My problem is that when it does not start, I'm stuck at 'Starting windows' screen I was wondering, perhaps, that I need to format a patition first? It's a new Lenovo warranty hard drive. Hi davefromsb,

Windows 8 computers have a bios "UEFI" and so will come with "Secure Boot" as well as "UEFI" only start enabled. Disable secure boot if you do not have and choose start to the "legacy" methods The problem is most likely that the image of Windows 7 which has been engraved on the USB key was burned using an instead of a TPG one MBR partition scheme. I hope this helps.

Two days ago I have introduced photos of my baby in my PC and automatically became the program Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2. Then they were deleted from my camera. Then I tried to access the photos in Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2, but I read that since the end of June we need a code of decoding and that now it is not availabel. • I tried to reinstall windows xp from the operating drive after the removal of the original, but I continue to have problems I do not know much about pc'c

Maybe I deleted Internet Explorer is it possible? Yes if the reason for which I cannot reinstall Windows XP? I have run from the cd, but more a step further. I removed the original in the hope to reinstall that my pc would be allowed again. Would appreciate any help.

    Hello

Internet Explorer is part of the XP operating system that is located on the CD. It is on the CD and is installed as part of the installation process

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the order of startup and startup disk:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

  • Suddenly V. slow start-up - how to remove the 'mouse Microsoft & detection (USB) keyboard driver?

OK, I have a common problem with starting my PC under Windows 7 64-bit. It was all pretty quick start for the last month or so that I had installed. Then it started to freeze for several minutes (anything from 5 minutes to 10 minutes) during boot to the Windows loading screen.

Since then, I tried different things so he can start normally once again, including the tings which should theorectically not affect him as they have all been there before this problem started and starting very well, this includes:

Looking at these latest material changes such as I added HD
Change the SATA disks on (I've got 3)
Get startup in MSconfig to use cores max (this is a quad core) & memory (4 GB)
By looking at the files bootlog (Nothing don't jump other than I apparently trying to load a couple of drivers twice - I have listed this morning at the bottom of this message for reference bootlog)
Recovering to a point a month before the problems started in the hope that it will be possible to uninstall the newer drivers that might be the problem, and that's where I noticed what I believe could be the cause, as seems to be the point where it went wrong.

I had added a Microsoft Mouse and keyboard and the WU offered an optional update from:

Microsoft Microsoft mouse - other hardware - & detection (USB) keyboard driver

After installation of this I'm pretty certain that the softstart right down, so I tried to uninstall it. Only I can't find a way to do it. Like when I do a restore of the system to a point before the driver install and the problem that occur, this is not the driver, that just seems to keep. I then uninstalled Intellipoint mouse and keyboard and re-installed mouse PS2 standard. At the same time, I removed my Microsoft Mouse Wireless USB keyboard &, all without effect. I restored my system again and I'll be back to what, according to me, the problem is who is the...

Microsoft Microsoft mouse - other hardware - & detection (USB) keyboard driver

But with no obvious way or to withdraw, I can't confirm that.

    Other notable points:
During the startup, the HD access is constant, so it works like crazy.
The keyboard will be insensitive to things like capslock or numlock if for the first six months of waiting, when NumLock is on and for the second half of waiting, when NumLock is off. I think that my default setting is for numlock off the coast.

Help, it's torture, especially when you see that the sub boots 10 seconds on the web.

    Cheers, Jamie.

OK a 2 TB disk format seems to cure the problem, or really a partial format because I got bored with the format after 6 hours as she possessed only at 3%, so I canceled and then quick formatting. Spin checkdisk on it now.

Boot times are back to void / 1 min. Hooray!

Incidentally. Once I have re-installed the keyboard and mouse wireless MS, sneaky win 7 is gone and automatically downloaded driver USB again of him is own agreement. Well.

    Thanks for your help,

  • Message to the computer startup «failed to start the audio driver of Dolby.» Please restart your computer or reinstall the driver if the problem persists ".

