  Kira model supports different display screens.

  Some models like Kira 10-D support common-slab IPS with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 px and some models like Kira 107 support IPS 2.560 slab x 1,440 px with a touchscreen feature 10 fingers.

  In your case I recommend that you set the notebook back to factory settings. After this check if the touch screen is activated.

  While studying the question of the touch screen, I stumbled on what is called the closure of two buttons.  It is mainly for the Surface, but some have tried with success.  He is pressing the power button and the Volume Up (key F8) key at the same time immobilized for 15 seconds.   (1) what kind of support/problems a face making a pure install Windows 7 Home Edition on the new XPS 15 or 15 Inspiron 7000 series?

  (2) the 15 XPS and Inspiron 15 7000 series technical sheets list a weight/thickness less when configure them with a touch non-ecran to display; However, there doesn't seem to be a way to configure these laptops without touchscreens.  Is it possible to set up each laptop without a touchscreen, and if so how do you go?  If no good to fix your sheets, Dell! :)

  Thanks for raising concerns. Let me see if I can answer some things for you:

  (1) in making a new installation of windows 7 most things should be fairly easy. I did clean installs on some Dell systems like this and the only real dispute is driver and program updates. If you do a 'clean' install, I assume you mean to one of the two methods. By using the disk or partition Dell to install back to settings factory Dell how you just go ahead and do it and then reinstall your programs and go about your day. If you are using a Dell installation no, then you would just install and use page (located in my signature) downloads for you ensure that you update all drivers and drivers Dell. Sometimes drivers were to be installed manually, whereby, with the help of a USB key is useful (you put the driver disk installation file using a computer and move to the other computer and install it). Most of the other things are downloadable through one way or another, but essentially you will spend more time downloaded programs and drivers.

  My wife just bought a new computer Dell laptop with Windows 8 is installed. The strangest thing is happening...   If you have a Touchpad with touch screen emulation features that no matter where the pointer is on the screen.  What is the place where your finger touches the touchpad.   For example, the following information would explain your description of symptoms so far: touch screen emulation is active in a touch pad, finger hit the left edge of the Touchpad, App switching is enabled and when I drag from the left... is enabled.  At least a MUF app is open as well as desktop applications.  Result: app switching (but not 'for no reason' )

  If you have a Tablet, you can change the screen of a touch screen. If you have an x 200 laptop, you cannot change it to a tablet. The x 200 laptop is not the same model as an x 200 Tablet

  I searched through computers acer laptops and found an interesting fact. Laptop comes with a Full HD screen have the Acer ComfyView technology. This technology uses the matte finish and gives a comfortable vision and all the benefits of a Matt finish. In other words, this technology seems familiar with anti-glare that ahead of most other laptops.

  Ok.  I have 2 almost identical machines.  One is a Compaq CQ57-229WM and a HP 2000-2B19WM.  They share a large number of components such as batteries, chargers, memory, etc... It's the 2000 is Windows 8.0, it's hard enough for my elderly mother of 69 year to Win7 and IMPOSSIBLE for her to understand Win8 without touchscreen interface, so I went down there to Win7 and it worked fine... for a while.  He kept getting slower and slower and finally got the point of being useless.  I ordered a set of food DVD and he would give Win8, mother mine and use the 2000 myself.  I read the instructions, started how the flyer said, and he began to fix the system.  20 seconds, he froze and would not answer and finally turn off.  It was plugged, but I thought that the battery can have died and grabbed my Compaq battery (same reference by the way), put in there and nothing.  I thought nothing of it since I had been using my Compaq and it had been left unplugged for a few days and thought the battery on this subject was dead too.  I swapped batteries back, plugged in the Compaq and the a/c charging light came not.  I pressed the power button and the a/c flashed light 3 times and went.  I put the battery in the HP unit and you press the power button and the button itself barely (more than a quick "glow" than a flicker) flashes and a/c light flashes 3 times.  I swapped the memory on the Compaq with a new memory (since flash 3 code if for bad memory module) and nothing... still 3 flashes.

  Anyone want to try stabbed at it?  I think that the battery has lost his "condition memory", but which do I put a new battery in as they both do the same thing now?  AND if that is the case, how do I get the HP restore Win8 on it if all it's going to short-circuit batteries?

  We have an application which works fine on the pre 5.0 BlackBerry OS.  We have one ALX file that uses the _blackberryVersion designation to determine what COD files must be installed to which devices.  We do this because we build separate sets based on the device, for example, the version of the storm is more optimized for the storm devices.  It was all working well, but with the release of BlackBerry OS 5.0 OS versions seem to have changed.  Previously, the storm was 4.7.0.x and when the tour came out it was 4.7.1.x.  Now, however, so the Bold 9700 and Storm 2 are the two 5.0.0.x to the less based on the OS versions for the two simulators available right now.  It is therefore impossible to use the name of _blackberryVersion in the ALX file, at least for us, since we have different files COD for the storm, with touchscreen and other devices without touchscreen.

  So, I try to understand what the appropriate method for the use of a single file ALX is in this case.  From what I can tell the _blackberryVersion element uses only the three first sections of the version, for example 4.7.0 or 5.0.0 so even trying to make it more specific would not work and would also not practice for all minor versions that will be potentially different carriers.

  I did try to use the name of the series, for example , and even that would not work.  I also tried with 9500 | 9530 | 9550 and always had an error in the Application Loader saying there is no compatible software.  At first I thought it was due to some sections of with _blackberryVersion and then some with the series.  But I tried a new ALX file with just the designation of series and still no luck.

  Has anyone found how to do this properly yet?  Are there examples of ALX files which series =? Someone at - it examples of work from ALX files that use the _blackberryVersion and the series?

  Before everyone jumps on me, I'm not the real Director of enforcement, I only update the ALX file.  So I don't think it's possible to have a single file of COD to build, but at that time, that never would have happened so I need to find the best solution with different files of COD, that shouldn't be a problem because she supported and described in the documentation.
