JavaFX WebView in case of failure of the hyperlinks on Tomcat

I'm looking to integrate app JavaFX with JSP and Servlets, Web view and running on Tomcat.

Opened directly in Firefox, hyperlinks in JSP below all work very well, both for the Oracle's Web site & my servlet ('/ testFX2' in the web.xml file).

In addition, it runs locally (i.e. NOT by Tomcat), my application can instance a WebView view Oracle's Web site.

After the deployment of Tomcat, however, WebView will be instance this JSP, but ties have no effect, even if the < form action... Submit > option makes links to very good Servlet (?)

Can someone explain this behavior?

{code}

< %@page contentType = "text/html" pageEncoding = "UTF-8" % >

<! DOCTYPE html >

< html >

< head >

Initial JSP < /title > < title >

<!-hyperlink works in Firefox, NOT in mode Web (?) ->

" < a href =" http://www.Oracle.com/products/index.html "> OracleSite < /a > .

< / head >

< body >

" < % @ taglib prefix = 'c' uri = ' http://Java.Sun.com/JSP/JSTL/core " %>

the initials JSP < h1 > < / h1 >

< a href = "< c:url value =" / testFX2 "/ >" > go Servlet < /a > < br > <!-works in Firefox, NOT in mode Web (?) ->

< form action = "< c:url value =" / testFX2 "/ >" > <!-works! ->

< table cellspacing = "5" border = "0" > < tr >

< td align = "right" > Param: < table >

< td > < input type = "text" name = 'firstParam' > < table > < /tr >

< td > < br > < input type = "submit" value = "Submit" > < table > < /tr >

< /table >

< / make >

< / body >

< / html >

{code}

An unexpected, but easily remedied problem by signing the JAR project prior to deployment to Tomcat.

Easy to do in NetBeans: project properties > deployment > request unlimited access (self-signed, while developing).

If my JavaFX application connects now, through WebView/Tomcat, directly from JSP, servlets and external Web sites.

  • Siebel & Disqualification - what happens in case of failure of the Disqualification?

    Hello

We think about how monitor the Disqualification and its communication with Siebel, to be notified in case of problems.

The best possibility would be monitoring web services Disqualification, just to see the availability of http, or even with sample data. However, this would not cover communication between the Disqualification and Siebel. Are there best practices on how to monitor this part? Perhaps with something like logcheck?

Or, as a more general question: how exactly Siebel reacting if Disqualification is not accessible or if there are problems in the communication of the Disqualification, the generation of keys, either for verification of duplicates? The Siebel Data Quality provider running several web service against Disqualification request, so I see potentially several points of failure - even if caused by a misconfiguration.

    Hello

Customers generally adopt one of the following strategies here:

1 set up so that they should still be running if the application server is running, and let's assume they are if it's jobs in real time. This leaves a window of risk as specific web services are not monitored and it is possible that he could have not detected the time if the job fails, but the application server is not.

2 ping the web services with dummy data that are not consumed to verify that they are available. Gives good control, even if it may pollute the logs a bit.

3 monitor web services by using a script that checks via JMX of Disqualification interface - the path to check is disqualification/Runtime/data/buckets/realtime/projects / [project name] /readers/ [name of web service] and opening check = 1 (for the race) not 0 (no not running).

The behavior in Siebel web service Disqualification is not reachable is configurable in the dnd.properties file that controls the connector. By default, each service call "integrated security" that is set to true, which means an error is generated in the newspapers if the service cannot be called but the end users see no error. Change the failsafe to false indicates the user will see an error if the service is not available.

    and so on...

On end-user behavior, is that they get a black screen, followed by a gap. View Connection Manager console reports as "connected". We have to reset their virtual machine or restart from vSphere in order to get them reconnected. We found a VMware KB here which indicated that it was a result of the computer, put the display to sleep (in power politics), so we put in place a group policy to configure this 'never' (said also the problem was resolved after view 5.0, while we are running 5.2). Issue still occurred. Recently, Teradici support (we have a case open with them as well as with VMware) suggested that disable us the accelerator of Shoretel desktop sharing, so we tried it. Problem occurred again today.

