  • Bluetooth devices will not connect after a long period of absence

It started in the last 3 months, I'm not sure of that OS upgrade specifically.  I currently have Version 10.11.3.  I have a MBP late 2011.  I use a keyboard, trackpad and bluetooth magic, bought the same time as my mac.

Whenever I come back from a business trip (usually a day or two max), my bluetooth keyboard and trackpad will not connect.  They appear in the drop down bluetooth devices, but when I select Connect, nothing happens.  I did everything the new standard batteries, SMC/PRAM reset, nothing helps.  I then manually have to pair them up with difficulty using Set Up Bluetooth Trackpad/keyboard.  It will show "found", then say could not pair.  I have the power on the devices several times his cycle, and then hold the power button 'on' to the pair.  Usually, it takes 5-10 minutes and is terribly frustrating.  Once I get the paired, as long as my stays Mac in the same room with the devices, they pair very well.  Appreciate the advice.

  • ProBook 650 G1: Bluetooth speakers does not connect at startup

I have a new HP laptop with Broadcom bluetooth. My bluetooth speakers work, but I have to manually connect every time Windows starts.

First of all, I put as audio device bluetooth speakers in the Panel by default:

Then I reboot. I first hear a beep in the bluetooth speakers, then heard is to internal speakers and I see bluetooth speakers are disconnected:

    I also see this:

I checked all the setings. I've updated drivers, Windows, BIOS.

It is strange that I have never asked for the pairing code.

My bluetooth mouse connects successfully at startup.

I did not have this problem on my old laptop.

Manually connect every day, it's out of the question. Looks like I'll have to go back to cable.

Is there anything else I can try?

A lady from HP support called me and explained where can I get the latest driver for bluetooth.

The pilot on the first page is not the last!

Click "Broadcom Bluetooth Software (American International)" instead of the Download button.

Then click on the last tab (historical revisions).

The problem is now resolved, but bad.

After starting the computer will initially use internal speakers. Then 20 seconds after the connection it will switch to bluetooth speakers.

My old laptop was immediately use bluetooth speakers.

    Hello

Check with your system manufacturer support, their drivers and documentation online and ask for their
Forums about known issues. Do the same for the manufacturer of your headset.

Is the laptop has built-in BlueTooth? If supported these could help.

  • [HELP] Bluetooth adapter internal "not connected" according to Windows

Hi, so I have installed the Toshiba bluetooth stack a few days ago to try to get a more reliable connection for my bluetooth devices, and it didn't really work properly. He could ' t find my internal bluetooth adapter. So I uninstalled it and now my computer thinks that I don't have an internal bluetooth adapter. Windows prompted me to reinstall bluetooth drivers. When I did he could not complete the installation because he says 'if please, plug the bluetooth device and click the ok button.

The bluetooth radio no longer appears in the Device Manager either. Any ideas?

In addition, a new device listed as SM Bus Controller appeared in Device Manager that has very little info and no drivers.

  • Tablet and phone Layouts not connected to the desktop computer

In the instructional videos and documentation I've seen on Muse, it is said that there should be a + mark next tablet buttons and phone in map mode. I created a site of office but the + marks are not on the tablet buttons and phone. I know that I need to copy the content to the empty pages, but empty pages are not even created for... which, in turn, means me that page attributes and metadata must be copied layout available. Someone know how I can connect my layouts of Tablet and phone my office layout? Thank you.

    Hello

If the sign is not there, it means the provision is already created, if you can not see empty pages when you go to a special provision, you can right click and delete the page layout. The sign will come back and you can add the layout again.

  • MS Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 connects then disconnects immediately on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit

My Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook 5000 Mouse worked fine for several weeks, then I needed to change the batteries.  After putting in a new set of batteries, the mouse worked until my computer went to sleep.  Wake up, the mouse is more answered.

I checked the batteries, removed the mouse "Devices and printers", launched the pairing on the mouse mode (holding the button until the light on the best proposals of alternative red and green) and went to 'add a device '.

Windows detects the mouse from this screen and starts the installation process.  I didn't choose "key pair" and device drivers are installed immediately.  The mouse appears briefly in "Devices and printers", then the name changes to "mouse HID-compliant" and then disappears completely.

I have rebooted the machine checked for drivers updated to the bluetooth radio, unchecked the option to save energy on the bluetooth radio, replaced the batteries in the mouse and check the updates of Windows.  I use no other devices bluetooth on this machine (a Sony VAIO).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • 6 s iPhone Bluetooth will pair with El Capitan Mac but does not connect

My employers very kindly gave me a brand new MacBook Pro running the most recent version (10.11.4) of Mac OS X.  What finish set up I need to pair my iPhone staff 6 (running iOS 9.3.1) to the computer I want to use MacID to secure my computer when I'm away from him.  While the phone would pair (pairing being initiated by the Mac) it would be briefly apply status 'connected' before going to "not connected".  When I then tried to establish a connection, I received the following message on the iPhone:

    Connection failure

    'MacBook Pro' is not supported

and the only option to close this dialog box click the device forget .

I therefore looked on my personal Mac which had previously been paired with the phone to find that he was is no longer listed in the devices Bluetooth, but when I looked in the settings for MacID running on my Mac it says "Looking for iPhone 6 s.  I tried to re-pair 6s iPhone to my personal machine and had the same results.  When I called in my TI guru we tried with his iPhone 6 (also installed 9.3.1) and had the same results.  As it's been a few months since I used MacID on my computer that I don't know when the link has been broken - after an update iOS or OS X update.  Bluetooth linking to my Apple Watch still works perfectly.  I was unable to try this out with any other Mac, I was looking for one with an older version of Mac OS X.

Everyone is aware of this problem or have an idea for a fix?

    TIA

An iPhone will not pair Bluetooth with a computer (Mac or Windows) for one use other than personal hotspot and it will only do that if the carrier is supported. However, there are a number of things will be using Bluetooth between the computer and the iPhone where the devices are NOT matched. More information in Bluetooth: why can not connect my iPhone or iPad with another iOS device or my computer?

The following link for MacID support site has instructions on how to do the installation. It requires Bluetooth to be turned on in the computer and the iPhone, but the rest of the configuration/connection is done inside the MacID app on each device, not normal Bluetooth pairing as follows: http://macid.co/help/?c=Setup & sc = Pairing % 20A % 20device

    Hi Mburton8899,

It must have the same version of the receiver in order to work properly. Unless the mouse is bluetooth, it can only pair with the USB dongle, with which he came.

    Hope this information is useful.
