just reinstall my xp I had to jump the Msxml6.dll file and c:\windows\system32\mucltui.dll.MUI how to fix?
Hello
1A Windows XP installed properly on your computer?
2. If it is installed, you face any problem with Windows XP?
I suggest you try the methods mentioned below and check if it helps:
Method 1:
Try to do a Scan SFC (System File Checker). The scan will look bad system files and will attempt to fix them, if possible.
(a) click the Start button.
(b) type: cmd.exe in the search results.
(c) right click the cmd.exefile and select 'run as administrator '.
(d) in the CMD window, type:sfc/scannowand press the Enter key.
(e) restart and see if that solves the problem.

I just upgraded from Creative Suite creative cloud. The application CS files are still on my computer. Can I just delete or what I have to do an uninstall first? Thank you!
You should always uninstall programs. Before that, however, you must disable by opening one of the applications in each different Suite and by selecting help-> Deactivate.

I import my Aperture library through a hard drive external (WD My Passport for Mac... to an another DHM (Toshiba 2 t).) I have a new Macbook Pro with the subscription of the CC photography. I started yesterday evening but had to stop so I can start and it will go pick up where it left off?
Hi lyndav,
You can't take it back to the last step.
You can delete the previous imported images and then start the import operation again.
Or, you can start the import process.

had to install the new operating system and bookmarks are gone
Hiya. I had problems with the computer and the fix was to install a new operating system (windows 7 it was old, windows 8 is the new). Most of my old files make the switch, but when I downloaded firefox, my favorites have disappeared. I looked in my profile in the menu, but it's the profile that I created today by downloading firefox. Where can I find my old profile? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you, Billy
Was this an upgrade of type "on the spot" where your user folder
C:\Users\youroldusername\
was intact, or did you end up with a new user folder? In the case of a new user folder, you will find a folder named
C:\Windows.old\Users\youroldusername\
If so, your Firefox data are probably here - and here's how I suggest to access:
First of all, it would be useful to set windows to display the hidden files and folders. This article has the steps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files
Then click in:
Username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles C:\Windows.old\Users\
Note: there is a cache under AppData\Local folder, but everything important is under AppData\Roaming.
Here you can find one or several folders named random semi. Who has most recently updated content is probably one you want to restore.
This post has my suggested procedure to resurrect these data in your new installation of Firefox. Please note the use of the copy instead of move throughout the process. This allows you to try again if it fails somewhere along the way.
https://support.Mozilla.org/questions/1024189#answer-638319
A little luck?
Note that if you really ONLY want to bookmark, copy the last two backups of the old bookmarkbackups folder to a location such as the desktop, see the following article (you will use 'Choose file' in the menu to access these backups): restoring bookmarks from a backup or move them to another computer. Note that this process will replace all new bookmarks that you may have saved since installing Firefox again. If you need to preserve those, first use the export feature: Export Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file for backup or transfer bookmarks.

I did have to pay for firefox because firefox is free. But I buy the full version of downloadhelper path long before my computer crashed. Download helper has a record of my IP address and my name and email, and I remember seeing a key for my purchase when I used to look in the window options. Then they will make me pay for a legitimate downloadhelper version if they have officially that I already bought? That's what I want to know, because I don't have to buy it again.
Re-installing Firefox does not necessarily mean that you will have to re - install Download Helper.
Best is to ask the support of Download Helper on their program.

Vista. Can reinstalled I retrieve files and old Windows programs?
I recently reinstalled Vista and had the impression that I could go into the old windows and retrieve what I wanted. I can't understand how to do this. Something told me to make a backup of the disc before the facilities, but obviously I didn't.
You can NOT retrieve OPrograms.
They must be reinstalled.
Find a windows.old folder, because we don't know exactly how you have installed.

Basically, the title says it all. My hard drive has been corrupted, and I had to do a clean install of Windows 7. Unfortunately, my desktop came with Windows 7 installed, the activation key cannot be reused. Desperately, I hope that I don't have to buy Windows just to get a valid key.
I get the following error when you enter the product key:"The product key you have entered seems to be a default product key and cannot be used for activation. Type a different Windows 7 Home Premium product key. »Any help is appreciated.to use your COA attached to your computer.

I am trying to set up a wireless printer samsung on a Linksys router for a Dell with Vista laptop. When I send a test page it will go not to the printer... He's trying to "print to a file" asking and "Output File Name". Why?
Nelia,
You may find that when you set up the printer first place it has been accidentally manually installed as a "print to file" rather than a printer real itself.
My suggestion would be to uninstall all samsung software, remove the printer (start, devices and printers, right click on the printer-> remove) and then start again from scratch. Let us know how you go!

Had to download all the files and make a new site where is index.html
I lost my hard drive and all downloaded from Godaddy. It seems that I have all the files. I have the site > new put all the info and tested by Godaddy. I noticed that there is no index.html. When I make the new site and has all the files I need create an index.html. Where this file should be placed.
Thank you

What is the easy way with DW to download files of a Web site for later use. I'll copy and save all these files, so I don't have to do this again.
1. define your site in DW. DO NOT EVER USE DW WITHOUT FIRST DEFINING a SITE (at least the local part of the site). Make sure that you are entering the local information (really just where is the local root folder of the site and the name of the site) and distance information (the location of the remote site and FTP connection information).
2. after the site is defined, you can now CONNECT to the remote site by clicking on the icon to connect to the files Panel.
3. Select the name of the folder in the foreground on the REMOTE side of the list of files and RECOVER the files by clicking on the arrow in the files Panel toolbar.
It is simple and easy. You have now all that has been at the remote site nicely nestled in your folder local root.