So, no matter who in the community never encountered this and could you remedy this? Our users are extremely frustrated.

We believe that we have solved this problem. It was related to client connections on the zero P25 and who monitor they were trendy. So if a user has his left monitor the value primary (as per normal), but the port number a display on the zero client goes to the right screen, then the 'primary' switching must occur in the software somewhere along the way. This leads to the poster of overlapping and sometimes, not every time the VM would fail to fix and would be left in a State where we had to reset it from the vSphere client. As we exchanged the range of cables to make sure that zero client a monitor port is connected to the main screen of users, this issue appeared (two weeks and counting, fingers...). We have a few users who prefer the right monitor being their main, so we put the cables in front of them.

  • Give a feedback to the right answer in case of failure of the quiz

My client wants that the learner be accepted that an attempt on a quiz. If that fails, they should be shown the correct answer and then let him. This part of the course contains questionnaires that are not rated.

All of these questionnaires are repeated at the end of the course and scored in a big review. He didn't need to provide the correct answer - just, success or failure. I don't know if I can still have two types of sets of question like that in a course.

You can have the previous question slides NOT assign report to a score for the quiz. Your other option is to have these issues check of knowledge as to the questions before the test. But this choice has other drawbacks. For example, it disables your PlayBar.

  • keep the second hard drive as duplicate in case of failure of the first disc

I installed the second hard drive of the same size mfg and would not lead copy. Now I want to keep up-to-date with the first hard drive so that if the first drive fails, can I use the second drive until I get replacement for the failed drive. Never forget backups all have problems when you need them.

You can not do it legally.

    Vista installation rules:

A single license is a single Installation.

This applies even on the same computer.

    See you soon.

  • Backup in case of failure of the 12 elements

Items 11 backup fails writing catalog.pse11db iether incremental or full. I have 3 successful previous incremental backups on my external 600 G HD (more than 400G on the left). An external HD duplicate has the same problem. Items 11 re-installed, same problem. Just installed 12 items, catalog converted, same problem.

    Any ideas anyone please?

    Hi Chris,

I also used to be a computer support person, now retired, fortunately, but it is difficult to give up trying to help other users.

I don't really like incremental backups, I do them sometimes, but I make sure that I do regular full backups even if I let it run all night.

From your care, you know that I'm about to ask a few questions more.

Where is your main catalog [may know the Organizer-> help-> System Info..]?

Do you have enough free space on your C drive? [you'll probably need at least 3 times the size of your catalog, excluding images]

If you start the backup on an empty file, many files are written to this file?

The backup copies of the actual catalog are written quite from the start, but the file important (backup.tly) is not written until the end.

The other thing to try is to fix & optimize the catalog by selecting manage catalogs in the menu file (organizer). Select your current catalog and click on the buttons of the repair and Optimization .

  • Dell R820 power in case of failure of the firmware

I updated the firmware on my server R820, what I did on several other PE Dell similar if not the same model. This time something weird happened. All the device turned off and only would not return. I left it there for a few minutes see if it was just doing its thing and would itself have power back on. The front of the server has lost power completely. I could not the power button to work or anything like that. Finally, I had to pull the plug and then plug it in again and I was able to fire again.

Well, now, I get an error error detected power supply configuration at startup. If I look at OpenManage, it says that the PS1 is very good, gives me readings, etc. If I look at the PS2, it said NA for everything except that he detected presence Configuration error.

They both work well before this update, so I don't know what happened.

A way to solve this problem for the power supply issue?

    Thank you.

    -Jason

    Hello Jason

It seems that the FW update may have failed and the PSU will probably have to be replaced. I suggest that you try to perform the FW update again. If this is not successful then you should try to switch on/off the system with just the 2 power supply of the system. If power supplies are different revisions FW then a shift occurs and it will be disabled, so POWER 2 block does seem in line with 1 power supply of the system.

    Thank you

  • WebLogic administration console in case of failure during the recording of the Commons is used.