Original title - help help help me please

why I opened my computer it appears a message that "failed to start the audio driver of Dolby. Please restart your computer or reinstall the driver if the problem persists ". and I could not open Windows media player. What should I do now? who can help me please?

    Hello

Go Device Manager... Sound, video and game controllers, and see if you have triangles yellow error next to your audio devices...

My guess would be that you need to update the drivers for your audio devices.

You should be able to find the drivers + Support Web site for your computer model...

If not, find the number\model Audio chip and watch there chip manufacturers website for updates...

I don't know if the audio problem is a single chip, or is part of your graphics device...

If you don't find anything wrong in the audio, you can check that.

  • Keyboard driver Qosmio G20 preventing standby / Hibernation

I can't get my G20 to go to sleep more. Error, said 101 keyboard standby preventing driver. I've deleted and reinstalled several times. Also tried the latest driver from Microsoft, but one installed is the most recent. It was working until I installed a few new applications. I also see a message during said DWWIN box. EXE DOF does not not because of the judgment.

    Hello

For me it looks like you have a software problem. To correct this quickly go to start-> programs-> Accessories-> system-> restore computer utilities. From here choose a restore point that you know is older, then when you have installed the software and this problem started. Then restore from there. It should essentially put the computer back a few weeks or however long you choose and go from there. At this point, the program affecting your computer must not be installed and it should work normally. If you have problems make me know. Have a good day and I hope that solves your problem.

  • No cursor on the screen to connect to the start or restart

Hello, my missing cursor problem is a little different from others, I have not installed VMware, or use a wireless keyboard/mouse. And happen randomly when using the laptop. Also the alarm clock is correct because I only need to enter a password, don't choose between accounts.

My 13 "mid 2012 retina not MBP was having no problem connecting with 10.11.1. But when I upgraded to 10.11.2 I started having a problem. After that my lap top boots and I just login/password page, there is no mouse cursor for me to click on the user account icon for the password box. This only happens at the start or restart. It occurs only if I got my MBP in hibernation for a few hours and restarted (I run Onyx to clean and a restart is recommended), but now it happens if I had turned it off overnight.

If I close the lid and put it to sleep for 5 to 10 seconds, and then reopen the lid. I get a black screen for about 5 seconds then the normal login screen returns with a slider and I can connect normally I remember once having to close the cover once more.

I 'fix' this during a few days by turning off bluetooth in sys. Pref. For some reason, upgrading to 10.11.2 re-enabled bluetooth. But a few days ago the missing number of slider reappeared.

Today, I tried something different. I used the trackpad to drag the top slider of 'invisible' to the left corner where he usually is at the start and crept above where to seat my account icon. I guessed correctly (had) and was able to click the icon cursor haha. So connect is not buggy, just no cursor.

If this sounds familiar to anyone or anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it. I prefer not to do a clean install. Maybe safely remove a demon plist or launch work? Thank you!

Same problem on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2012).  El Capitan 10.11.3

No solution, but the problem for me is very sparatic and doesn't happen very often.

  • DV7-6143eo cannot disable the keyboard driver

    Hello

A time, that I had a problem with some keys on my keyboard, repeating endlessly as if the button was pressed, even if the current button does not seem to be stuck. He would usually stop repeating after pressing the key. I had a similar experience with another laptop and it ended up repeating constantly the key even after pressing the key.

Until I'm in a similar situation with this laptop, I decided to get a usb keyboard. It worked for several months, but suddenly the issue with a key constantly repeat even after the key on the keyboard of the notebook appeared.

As a temporary solution, I turned off the key 'w '. Try to delete the driver for the laptop keyboard simply result in it to be reinstalled on reboot. It seems that my only option is to disassemble the laptop and remove it or the deactivation of the pilot.

I have no experience with the dismantling of a laptop and would like to avoid this. If I go into Device Manager, a disable option does not display the drop down menu to the pilot and in the properties of the option is grayed out.

The laptop is a dv7 6143eo and use windows 7 64-bit. The name of the driver is "Standard PS/2-keyboard" (keyboard = keyboard).

