Instead of just having the icons and be able to hover over them to see what they are (in which case I forgot), toolbar Firefox displays the icon and name - that takes a lot of space on the toolbar, and not all my icons show. Can I change this? It's annoying to not to see all the icons in the Yahoo toolbar, I want to see either the icons of my shortcuts only - or I want to shorten the size of shortcuts tab, so I can show several of them without shortening the tabs at the top of the page.

  • Cannot find 7u72 Java for Linux 32 bit

I downloaded both jre and the jdk 7u72 Java for 32-bit Linux from here: (Java Archive downloads - Java SE 7), but when I unzip and unpack, and run java-version, he says that it is version 7u65.

How can I get Java for Linux 32-bit 7u72?

Are you sure that you are calling the correct 'java' executable (try 'which java' and check your PATH environment variable)?

I agree completely with your analysis of a problem located in the X system. Without doubt, there can be many causes.
So to summarize my case, I assumed that something was corrupted in the X Server and forced to use some features of relief, but this ability has caused the problem of delay in right click. When I rebooted, the server restarted correctly and fresh, and the problem does not appear.
Let me know if it seems too stupid as explanation.
I'm sorry to hear other people have the same problem. We can continue the analysis for them on this thread.

Thank you for using answers Forum.

I think that VMware has a 64-bit/function version. You will need to contact them to verify this.
64-bit to 32-bit is not supported by Windows Easy Transfer, as far as I know.

    I hope this helps.

  • Windows 7 ISO has only 32-bit, 64-bit version

I bought Windows 7 Professional earlier this year.  ISO I downloaed (backup DVD of NO) has only the 32-bit version on it.  I can install Windows 7 Professional 64-bit?

Download Windows 7 Professional 32-bit or 64-bit. ISO and follow the instructions below to create your own installation DVD. You will always use the product key that you got, but the DVD will be created from the. ISO file that you download.

    32-bit Digital River: http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/msvista/pub/X15-65804/X15-65804.iso
    64-bit Digital River: http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/msvista/pub/X15-65805/X15-65805.iso

Check it. Downloaded ISO file is not corrupted:
Download and install of SlavaSoft HashCalc
    HASH, CRC, AND HMAC CALCULATOR
    http://www.SlavaSoft.com/HashCalc/index.htm

For Windows. ISO file just place checkmarks in the boxes of SHA1 and CRC32. In the main window of HashCalc "data format" box located in the top left corner should be set to "file".

In the 'Data' field, click on the... located at the top right and then click 'Cancel' If you get a "Insert disk" window pop up. After clicking cancle, you should see a window 'find '. This allows you to navigate to the folder where your. ISO file is stored and click on the file. You should now see the. ISO file that you clicked on listed in the box 'File name' located at the bottom of the "Find" window Now click on the button 'open '. The data field should now show the path of the directory/folder and the name of the. You have selected the ISO file.

With only the SHA1 and CRC32 checkboxes are checked (do not place check marks in all the other boxes as this can slow the time it take to calculate values) click on the 'Calculate' button at the bottom of the main window of HashCalc.

It will take anywhere from 30-60 seconds for the calculation and the SHA1 and CRC32 data values to display.

These values are not case sensitive, so a lower case 'a' is the same as a capital letter "A" to the extent where results are concerned. However, they must match those I posted below.

    Windows 7 Professional (x 86) - DVD (English)

  • I installed Windows 7 64 bit and then some programs will not install the 64 - bit while telling me that I have a 32 bit OS. How can I make sure I have load a 64-bit version only when there is a choice?

I have create a new PC and installed Windows & Pro 64-bit. While some offer programs install both 32-bit and 64-bit as a single installation and the installation of the program checks it should install. A few programs installed 32-bit when I said to use the 64-bit. I received a message that I had a 32 bit OS and that it could not install the 64-bit version. How can I ensure that the 64-bit version is always installed when it is available. I have a program that I need it's 32-bit however.

I also installed Office 2010 and want to know how to check if it installed 32-bit or 64-bit.
All this is because I'm about to build a new PC for my wife and want to avoid these problems right at the front with it.
    Thank you
    Doug

If you buy a commercial version of win7 you are provided with the installation dvd of bit versions and a unique activation key. You cannot install both versions.

Most of the programs will install without problem in a 64-bit version of victory, there is very little that will not be installed on Windows 64-bit.

You install programs as usual, you don't need to change any settings or install to anywhere other than their default locations. -C' IE you do not manually select the x 86 folder or any other folder.

If the program you are installing has the ability to install a specific version of bit, and it does not work, then the problem is that options program installers, you must contact the program support

A retail version of Office 2010 also comes with two versions of ILO.

Having a 64-bit version of victory does NOT mean that you need to install 64-bit Office, in fact MS recommends that stick you with 32-bit Office (reason being compatibility with various plug0ins Office)

And of course the 32-bit version of win only supports 4 GB of memory

  • How can I remove the 32-bit version that my wife has installed on my portable 64-bit?

Hello everyone who is reading this post and all, first thanks a lot for the effort!

Thus, the question says it all

It's weird to me that the icon is visible in the section of the Configuration screen

But it is not found in the section installed programs...

How to remove the 32-bit version?

If I open the Flash icon I get a Flash Player Settings Manager local.

The updates tab is nothing to be published which is weird for me also.

I get a warning before an update is installed, that's fine.

NPAPI plugin = not installed and cannot be verified

Plugin PPAPI = not installed and cannot be verified

    ???

    PC Specs below

    pc info.JPG

The screenshot of the Config screen below

    FLASH.JPG

    Hi TheDude78,

Flash Player installs the 32-bit and 64-bit versions on 64-bit operating systems.  This is because some browsers (Firefox and others) and apps that are still 32 bits version only and so only a 64-bit version, then you wouldn't be able to use the Flash in browsers/apps.

The item you are referencing is a universal Settings Manager component that contains different options of parameters (parameters of Local storage, camera/microphone, reading, updates and other options) that will have an impact on the 32-bit versions and 64-bit of the player.

From Windows 8 (and including 10 Windows) Microsoft integrates Flash Player for IE (and Edge in Windows 10) and the Flash Player Settings Manager you see has been installed as part of this process.  If you do not have the NPAPI or PPAPI Flash Player plugin (s) installed the button check now for these plug-ins will be disabled (since you are a nothing to check).  Once you install one of these plug-ins now the check button will be activated.

Given that Microsoft integrates Flash Player in Windows 8 and above all they release updates to Flash Player for Edge and IE via Windows updates and they lock the associated files of Flash Player (ActiveX) to prevent users to remove them.  Open these files and delete them manually will very probably you not being only unable to re - install Flash Player for Edge and short IE to re - install the operating system to retrieve.  To my knowledge, this was the case with Windows 8.x to users who have manually deleted the embedded version of Flash Player for Internet Explorer and will probably be the case with Windows 10 users who do the same.