I have an application that requires the commons logging.
I followed the instructions according to the literature and other entries forum for example How to use log4j in weblogic 10.3 to add the common logging jar of apache and the specified weblogic jar. As well, I put the system to the LogFactory property.
When I start the application server I see messages as expected from my application. But when I start the weblogic I receive and exception management console and the console does not start. I even tried to put the pots in my application instead of the Directory domain/lib to try to iscolate the issue, but still had problems with the start-up of the Console.
Any ideas on why this happens?

I fall into the same problem recently
Initially, I follow the instructions and got the same error.
But finally, it turned out that set org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory is not necessary.
My solution is to put 4 jars in the lib of the domain directory.

    1.wlcommons - logging.jar
    2.Commons - Logging - 1.0.4.jar
    3.wllog4j.jar
    4.log4j_1.2.13.jar

Then current newspaper works and so as the weblogic console.

    Another solution I tried is:

Follow the instruction of weblogic, but separate admin servers and managed in two (startAdmin.sh and startManaged.sh) startup script.

Avoid putting org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory on server (startAdmin.sh) admin then weblogic console works without problem.

Your application should go into the managed server, add the startManaged.sh org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory then common newspaper works.

    Best regards
    James

  • So in case of failure (RPC, change the settings of PC, Windows Store, Advanced Startup, everything!)

remote procedure call failed on almost all applications and system options that have to do with the new interface user
Windows store... whatever... I don't need really, but he's not here, and if that were the case, I'm sure it wouldn't work
    'Change Pc settings' does not
sfc/scannow it has not resolved (it cannot fix some files)
system restore failed (cannot cancel it, not sure if cancellation it gives me the option to restore up to what is 10 days back)
Cannot run in safe mode for some reason any (computer ASUS, preinstalled Win 8)
Cannot run advanced boot (remote procedure call failed once again)

Sure that the pc refresh attempt fail too... even course, I have a DVD... pretty sure that I don't have one of them with my PC.

WHY, Microsoft? WHY should I pay for your expensive failure if DIFFICULT software?

How do I just update my files system in a RELIABLE WAY?

WHY don't make you a process online CHECKS AND RESTORES all the files needed?

Looks like I solved the thing myself, using this link

    http://www.howtogeek.com/222532/how-to-repair-corrupted-Windows-system-files-with-the-SFC-and-DISM-commands/

Specifically, the second command, DISM, after the failure of the sfc.

Be it resolved it or windows somehow repaired itself after the failure of the restore point recovery system and then... idk... maybe somehow made Windows to fix *, after awhile.

Probably the DISM but... not a very public thing.

  • Qosmio X 70-B-10 t - failure of the graphics card

Hello. I offen had failure that the graphics card driver hang up and recovered himself. But today, I got this failure to the course to watch live TV streams and it seemed to me that the laptop does not work correctly. I tried to restard and then I get this message: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (cmdhlp.sys). It must be the graphics card and I don't think it's a hd or RAM failure in this case.

Any tips? Repair? New graphics card?

    Thank you!

On this virtual path, it is not easy to say what can be the reason of this failure.
Repair is always the last step. What you can do is to test the features using Notepad with "factory settings, without having to install additional software.

What operating system do you use?
Do you use the original display driver or some day?

  • W510: How do I access my data from a failed hard drive after the failure of the motherboard

I made a mistake and has paid for major .

This error pouring a drink sweet on my laptop. I know, I know, my keyboard can and protect against damage caused by the spill, but it was a drink together. In any case, I panicked and shut down the system and it has upset and removed the keyboard. And be the impatient person that I am, I made what was probably the ultimate error. I do not give everything save a sufficient amount of time to dry and I tried to boot the system. There is my computer. Or at least I think.

Symptoms: It began at the start, kept a beep, sometime just close and will start.

