  OK, just to build a new pc and reinstalled firefox, everything seems to work fine except youtube where most of the vids show that the black squares with no control bar, etc. videos also appear to be in HTML5 instead of flash.

  Thnx already, seems also I found the problem. After reinstallation, I was somehow entered into the trial of HTML5 which seems to be bugged or doesn't somehow. Let the lawsuit probably that you were typing that and now everything seems to work at least for the moment.

  That's the problem.  You must export site definition settings before uninstalling DW.  I hope that you did at one point and saved the .ste files to a safe place - either on your hard disk, external hard drive or outside the root on your remote server.

  If no .ste file have been exported, you must manually set the sites in your new installation by going to the Site > new site.  When you have finished defining your sites, don't forget to export STE files and save them in a good place

  If you use the number of registered series then you migrate/copy/transfer is the current installation of Creative Suite 5 to this computer?

  Try to use Ctrl + B to activate so hidden menu bar, and then use Edit > Preferences > reading and look at the entry for Play Audio to help. This should normally be set to Sound live or Session Windows Audio. Change to the other setting can sometimes help.

  Otherwise see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates, tear down everything and reinstall.

• I had to reinstall CS5 on my laptop after having to reinstall Windows.  Now impossible to update.

  After you have reinstalled CS5 Design Premium on my laptop, I tried to update. I got a list of updates to do, but they all failed.  When I clicked on the "contact customer service" link on the screen of the failure, I got a page with a message that says "Error during upgrade installation", and further down the page, it says "this serial number is not for a product calling»  I contacted the chat from Adobe, assuming that they needed to reactivate the product, given that I had been unable to turn off the previous version before reinstalling Windows, but the chat agent said I should ask in the forum.   I have no idea what to do at this stage, so any help would be welcome.

  I just started using a new Mac Pro.  My old Mac Pro had installed Photoshop CS5.1.  I want to install it on the new Mac, but difficulties as follows:

  I normally expect to download the installer and drag it directly into the Applications folder.  But instead, when I clicked on the disk image, a set of files came.  One was marked "install".  When I double-clicked who, a dialog box told me that the file was damaged and should I eject the disk image.

  Could someone help?  I have the serial number ready - it was of course a legitimate purchase directly from Adobe - but I can't get there!

  Adobe programs should be installed, they can be copied from one place to the other.  If you do not have the serial numbers for these products, then you're probably out of luck to run again on any new installation.  If you have the discs, then the serial number is usually on the disc cover.

  If you purchase these items in an Apple store, they are not new... they are quite old.

  I doubt that they say anything about you being the money you spent, more likely, they say they provide is no longer support for older products and you conclude are you the money you've spent - this isn't something rare to hear - it is unfortunate, but are not uncommon.

  Thank you for your response. I've finally managed to connect with a support staff through the online chat portal & advises him to download CS3 web premium. Tried to find it, but this option is not available in scrolling to the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the staff had to help me to unlock the CS5.5 update manually from its end. He indicated that, in my case, the situation could not be resolved through this method, and I'd still have to contact support via the portal chat staff to help unlock my CS5.5 If this problem occur again should I need to reinstall it on a new computer laptop.

  I solved this by browsing forums and following the instructions of this guide:

  "Make sure that your user account has full permissions (read and write) on the back of a SLStore."
