  Not sure if the output lead to what you're after, but to change the fields of text, that is identified below:

  To change the formatting of the email, including fonts for users created from a portal sponsored by comments, go to guest access > comments portals > Sponsor comments Portal > Portal Page personalization > Notifications > Email received.

  Change the email to sponsor guest access portal > portals comments > Sponsor portals > Sponsor Portal > Portal Page personalization > invited to notify > Email Notification.

  Hi I was wondering how do I see who created a guest in ISE of Cisco user ticket by using the Developer Portal without checking the logs of the system you have to download.

• ISE 1.2 patch 3 - lag default portal Sponsor changed to non-existent ECT

  We applied Microsoft3 to our ISE 1.2 cluster and after the upgrade all the sponsors accounts (outwardly autenticated on Active Directory) are now GMT + 01:00 Europe/ECT as time zone default. So the guest account have the same time zone time and invited the authentication will fail.

  It's the mistake of ise - console.log:

  Comments:-com.cisco.cpm.guest.exceptions.PortalUserException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: zone of datetime id "ECT" is not recognized

  Comments:-to com.cisco.cpm.guest.edf.GuestUserAdaptor.isAcctValid(GuestUserAdaptor.java:489)

  I checked the interface of administration and documentation 1.2 but could find no default setting for users of sponsor zone

  You hit CSCuj91050 bug I guess. This will be fixed in patch 4 I think, but for now, you can go back to patch 2.

• ISE comments 1.4 Portal certificate

  In an effort to improve the guest user to experience, we recently bought a public SSL certificate standard.  We generated the CSR of ISE and on condition that the seller to have it signed.  We then imported/bind in ISE for portals.  The goal was to reduce the certificate guests and certificate warnings.  However, after an initial test we are still getting these.  Missing something?  Is there a way to eliminate the pulse? Thank you.

  Yes if you have a complete chain installed, recharge the PSN and the test again. Alternatively, you can import the certificate .cer.

• ISE 1.4 reviews portal customization - prevent users from saving passwords in the browser

  Hi all

  Do central web authentication for a wireless network of comments I'm deployment ISE 1.4 for a customer. Guest access works very well, however the customer asked me to prevent users to save user names and passwords in the browser.

  I don't see anywhere to prevent this thought the GUI of ISE, which leads me to think that we will need to change the HTML Portal.

  Point 1.2 of the ISE, Cisco provide documentation and code to do so at the following ADDRESS:

  These instructions do not work for ISE 1.4 as the guest access menus have changed. In particular, only advanced customization that appears to be available is to download a file EHT CSS customize it and downloading to the ISE.

  From my limited HTML knowledge, customize the file CSS only allows me to change the appearance of the portal, not the functionality.

  Did someone knows if it is possible to cut the custom HTML code and install it on ISE 1.4? Looking through the release notes, this has been replaced in point 1.3 of the ISE when they Redid the feedback portal menuss.

• Question of ISE 1.3 MyDevices Portal: you are not owner of this unit

  I am facing a problem with the portal MyDevices.

  Recording BYOD-On-Boarding work pretty well, and users to access the network they need to do.

  However, when the user accesses the portal MyDevices, some registered devices (which already have access to the network) is shown as "Pending" State. But I do not think that it could be a problem because users can connect at any time and access the network normally.

  The problem is: when the user tries to modify or change the State of the device (mark as lost, stolen or Delete), they get the error message "you are not the owner of this unit; It belongs to someone els. "Contact technical support if you need help.

  P.S.: users are allways in the face of this error message, despite the device of State pending or registered .

  Does someone has faced a problem like this, or have an idea to help me solve it?

  We have the same problem with the users in AD in capital letters. But lowercase users can remove and change machines without problem.

• ISE comments print Notification Portal

  with the old comments of NAC server, I was able to 'draw' the impression of notification of comments with HTML elements. With ISE I can only write plain text. Does anyone know how to change things like the size of the font for printed documents?

