  Only, I've solved my problems with this re - create my profile.

  To re - create your user profile name just as a different user and ensure that the user have a good administrator.

  Go to my computer > users (Windows 7) or Document and settings (Win XP) > find the profile that have a questions and rename (* do not delete because we need a return to the top if there is all data must be transferred to a new profile)

  Another thing need to do is to change the registry by go to start and type regedit (make sure administrator too)

  I grew up in the trial, entered serial number and get a message that the serial number is not valid.  I cut and pasted the serial number and double checked to make sure it is fair.

  I had 4 LR on the same computer, and I had my LR series 4, but not the ability to go anywhere.  When I entered the number of LR 5 series, is said just not valid.

  How that worked, it seems (can it really be true) that the trial version does not give you the opportunity to use a serial update?  Well, I'm not sure.  But I used the link that came with my serial number LR 5 newly purchased and downloaded a fresh copy (non-evaluation version) LR 5.  When I got to the top, he asked me for my serial number.  When I entered, he then (correctly) asked me a serial number from a previous version of LR.  Curiously, it this in pre-filled for me, and then I was ready.
