrd this decision-making process?

  If you have non-uniform platforms then you can install the desired version of Oracle on the new server and use import/export to transfer data. This works well enough for any combination of platform as long as versions of Oracle are not too far apart.

  The transportable tablespace option can work if the databases are two 10 g + with rman endian conversion.

  For now, I'd wait the 8.1 upgrade. I see a certain posted problems and no update driver again at HP to address the problems.