  Unfortunately, it is not natively supported with ISE 1.2.  However, the notification of comments will be customizable using HTML in point 1.3 of the ISE.  This version will be released if all goes well during the last week of November.

  These settings can be found by going to guest access > configure.  Select Sponsor portals and portal Sponsor in which you work.  Click on the Portal of the customization Page

  

  Once there, select your customer Type.  I chose to create an account for known clients.  Then choose settings on the preview image.

  Hi there, just try to ISE Version 1.3 and to meet some problems getting access to the portal sponsor.

  Just checking on a stand-alone deployment is allowed to have the interface portal the same sponsor that you manage the ISE of?

  I can't seem to get the portal of sponsor on 8443 just does not display the page. It does not yet the URL at the end.

  I've seen a few times.  You have separated Ssnp?  Note that the DNS (Alias) entry for the developer portal must point to an NHP and NOT the Admin node.  This usually solves the problem.  Create an alias in DNS for the sponsor. domain.com (replace domain.com to reflect your domain name) and that it points to an NHP.  Then type sponsor. domain.com in your browser.  The system will redirect to the default portal Sponsor.

• ISE Sponsor authentication via RADIUS

  My client demand change us the way the sponsor users are authenticated and authorized to access portal Sponsor of ISE.

  Their similar to the request of the ISE AD via a RADIUS server first. They said "avoid sending credentials of the AD to ISE directly. Under this condition,.

  My research and limited knowledge give to assume I have to define a RADIUS Proxy

  I think I can define an external RADIUS server, but I wonder if this creation, it would be available as a Source of identity for "portal Sponsor sequence.

  If this is not the case, how can I add this? After that, what conditions or attributes should I look for to use in the 'strategy of group sponsor' in order to filter the name of user and password and allow access to employees and deny access to everyone?

  I'd appreciate advice that you can give me to offer the best recommendation to the client.

  Unfortunately, this document is not relevant to what Daniel is trying to achieve.  There need to be able to refer to a RADIUS server as part of the Sponsor authentication process, that is not possible today.  The only possibilities are that I have indicated in my original answer.

  We put the possibility of not 'show comments ' password' for any sponsor group. Then we have enabled "Send SMS to information". -We would like to limit some sponsors for not being able to see the password for comments, but have the ability to send the credentials by SMS.

  I found the solution for this problem. I changed the language templete and css folder from the portal of sponsor. Although password comments disappear completely, I can use the notification. in language templete remove key.sponsor.ui_password_label = Password line or delete word in the password box on the customization of Portal Sponsor Page > notify comments known.

  However, password is visible when the developer created a user with the import option. If you want to remove the password on the import page, you must customize css file.

  There are two css file in the default theme

  '/sponsorportal/css/guest.theme.1.css '.

  Guest.theme.1.CSS can only be export and customize. You can access sponsor.structure.css on the web browser and combine two css file. Then write "display none" for the id of the div of the username password section.

• ISE, Portal comments about WLC

  Currently we have wireless comments through a portal of comments in the WLC. Is it possible to apply ISE and keep the portal of comments in the WLC?

  The user connects to an SSID with a laptop. This laptop is emerging as not belogning to the corporate network and is then redirected to the portal of WLC comments.

  You can use the role of ActivatedGuest (or any other external identity store) and to implement authentication radius instead of LWA or CWA, this way you can keep the gate on the controller.

  Anyone worked with ISE 1.3 with creating accounts invited using the portal sponsor. ?.

  Our problem is that whenever create us new account of comments by using the portal sponsor account appears as "Created" rather than as "active." When we try to use the same account in portal comments he gives failed authentication and indicates that "account is not yet active" in the report of the ISE. (see attachment)

  Can someone tell how to make new account active or why he showed that "created" is not like being "active"?

  as a solution, you can change the zone preset schedule for San Jose. To do this, go to guest access->-> places and SSID settings, select the entrance to San Jose, click change , and in the top-right drop-down, choose the time zone you need. And then click replace to replace the existing timezone of San Jose that you need. I have just confirmed with a customer that it works. Not a nice solution though.
