• Implementation of 7.2 on my STR-DN1050

  When I try to configure my system 7.2 installation on the screen of the receiver only will allow me to select 5.1 and I have no sound on a subwoofer. Any ideas?   Here are a few really great news! Please come back and update this post. It seems therefore that the non powered (passive sub) was causing this issue. Shame, you can't use it with this receiver but no doubt you're relieved, you now things work correctly.

• Indexing - transfer of page numbers

  After having a terrible time of indexing of a book.

  I do not use the indexing InDesign feature because it requires knowing the structure of the index as we create the book. Without object in the structure of this book.

  Background: book see: 29 chapters, 490 pages. Running an iMac on OS 10.6, using InDesign CS 5.

  In the menus of the book 'Book Page number Options' is set at: order of pages i), continue from previous document.

  In the drop down menu layout the numbering and Section Options, are set to: automatically update Page and Section numbers, the "New article" the automatic Page Numbering box is checked.

  These are the settings under which I wrote the book. Has not had a problem with page numbers 'exploitation '.

  Question: Now for some reason any page numbers are not "stable". For example, this morning when I resumed indexing Ch. 12 had numbers page 125-162 and Ch, 13 had page numbers 161-176. It took some time to convince InDesign started by Ch. 13 on page 163.

  I can't keep the re-indexing. Almost out of resources. Guess I have something wrong in the page number for the indexing selections?

  Looking for a small triangle at the top of the page that starts the renumbering.  Double click on it will bring up the issues of dialogue and Sections.

  

• When Windows starts it is always a dialogue box that flashes on the screen and the CPU usage high (above 50%), after I connect sometimes for several minutes.

• Gears of War (G4WLIVE-PC) to install/run/uninstall/reinstall issues

  Hi all!

  I bought Gears of War (pc), and after the installation of many issues, I thought that I had finally seen to install. Trying to play, I received an error message indicating that a file was missing. so I tried to remove the program. Now, it will not uninstall OR reinstall. Nor will he play in all.

  This is the first dialogue-

  «Windows cannot find ' C:\Program Files (x 86) War\binaries\startup.exe \Microsoft Games\Gears ".»

  "Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again."

  I checked the installation folder and "startup.exe" folder was not there, but was the 'starting' So I clicked it. That's what I got:

  So I tried to uninstall the game in order to reinstall the game, and I get this:

• 6.1.2 NSX - v > controller issues > not enough space

  After the judgment of any infrastructure for the maintenance of the equipment, it seems that the only thing that will not come online are the controllers of the NSX.   Fortunately, one of my controllers was still in a State of good "joined". Finally, I fixed my problem by deleting my other two controllers and their redeployment. I noticed that when the deployment of a controller to one or two hosts, he continued showing that I don't have a cluster to join to the. So I transferred two other controllers to a single ESXi Host which was not giving the error. My problem is now solved and my controllers are all watch 'connected '.

After the reconstruction controllers, I ran into issues with the controllers SMBus host does not, leading virtual disks to not be charged (where mount does not point towards the top... Since the virtual machine couldn't connect to them). After a 2nd reploy, I came across the 'no cluster to join' error, which has been resolved with redeploy controllers on a good host. Now that my controllers are all deployed and synchronized between them, I am able to vMotion controllers on all hosts.

• Adobe story does not lines of dialogue that are amrked with (CONT'd) in a CSV export.

  For some reason any Adobe story does not export the lines of dialogue that are marked with (CONT'd) in a csv file. The rest of the dialogue exports very well, little bits that are marked with (CONT'd) are not displayed in the dialog column!. It can be changed with some settings or is this a bug? The script was imported from a file FDX. If anyone has a solution for this, please let me know.

  It is indeed a bug.

  Just to get the correct data in csv, a workaround for this problem would be to replace the word "suite" with a door-place Word, perform an export to csv and then change it back.

  1. press Ctrl + F in the script to open find/replace

  2. replace the word "Suite" with a placeholder Word, say "TEMPCONTD".

  3. the export to csv format script

  4. now replace the word placeholder with 'Suite '.

  I googled this quite carefully and have found similar issues, but never a solution, that I could not fix the behavior.

  I use LiveCycle Designer ES (8.2) and you have created a simple form. The goal is to use part of the information collected to change the recipient, subject and body of the email, so I use a normal button with control Type = Submit (with "submitted to the Url" textbox) empty. I coded the preSubmit event to analyse the different areas and build the "mailto:" string.

  In the Preview tab, click on the button will launch the e-mail client (Outlook) and correctly define the fields of e-mail (, subject, body). By clicking on send successfully sends the PDF file to the recipient. Outlook closes, then it happens, dialogue 'Cancelled for' formidable that I can't just shake it.

  Submit by email type buttons are fine where the parameters are static and known at design time.

  When the information required for e-mail are dynamic and collected form, I use a normal button and have the script in the click event.

• Is it possible to edit the dialogue spoken without interfering with the rest of the sound?

