Issue of Adobe Stock

I bought a photo and it will open that without the watermark in Illustrator, I can't open it in Photoshop. These photos are not a once they are?

    So, I've been a user of istockphoto for many years and was attracted by large collection of Adobe Stock images and art.

    I called Adobe and talked to an old man who struggled with what he was even talking or sale. I was very patient with him and finally crossed and "bought" that he sold - an account of the TEAM of Adobe Stock. His exact words and sale is that "no one on your team can login and use your team - all they need is an Adobe ID. Large. So I am, right?

    Days pass by, and for the life of me I can't understand why my team can't connect to our account TEAM. Countless phone calls from Adobe if and get a different answer from the support of each person I talked to, "simply give your user name to your team and you can all use", to 'Oh - you must have a seat on Adobe cloud to assign a person to be a user on your account in the Adobe Stock team,' to ' oh, you buy the right type of Adobe Stock TEAM account - you have only 1 user on your team account. HUH? Why was T E A M one account only 1 user account?

    New - never the same answer twice and countless telephone calls to Adobe sales and support (different calls and transfer to explain the whole story again and again)

    SOMEONE CAN ME SAY REALLY THE SECRET TO GETTING AN ACCOUNT OF THE WORK TEAM FOR MY TEAM CAN ACCESS ADOBE STOCK?

    When I click to migrate from the DPC to Adobe Stock I get an error 400. Adobe please help me to solve it, or I'll lose my 100 downloads still available!

  • BE AWARE OF THE PURCHASES ON ADOBE STOCK

    Earlier I had just a terrible experience.  I will, and I wanted to buy a picture.  Thus, at the time of purchase, I went to check the small i for information on licenses.  I see that the extended license is too much for me, so I come back and bought the standard one.

    Then, after a minute or so, I get 2 emails... with TWO purchases.  one for the standard license and the other for the scope.

    OK so far. I think... no worries.  Bad call Adobe.  After have many looking for a certain number, it turns out that they have only a cat put in place for this... so, here, I talk in India.  After my problem, I'm being transferred to another person, who tells me that they can not give me my money back.  Basically, they say nothing they could do, but give me for 'free' standard of 8 images for this license.   Remember, they are not free, bc I pay for them.  Terrible, terrible customer service.

    Last time I deal with Adobe Stock.  I would like to do the same thing if I were you.

  • How can I cancel my subscription to Adobe Stock?

    I would like to express that I got free trial of a month on Adobe Stock with 10 free images.  The Adobe device has indicated that I can cancel at any time before the month was out and I would not result in any charges.  The month ends at the time of 75 minutes and I'm unable to cancel that phone support will end at 17:00 and I can't find any way to inform the Customer Service that I have been informed by the Adobe Web site. When I asked before entering I was not advised that I had to cancel the last day of my free month before 17:00.

    I trust a moderator Adobe will address this issue and ensure that any amount of money from my account, if any, are returned to me immediately.  Thank you in advance.

  • Frustrations with Adobe Stock 'Customer Service '.

    This position was created in desperation as really seems them to be no other outlet for support when dealing with Adobe Stock. I am located in Melbourne, Australia, and the only way to contact the Helpdesk of Adobe Stock is done by the service "Instant Messaging".  However, to this day, I spent more than 6 hours repeat myself and my questions to the customer that a) don't understand not what I speak not b) only provide scripted responses to my questions and c) bounce around me, to other agents of customer service that ends up telling me that my problem was refitted There is nothing else they can help me with and I'll be in touch by email within 2-3 business days. Then, when I received an email a week later it has nothing to do with my question and the process begins again.

    Help, please. I've been a customer of Adobe software products for more than 10 years and I'm not like if it comes to the level of support that I receive from your company.

    Here is a brief history of my problem. If anyone could be of additional help for me it would be greatly appreciated.

    -J' have subscribed to the Club Photo Dollar prior to its acquisition by Adobe and really the service provided.

    -When my subscription with DPC finished I took 'your first month for free' offer with Adobe Stock because it seemed to be the next offers the best for stock photography.

    -In my first month of using this service, I used 10 images available in my subscription and was looking to buy more. Previously using the DPC service you offer you an amount of credits you must add to your subscription (once you monthly allowance was exhausted) and purchase which was fantastic. I use a lot of stock photography, so it is a common place for me. However, after using all the images that is available to me through my subscription to Adobe stock I couldn't add the extra credit in my account and buy only the images one by one. Which would be perfect, but since I am in Australia, I would be charged fees for international transaction for each image purchased on my allowance which for me is crazy and my interaction with the Adobe Stock customer service began...

