  Your machine is still under warranty, so you should take it to your local Apple store for repairs. Function late in January, you bought it, you still have phone without support. If you can't find any help on the Apple Store, then I don't know what you expect to find here. We have no way to check for problems you have described or any additional hardware, etc.

  My retina display mac book pro started coloring, extremely weird, from inside (impossible to clean up, this is what I mean). First of all the borders, who looked very ugly but has nothing me, now of heart!

  The 'easier and faster way' is to boot your old MacBook Pro in target disk mode and follow the instructions to move your content to a new Mac - Apple Support.

  Hi all, I'm going to upgrade to a new Slimline Mac Book Pro, my 3 year old outgoing Mac Book Pro goes to a good friend of mine, I tried for years to make him give up Windows, finally, he took the bait.

  So I ask, how is it best to prepare my old MBP before transfer of ownership.?

  Is it perhaps as simple as simply format the hard drive and leaving who?. If so, how it would be able to get a copy of ElCapitan? Then would he be easy to get a free copy of Pages, Numbers and Keynote?  or maybe they are included in ElCapitan? I remember that I had to pay for them, 3 or 4 years ago.

  Questions, and is there a page I can point him that will help his PASSAGE from Windows to Apple to be as painless as possible, otherwise that I lost a very good friend!

  Nothing jumps out to me, except that you can use more memory. at least 4 GB of it. Parallels is just out of date if you a Yosemite running. 10.7.5 report. Internet plug-ins you have flash drive twice so you can remove one. Chrome is not using it. See if there is an update of parallels for your operating system. You fixed the permissions, which you say has helped. Go to the recovery and use disk utilities to check / repair the hard drive. If you have the drive backed up, you can use recovery to reinstall the operating system to see if that helps. You do not need to clear and normally this will not remove the files you installed. If your slow down are mostly in safari, clean the cache and history files. Also check the extension. You can turn them off and see if it helps.

  What version of iPhoto do you have?

  Is your version 9.4.3 or 9.4.5 iPhoto?

  I found a solution that works for me...

  1 goto /Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources

  2 delete the files 'googlemap.html' and googlesearch.html

  IPhoto no longer crashes, site does not work, but it doesn't bother me too much.

  Deletes two files "googlemap.html" and the googlesearch.html of iPhoto application bundle prevents the JavaScript running inside and causing the accident.  To access the files inside the iPhoto application select it in the Finder and ctrl-click on it.   Here is what I have

  Computers:

  1.

  • iMac from 2009, updated for Snow Leopard to El Capitan.
  • Photoshop CS5, which, after having installed the new Java works very well.
  • It was already installed, not uninstalled and reinstalled.  I just quit all programs there when I did the upgrade.

  • Mac Book Pro of Mavericks 2012, until ordered to El Capitan
  • It seems impossible to download my license remaining CS5 on the Mac Book

  I was on the cat 4 times, forums with no response for the moment and even talk to someone.  I get this CS5 (CS6 apparently too) are no longer updated or supported for Yosemite or El Cap.

  CS5 does not work on El Cap, but it does not work on my old computer.  Hmmm...

  I hear CS6 may not work either, but information is really confusing, some can, some can't.  Is this true?

  In my youth, I was Lockheed Martin systems engineer.  I retired after 30 years.  But I was removed about three quarters of the total time, I worked for LM.   I still miss.  I build my own computers using Gigabyte motherboards.  It is now time for a new putter.  But I think Microsoft gets lost.  Bill made some wrong choices back in the 1950s.  But there was no way for him to see the future.  I wonder how Steve was able to design a system that is as safe today as it was at the time of the 2nd of Apple.    OS X and IOS running on hardware apples with apples approved, software Virus protection and using the Apple servers.  Microsoft is trying to catch up.  But I think it's a little late for that.  I supports several major charitable organizations.  The vast majority of the members of the staff of charities have a lot of problems with Windows 8, 8.1, and 10 is not much better.  Then, before I lose more money, I'm deserting a ship.  Currently I'm learning that a Mac Book Pro to full charge.  And when uncomfortable with the M.B.P., I replace my desktop Windows mini server with a Mac Pro system.  Support for Win 7 has been interrupted.

  Learning new things is good for the sole.  This will be fun.  Here's to the next thirty years!

  Just install it like you did the first time (do not try to transfer from the old machine somehow) - you can download it through your account if you bought for download originally - otherwise, there is a link to download below. Your serial number should be available through your so into account your registered Adobe software previously.

  If you want, you can leave it on the first machine as a backup because you are allowed to have two active facilities.  If you want to remove from the older machine you should first turn it off (open an application and choose Help-> Deactivate).
