  Printer offline may indicate that the printer driver is not configured correctly.  Please, try the following to resolve the problem:

  1. click on start.

  2. click on Control Panel.

  3. click on hardware and sound.

  4. click on devices and printers.

  5 right-click the MX430 printer, and then click printer properties.

  6. click on the Ports tab.

  7. make sure that the check mark is on the port that begins with CNBJNP, then click OK and try printing.

  If the port CNBJNP was already selected if please try right click on the MX430 printer and click on see what printing.  When the queue opens, click on the printer and uncheck on use printer offline by clicking on it, then try to print again.

  Updates have not stopped.  They will not stop until January 14, 2020.

  Many people find very slow Windows update.  Don't bother not to try the steps suggested above, just let Windows update keep trying without any interference.

• Keep getting a memory could not be written error with Acrobat Pro XI

  Hello

  Below is the error I keep seeing on my windows 7 Adobe Acrobat Pro XI enforcement machine. It happens with any PDF that I opened and when it pops up it force closes xi pro adobe acrobat and does not allow me to save all data before it happens. In general, it gives me 20 seconds before it closes so if I am fast enough I could save it, but it does every 5 minutes or more.

  

  Things I've tried...

  1 tried to use the cleaning of adobe tool to uninstall acrobat adobe pro xi completely from the computer, rebooted, reinstalled (same error at the same place)

  2. tried using forefront endpoint protection for not full system scan (what we use in our company) - no viruses (same error at the same place)

  3 tried to delete the user profile that has the question on our machine of the company, the addition of a new blank profile with acrobat (same error at the same place)

  4. I tried to reinstall windows (wipe everything) and reinstall acrobat (same error at the same place)

  5 tried to run memtest for my RAM and RAM integrated test tool, no error on RAM (same error even location)

  6. replace the RAM and motherboard in case there was a problem of memory onboard (same error even location)

  7. now, I gave the user a ready computer, same configuration and it works fine. No other program gives this error, but Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, and now I have a second user with a new laptop Dell get this error at the same place.

  We have a lot of users on the site using Acrobat if it was only 2 of a possible 3 k users having this same exact error, so don't know why it does on 2 completely different computer types. Any suggestions would be most useful at that time I tried registry fixes, changes to "memory could not be read error" but that does not help that I found on this forum.

  There is an option on the phone (although I'm not sure about costs and that I provide the information in the French version (but I guess that you can download and install the http://www.iegallery.com/us/addons/detail.aspx?id=205 of Bing Translator to translate the page or it should be fairly easy to recognize phone numbers even if the page is in French).  I have no idea if they will be able to talk to you in English if you do not know French.  In any case, here is the site: http://www.packardbell.fr/pb/fr/FR/content/contacts.  To start from the beginning and choose a location by using the language you use, start here (but the number will be in the wrong country, but at least you may be able to understand if the above concerns only French: http://www.packardbell.com/support/ and then find the link for the contacts get a phone number).

  The serial number is a number of 22 characters, starting with the letter L, located on the bottom of your laptop or netbook. Please note that Packard Bell serial numbers do not include the letter O, it's always the number zero.

  The serial number can be retrieved in the configuration of the BIOS Basic Input Output System () pages, which can be entered by pressing the F2 key when you turn on the system. It should be listed under system information.

  Please note that the older notebooks may have serial numbers that contain 12 numbers.

  You can borrow a keyboard USB to plug into your computer and see if it works?  If so, then we know that it is a problem with the laptop keyboard and drivers and not with the functionality of the keyboard in general.  In addition, if it works, you will be able to use a keyboard without problems and allows you to access online assistance and other options.

  Another option (especially if the borrowing of a USB keyboard isn't a practical option) is to use the keyboard to the screen instead and see if that works better than the normal keyboard.  To do this, go to control panel / ease of access and activate the on-screen keyboard that you can use by clicking with the mouse or touchpad.  It is not very convenient and not how I want to do things for a long time, but it can get you keyboard feature which opens technical support options online as well as the ability to download updates of keyboard drivers you can download your product and the update to see if this round is played (as may often be a driver issue).

  If all else fails, take to a computer kiosk and see if the keyboard on one of their computers can be attached to your to check if it works, and then you may be able to rent it for a bit, but use the keyboard with your computer (if you can) and deal with there (or try a computer store as well (, but I guess that will help you only know if a USB keyboard helps or is not like you probably don't want to buy one - unless you can return it for a full refund in enough time to solve the problem with the laptop).

  A last option, although perhaps a costly, would be to take it to a reputable computer repair shop and see if they can diagnose and difficulty or replace the keyboard (have one you need in stock is not very likely so it can also be an option in a timely way - and they would probably do nothing more than you would if you could still).

  I am doing a state machine, which, at specified times should bolster to the next State. I do not use a timed sequence because you cannot stop the sequence.

  My problem:

  The time is measured in the State. After 3 seconds, the comparison becomes true, and the withdrawal of the case should move from enum to enum 0 1.

  Exactly what it does not. The probe shows that the selectors from false to true.

  Something else that I noticed, the wire inside the casing complies with context-sensitive help ({unsigned word [16 bit - whole (0-65536)] {enum 1}}) the son out of the case are the same, except for the enum {1}

  When using enumerations for a state machine you must always used a typedefed ENUM. You can avoid th eissue you see now. The typedef will be necessary to change the defintion (add or remove items) and automatically update all instances of this typedef (they can be controls, indicators or the constants) in your code. The stress points you see are the result of different types of data (Yes, an ENUM is a unqiue data type) wired bing on the same registry of tunnel or shoft.

• MX492 keeps going offline and will not be airprint

  I bought a new Pixma MX492 and a new imac with ver El Capitan 10.11.4. I installed the wireless printer and was able to print from imac and also airprint from ipad.  But continues to go to the printer offline, on the imac and ipad (don't get the message "no printer found airprint") and after I have turn the printer off and on again it will print but then will be distributed offline. Help!

  Disabling the IPv6 setting on the printer may resolve connectivity encountered problems.  To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Press the Setup button on the printer.
  2. Press on the button until the device settings appears.  Press OK.
  3. Press on the button until that network settings appears.  Press OK.
  4. Press on the button until other settings is displayed.  Press OK.
  5. Press on the button until TCP/IP settings is displayed.  Press OK.
  6. Press on the button to select IPv6.  Press OK.
  7. A message scrolls on the screen.  Press OK.
  8. Press OK to enable/disable IPv6.
  9. Press on the button to select inactive.  Press OK.

• How re-pair the bluetooth keyboard & numeric keypad - he will not give me a pairing code.

  I'm having a problem, try to re - connect my Bluetooth keyboard and numeric keypad.  First my keypad has been properly installed and works fine, but then when I tried to add the keyboard that I clicked on the number pad icon again once and he gave me a code to enter, I canceled just thinking it was already installed and working, and I didn't need to do.  Big mistake!  Now I could not do re-paired again.

  After talking with a guy tech at Staples, I disabled bluetooth for my laptop completely and then distributed in the computer and re-enabled Bluetooth.  I was able to add my mouse still fine, but now the keyboard and the numeric keypad gives me the same error and won't let me pair.   The message is:

  Pairing failed.  An ocrred of error during the process of pairing with Microsoft Bluetooth Number pad.  Make sure that the device is discoverable, and then click Retry.

  Well, I did it several times but without success.  He won't give me a code for one of these pair again.

  I use Windows XP.

• Keeps interrupting, System Restore will not recover at an earlier date to fix the problem.