    -After taking a lot of time to explain my situation to the service representative and still not get anywhere as it seemed like adding extra credit was not a feature that Adobe Stock has the offer, I learned if I had already subscribed to CPD, I was entitled to a reduced monthly subscription. As I had signed Adobe stock with another email address of my CPD membership this offer has been applied to my account.

    -J' expressly asked, if I was able to transfer my account using the same login as my former DPC subscription to take advantage of this offer and we told him 'NO,' I have to create a new account based on the same login as the old DPC members and cancel my existing subscription. I also specifically asked that I stay a client Adobe stock I undertake any kind of cancellation fees? I was told 'NO '.

    -So, I did as suggested, created a new Adobe Stock subscription based on the same as my old and weak DPC membership login and behold, I could enjoy a lower monthly subscription. fantastic news.

    - Then I cancelled the original Adobe Stock composition, I created without problem until I noticed that I had been charged of membership $180 cancellation fee!

    -I just spent an hour on the time trying to talk to someone because, they told me I should not this tax and that, due to the fact, I continue my subscription with Adobe Stock just under a different user name I should not be held responsible for the cancellation, but had absolutely no chance. No one understands what I'm trying to say, it takes up to 10 minutes in some cases has received a response through the 'cat' portal and then finally my question is 'up' and I you will receive an email within 2-3 business days. This has happened twice and after a week I received correspondence from Adobe Stock but email only said: ' Chris, we would like to inform you that you will be able to buy at THE $ 59.99 / month "has absolutely nothing to do with my question.

    First of all, I don't think I should have to pay the cancellation fee that I am in fact pursuing a membership with Adobe Stock and was informed that I woudnt be charged. If for any reason any that should be charged, I would prefer that my subscription was restored and I saw the contract of the year and have actually 2 accounts rather than having to pay $180 for nothing!

    If someone, anyone... could you please help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Being able to talk to someone who has made a greater understanding of the services associated with this feature of Adobe products would be amazing. I realize that it may not be the fault of representatives for customer service but outsourcing Adobe Stock that their call centre in India is really not useful that just does not seem to have any understanding of ther product other than scripted information they have before them. I'd be happy to wait as long as it took just to talk to someone who had a real understanding of my issue and eventually get some sort of resolution.

    Help, please. It comes from really should be a very simple thing to fix.

  • Cannot cancel Adobe Stock?

    I signed up for the trial of Adobe Stock and uploaded a few photos. In the meantime, I've been incredibly busy with work and family issues. I forgot the trial and began to get it charged (and have had four months now). 'No problem', I thought. "I will simply cancel the membership now that I had time to deal with him." When I go to to cancel, I am obliged to contact support on this subject. Odd. I'm now being told I can't cancel, and if I want to, there is a cancellation fees of $131. WHAT! I had to pay $ 33 per month for four months, only uploaded a few photos and I can't cancel the membership? What about Adobe? A quick search shows tons of people having the same problem. Paid for cloud creative since it was first announced and bought all versions of Creative Suite since CS2.

  • Independent access to the purchased Adobe stock images?

    We have an account of the Adobe CC team. We share libraries successfully team with images appearing without watermark - large licensed.

    However, we bought an image Adobe stock for a particular project. This project is being developed by a freelancer who has working access to the CC library associated with the purchased image. They can not see the image without watermark.

    Can someone tell how to work effectively on this or if we hit a limitation of Adobe Stock?

  • I have a license of an image using adobe stock, but it is not editable.

    I have just licensed a which is an .ai/.eps format and image as it appears in my creative cloud library. Even if it is supposed to be a vector image, when I drag the stock image from my library to an empty document, I can't change the image.  Worse yet, he still has the Adobe Stock watermark in the middle of my image. When I hover over the image in my library, it confirms that it is allowed, and he also confirmed that he is allowed in my license summary adobe stock in the browser.   Y at - it a medium to access the actual file back, I have a license? How can I change it? I have not met this before in other vector images I have a license.

    I know there was recently an issue such as that with Photoshop as well. He was most recently an update that fixed in Photoshop. Remember that you have the latest version of Illustrator as well.

    I found two great photos that I want to buy for my new book, however I am concerned because I intend to sell these books on Amazon, ebay etc and I'm not sure if I am allowed to do.

    The use of Stock images on the covers of book or e-book is allowed if the draw is less than 500,000 copies (limit of Adobe Stock). Images showing the models can be used so that the models might perceive as offensive. (For example, avoid using images with models on the cover of a steamy romance novel or a book about politics or religion, etc.).

    If it's in your CC library, delete the same and the re - upload and check.

    I recommend that you consult a tax advisor to meet your specific situation that we are not able to provide you with this information. I can tell you that all the commissions earned are considered as taxable income. You will receive a form 1099 at the end of the year and you will have to pay taxes on the income.