In any case, I guess that my laptop went kaput. Now to the point of this thread. I had not been a recent backup and can't remember when the last backup was actually made. Assuming that my hard drive is ok, I want to get all my data, so I saw several options:

-Send the system to a data recovery service where I will not pay less than $300, but probably 2 to 3 times what

-buy an equivalent model laptop and put the HARD drive in there

-by an external SATA hard drive enclosure and mount it via USB on another computer

I bought a box external and assembled this evening. I had read about the data access of difficulty with a system non-Lenovo because of encryption of the data. I proved that by linking it to my work (a Dell) laptop and I couldn't access my data directories. If I have access to an another Lenovo Thinkpad, I'll be able to access the data if connected via USB? I had read that I can access the contents of disc hard if it is connected to an another Thinkpad, but I knew not that if it means that I have it connected via SATA connection or if there is work through the USB port.

I'll appreciate any suggestions for accessing my data.

    Best regards!

    All,

    Thanks for the suggestions.

I was able to recover my computer and all data on it.

Just to describe what I have done, here are the details.

Because of my concern about a failure of the motherboard, I bought a used/given new keyboard and an external SATA drive enclosure. I was not able to properly take possession of the car from my other laptop, but I was able to access the data in Mode without failure. With my data, I plugged the hard drive and the new keyboard in and started without problem.

    Thanks again,

  • HP6830: Failure of the print queue

HP replaced my 6830 due to failure of the print head. New printer works proud desktop using Vista. Previuosly I could print from my laptop wireless as well, but it's time the print queue says printing, fails to print and return to errot impression. I know that thw laptop is connected to the printer thr and I even can it ping ipconfig without problem. I have been through software support, and to the low load options hear everything without any result. I am now confused.

    Hi @3391816Sablenip,.

I read your post and see that the replacement printer is wireless print on the Windows Vista-based computer, but not the laptop running Windows 7. I will definitely do my best to help you.

If you have a valid IP address for the printer, then try and access the Web built-in to the printer server.
Type the IPv4 address in the address bar of your web browser. (Internet Explorer) It to load the page.

You mentioned that you can test the printer, just to check a real contact, check the network IPv4 address on the computer to see if the first 3 sets of numbers match the IPv4 of the printer address.

Press the Windows and R key at the same time, to show the command line run, type cmd, then type Ipconfig.
    Check the IPv4 address.
Now, check the IPv4 address for the printer.
If this isn't the case, then the printer and the computer are not on the same network.

Do the first 3 sets of numbers match?

Check the address IPv4 of the computer to verify that it matches the IPv4 of the printer address.
Printers and devices, right click on the printer, on the left, click printer properties, select the Ports tab, click on Configure Port.
If they do not match and then close the window configure the Port and click on create a port and follow the instructions in the wizard.

    Type the IPv4 address.
Make sure the printer is online.

Test the printer. If creating the new port doesn't work, run the Add Printer Wizard.

If you're still having problems, download and run the print and Scan Doctor, he will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically.

What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

If the problem persists, try the following steps to see if it will be useful. HP printers - print jobs stuck in the print queue (Windows).

If you appreciate my efforts, please click on the "Thumbs up" button below.

If you have any questions, please let me know what steps you have taken and the results. Thank you.

  • "Database corrupt installation" - discovered after failures repeat the installation of automatic updates of Windows

We're running out of WinXP SP3. Apparently, we are unable to install/uninstall anything correctly. I think it may have something to do with "a basic installation damaged." I got this error when trying to manually install KB972581 (a security update for 2007 Microsoft Office System). This could have been caused by running the Windows Installer cleanup utility, I didn't have problems with Office 2007. We were informed at all by continuing to upgrade with another program issues.

We daily use Outlook 2007. Multiple users, so we can't delete it.

Same thing with KB970895 (update of security for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2) - another failure with the description of the error "Unable to install Windows Installer MSP file".

Basically, the automatic updates of Windows always fail. Comprehensive research of these forums, I found and ran the Microsoft FixIt! # 50202, without result.

How can I fix anything that makes things installation fails?

I had a similar problem - resolved two things actually. First make sure yu have the latest windows installer engine. Then download the package fails and run interactive mode. This will give you the 'real' error which causes the failure so that you can correct it.

In my case it was a dependency on another file system that was resolved by running sfc/scannow - it's maybe not the question you... once again, run the full installation package and also to enablehttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/223300 logging to track down issues...