Sorry for the double posting, but I felt it deserved its own post.

I managed to finally find a solution. If it is not as elegant as I had hoped, it seems to work.

    1. open Devicemanager.

    2. right click on the keyboard driver for laptop computer-> select "Update Driversoftware".

    3. Select "browse the computor for driversoftware.

    4. choose "Let Me pick from a list of devices on the computor.

    5. click on "view the material compatibel.

6 find a driver that is not compatible with your laptop, I personally went with 'Toshiba - Toshiba USB 109-keyboard Japanase'. Click Next.

    7. click 'OK' in implementing cautioned, we want something that is not compatible after all.

    8. it should tell you that the driver has been installed and ask if you want to restart.

After restarting your laptop keyboard should work now not at all, including the boring repeated key.

With my limited knowledge, I can't guarantee that this will not be some issues (can't think of everything well), so do it at your own risk.

I hope this will help others and post here will make it easier for others to find the 'solution' timetable, that I had to spend.

  • Required HP Pressario CQ61-225SA keyboard driver

    Laptop: HP Presario CQ61-225SA

    OS: Windows Vista 32 bit

    Hello

I have 2 questions to see if someone can help me as a search of this forum and the web led me to a dead end:

    Question 1

After a Windows update the mouse & keyboard on my laptop HP Presario CQ61-225SA has stopped working.  Look in the Device Manager appears under keyboards it shows "Standard PS/2 keyboard" and in properties that it shows "this device cannot start (Code 10).

I did the usual googling and tried the usual results of uninstall the driver and restart of the new update of Windows, but none of it worked.

I also tried to go back to a 'known good' Windows, but it does not work either.

The last thing I can find to try is to find the right driver to see if the laptop reads the driver.  I searched on the web (including the HP Web site) and nothing stands out as a driver.  I used a utility tool and tried to install the drivers, which are recommended, but they don't work anymore, so I am now at my last port of call, hoping someone here can direct me to the correct driver for the keyboard of the laptop.

    Question 2

In the case that I can't get a solution to question 1, if I had to do a recovery disc, do that copy the drivers as they are and so indeed face the driver incorrect, or would he copy the appropriate on the recovery disk drivers?

Note that the fine keyboard works during boot by choosing different options such as the etc SafeMode.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Thank you

I tried system restore and that didn't work.  I finally found the keyboard driver with a utility and reload the original driver worked.

    Hello

1st thing to try is a restoration of the system in safe mode

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

  • Windows must now restart because the print spooler service terminated unexpectedly

I have a PC running on Windows Vista professional that I had for about a year with two printers that have also been all this time, a HP LaserJet 1000 and an Epson SX105.

This morning, amid a series of PDFs (separate files) printing on LaserJet printers, I suddenly had the following pop-up message:

"Spooler SubSystem App stopped working and was closed".

On the Control Panel, I found that my two printers have apparently disappeared.  My first reaction was just close and restart the computer, often kind of seeds.

To restart, I tried to print again, but I was told that I had to install a printer.  Trying to install a printer, I learned that I could not because of a problem with the spooler.  I looked online to find a solution and one that suits (without touching the registry) seemed to be to check the operation of via Control Panel's print spooler, and then restart.  Oh dear.  What a mistake!  I did this and found that the printers have reappeared, but then about 30 seconds later, I got the following pop-up message:

"Windows must now restart because the print spooler service terminated unexpectedly.

Each time it restarts the message comes back after less than a minute and restarts on another 30 seconds later, so I have a chance to try a system restore (I installed the last service pack Vista a couple of days), or something else... it's just in a loop of perpetual reboot, I can't stop restarting Windows.

How the hell do I?  (I send this message using my Vista laptop and pray the same problem occur here, too, so I don't have to print anything).

    Hello

Use this method to clear the spooler and then uninstall and reinstall your printer (check with the manufacturer for)
    the latest driver).

Check the Mr Fixit here and if you use the other methods go back and try again later.
