Issue wrt attribute usr_change_pwd_at_next_logon
Hi all
When a user is created in OIM 11 g R2 PS2 BP04 (UI or Recon), the usr_change_pwd_at_next_logon is 1/true. We use our target resource access policies. After the execution of the task of user evaluate resources policies is supplied but the flag usr_change_pwd_at_next_logon is updated to 0/false. As far as I know, it shouldn't get resets to 0/false.
Is this correct behavior?

HI Kirk,
Any attribute with a prefix (d:, e:, AI:, etc.) is totally ignored by the compiler and is not accessible during execution. They are called "private attributes.
They are not directly useful in the generator. Do not hesitate to strip them.

Question: How do I pass the user name, password and all other attributes that I draw from my login form in an application for SINGLE sign-on when the authenticated user?
My environment is a server Apache 2.2 protected with the WebGate using a reverse proxy to JBoss application server.
Once authenticated, how I pass the name to username/password / other attributes for applications on my JBoss server?

(1) HTTP_OBLIX_UID is a name of special header used by the OAM identity system. I advise you to not use that to rule out the possibility of confusion.
(2) I knew the type of action to be case-sensitive. Instead of HEADERVAR, you might want to try HeaderVar. In addition, if you use a Cookie, you should see the value of the DN even in subsequent requests in HTTP traces
(3) If you want to stick with headers, you can put a simple jsp page on your JBoss server and have as the protected resource. You should be able to print the received headers in the jsp page.

My requirement is to define a value for the attribute (X) = 'ABC' if (X) is null and (Y) 0
(10.4 null is represented by unknown)You will need to have an intermediate field here to achieve. It's certainly a logic in terms of the OPA loop, as you try to use X to prove the X.

I can download and install Skype & firefox, chrome, live mail but none of them will work

So I suggest to try each first IE10 update individually. If that doesn't work try to download files update manually (from the # links displayed in Windows Update KB) and run the updates of downloaded files.

Does anyone know why my instance OBIEE constantly generates the following messages in the server log. What is happening at the same time 11.1.1.5 and OBIEE 11.1.1.6 out of the box installation? Our customers are concerned about the messages although obiee seems to work.

WRT 1900AC and Windows 7 on the network or naming issues
Background: I had a Linksys E3000 up and running for about 5 years in a stable network environment. The E3000 is dead, and I put in a new 1900AC WRT to replace. Doing of things set up correctly the main 'name network' in my network poster shows up as a name given to a part of my network wireless. The "Wired" part appears in diagrams and windows, as well as the bands main wirless, but not as the nodal point between computers cable and internet Win7, I want to get the machines to Windows 7 on my network to display the name of cable system in Windows 7, as the primary network and NOT one of those wireless. Almost everything I want to be able to do works very well except for the display of the network card in Windows 7 when I tried to set up a 'House' group that does not yield to my efforts.,.
I use the notation 'suffix' in the name, so is my router on ethernet.

Sometimes, it seems that to access the NAS attached to the router is done "through a tiny straw, not driving fast in the world of wiered.» I used to do a lot of Windows NETBIOS networking "back in the day" and my network of naming conventions followed probably not with the time, but I have still two Windows XP computers connected to my home network, and when 'debug' things I think as central Ethernet and wirless and additional networks portions, not conversely. Unfortunately Windows 7 seems to grasp the names wireless first, probably because the machines in question all have two wired connectivity and wireless, built in and available in their equipment and one who has been implemented and functional with the old router, when the new plugged it was used initially for initialization using the default sequence integrated into the software of the router. I was able to go back and rename everything to get rid of the default names, but my Android based network monitor works only within the range of the router and not when the phone is connected to the internet outside the home. I was never able to get the support of people phone to help me clarify this issue either. .. When I added the second computer, it's the same out of the box, Windows has taken the name of the first wireless network that he found and put it in the vicinity of network as the device in the path between the computer and the internet, I can 'see' the host name of the router correctly from everywhere and map on the 1 TB drive that I hung above all my computers, but the Internet connection is actually an ethernet drop of water from a modem cable to a port on the router ethernet, not one of the wireless bands that appear. BTW, I'm getting pretty good wireless reception on my terrace outside a two-story built in 1939 with hard plaster, brick slab concrete and brick walls of full course between the router and me!

I have router WRT-54GL almost 10 months and it works very well until one day...

When I start my laptop, I have a wireless connection to router, but I have no internet. Same situation PC concerns.
I reboot the router, but it does not work. I found the solution - when I put the cable from the internet provider of the router to the PC for a while, the Internet works on PC. Then I came back to the original connection and also I got Internet on my laptop.
Every day I have my funny thing to have internet on both computers.
I have come into contact with the Internet provider and its seems this isn't problem on his side, but on the side of the router.
I think it might be somewhat damaged.

I just checked in Captivate 5 and it seems that the notation is associated to the Question pool, not inserted at random Question slide slide.
If you are trying to achieve a result where the difficulty of the question has equaled the number of points awarded for doing things, you may need to put in place a number of question pools. For example a pool of easy questions, another of medium difficulty and a third for really difficult. Assign points 1 or 2 by default to the easiest, perhaps 5 for medium and 10 points for the hardest.
That's what I do in fact.

I couldn't do a few things to work and decided to download the source code from Steve Muench's blog to see what is happening behind the scenes (and also available on the page-oracle - templates.jar, including JDev - I guess that they are exactly the same version):

According to the white paper (http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/adf/patterns/11/uishell.html) and in the dynamicTabShell.jspx there is an attribute of template named "headerSplitterPosition". While I can see this defined in the page as an attribute template, it was not referenced in the page template itself, or your source code in the downloadable project. I guess it was supposed to be referenced in the panelSplitter = "pt_headerPs" splitterPosition property id?
I also note that the page of "navSplitterPosition" template attribute is defined twice (even if it is properly referenced later in the page template).

Linksys WRT 1900ac internet connectivity issues
I apologize in advance for a potentially easy question, but I'm not very familiar with how to solve these problems, but I digress. I recently bought a new router to replace and older router that was functional, but the beach leaves to be desired. The old router, which was a cisco worked fine, but when I plugged my 1900ac upwards the light internet blinking white, and I have no idea how to fix this. I don't have any internet access. I am currently using my old router. any other important information that my ISP is Atlantic broadband and the supplied modem was a motorola SB5120 surfboard cable modem. Try the cable modem and the router, and then plug off the modem. Wait for the modem to get all it's lights on. Then reconnect the router. Some modems/ISP lock the MAC address in the cable modem, so it will not 'allow' traffic unless they match.