  I'm trying to piece together video clips of different films, and in one of these clips the character strongly swear a couple of times. Normally, I don't bother with it, but my audience is that of a 'clean' nature and is strongly against blasphemy. Is there a way to cut briefly, or change the voice of the character when he cusses and does not interfere with the rest of the sound? Or is - this request too?

  Also, I looked in the section "help" and couldn't find anything to help me with this. But I have a lot of other issues. Where can I go that will explain all the features of first Elements 8, without forcing me to spend hours figure it all out and/or post 1 billion discussions here in the forums and listening to each of you with my lack of knowledge?

  What you try to do a little work and then requires some luck.

  It sounds as if you may have an Audio Clip with background noise music and dialogue. You want to remove the dialog in a particular place, or tasks. Is this correct?

  If so, then in Audio editing like Adobe Audition software, you may be able to extract the soundscape with a Karaoke effect, or the application of EQ. This will produce a file separated with hope just the background and music and no dialogue box. In a multitrack Session, place the two files on a separate track. Find the point where you want to remove the dialog box. Here, the workflow may be different, but I would have cut the dialogue at this time, leaving only the karaoke track. To clean things up, when I had done this for each offensive passage, I go to the karaoke track and make exactly the opposite - cut what was underlying NOT offensive passages, but leave a little of the track before and beyond the deleted dialog box. Then, I would add a crossfade for constant power to the segments of karaoke to "pad" the track of karaoke in the mix, because it will never be perfect, and we also want to facilitate a shift, that it is possible.

  Now, we can do that in other programs, which offer multi-track editing, as well as for VST plug-ins, or install karaoke effects and/or parametric or graphic EQ for audio editing you could explore the large, free audio-editor in Chief, daringand Google for VST that will enhance its capabilities. Don't forget to read the help files on Audacity, because one needs to do a few things in the installer to allow adding more of VST.

  The work will be with the karaoke (or similar) effect, its results and also the speaker frequency range. Here comes the 'chance '. Much human speech can be EQ'ed in, or at least significantly attenuated. Now, if you have a lot of talking in the background, or similar and want to retain that, all bets are off.

  Also, if you have only the ambient noise, and no music, behind the speaker, just find segments that ambient sound, where the speaker does not speak, allowing "patch" where cut you the dialog box.

  I tried to create the window of dialogue with ADF Faces component in version 11g Jdev successfully. But when I do the same with the components of the Trinity, I'm not able to get the dialogue window. Nagivation is configured in faces - config.Xml.
  The wait is Onclick of the link "Popup", it should popup with close a dialogue window button.

  Just update this post for the benefit of the readers of the forum.

  I've worked with Loganathan offline on it (it is one of my colleagues). The problem is that even if JSPX pages using only the components of Trinidad, the renderket and the skin was still attached to the rich ADF Faces. Change to the rendering engine of trinidad and simple fixed skin issues.

  I recently bought the new iPhone 7 more.  Not only am I having problems with the LTE service, bounce back between 3 G and no service I am now having problems with call connectivity.  When you try to make an outgoing call, I get an automatic response from my carrier (Verizon) "it's Verizon, we are unable to complete your call at this time, please turn off your phone and back and try again."

  It is a known issue with the iPhone 7 and Verizon. Supposed to be Apple and Verizon are seeking him. It has been a problem since the phone was released. Do a Google search or search here on the forums for a temporary solution but not a cure.  But basically to stop the LTE oice and data into data only in the settings.

• iPhone 6 more hang freeze issues

  My iPhone 6 more guard suspended (gel) for the past 6 months, I have to reset the whole phone sometimes up to 2 times just to get it to work again. Been a loyal (including my entire family) custome since gen 1 iPhone, iPad, mac book. Am really disappointed with the quality now. Did not bring to the service center since the first day of the problem because I thought that was just a few bugs & was sure that apple will fix it, but after many update of iOS so far, the pesisit still problem.

  iPhone is more quality I've known, hope apple can fix this problem before finally losing the most loyal customers

• Pages on issues of formatting to iCloud

  I created a document Pages using the Pages application on my macbook pro I downloaded then to iCloud Pages so that I can access it from any computer. The issue I'm having is that I formatted some of the text to have a black background and the text to yellow color. For the life of me I can't understand how to change the background color of text on the Pages of iCloud. I beginning to think that changing the background color of text just is not possible on the platform of iCloud, but wanted to put this out there just to make sure.

  Background (highlight) text color controls are absent in the Pages for iCloud, because it is a subset of Pages for Mac.

• External hard drive mounting issues on MacOS Sierra

  After upgrading to OS Sierra, I found that my USB3 drives, directly connected to my iMac end of 2012, turn off at startup. USB 2 disks are unaffected and connect properly. The only way to access my USB3 disks is to disconnect and reconnect every time I start the computer, then they are ok. I tried to reset the NVRAM, but it did not work. I found Os El Capitan until this issue is resolved.

  Do not mount or actually turns out always the system start? It was not clear in your subject line and content later, what was going on.
