  Thanks for the reply. It is regrettable that uninstall the existing mouse device manager drivers did not help to solve the problem.

  I suggest that you go to the program and features under programs installed and check if there are any associated with IntelliPoint software or any software application related to the mouse installed. In the affirmative, please go ahead and uninstall them and then try to install the driver software IntelliPoint 8.2 in compatibility mode as stated in my previous post dated 22 December 2014.   I don't know if it's just me being stupid, but I had to update all the settings on my computer because of an overload of download me something horrible and it just all messed up. SO that being said, once I did that I'm more seeing the pop up that I had something in the drive which allows you to download the pictures from my memory card from my camera to my computer and I click on. I need advice because I do not know how to understand anything about this kind of things in Windows 8. Much appreciated! :-)

  On the desktop, right-click in the lower left corner (Start Menu) and find the control Menu.  From there, choose AutoPlay.  When it lists what to do when a memory card is inserted, what do you see as a choice?  Select the import option and the next time you insert the memory card, it should pop up in the import dialog box.

  Other things to check:

  1. Is that what you were previously on Windows to import?  If so, choose this option.  If you don't see the option, you may need to register some dll.
  2. Did you already use library to import?  If so, do you have installed Windows Essentials?

  If you still don't see the import options, read the next question.  It covers the Photo Gallery or Windows configuration as the default importer.

• Does anyone know why my images in InDesign do not have the same quality as in Photoshop?

  I'm new to InDesign, but I did a course accelerated and also does research in Google on poor quality images in InDesign.  I am having trouble with the quality of the images.

  I'm working on a magazine.  I started with the addition of advertising, first of all, some of the pictures I get from the internet and when I save them and import them into photoshop the quality is excellent.

  Then I save as a PSD file and export for the web saved in JPEG, the highest quality.

  I have sizes in Photoshop and InDesign, predefined

  I have the images in InDesign display quality.  Or, what I have to do before I import the photo?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Low resolution preview is the deafult, but you can change that in your preferences. I don't see anything in what you are doing that should cause a problem unless you're enlaging images in InDesign.

  I don't do things online, just print, so I do tend to work with images low resolution at all, but I guess it is possible that the quality is better, if you start with a high resolution image and make the downsampling on the conversion. Someone who regularly does this type of export would be a better resource. There are a number of threads, but on the quality problems with .swf exported if you look around.

  This new laptop works well on a wired LAN but does not recognize a wireless local area network. Received the message no network found. In the same room with another PC laptop Toshiba the wireless LAN is located and has good signal strength.

  You´re sure you checked all THE settings? I mean, if the local wired network works and the wireless is enabled, you need to check all the parameters available that could be done. One idea would be to check the L300 on another access point to make sure that the problem persists on different brands of wireless routers.

  Please check this first and make sure that your settings are all on "automatic" so if you do not find the reason, come back and we will try to find another solution.

  I may be your solution - I just this exactly the problem and have run into a few times recently, seemingly random. The psd's happening was a floating window - when I moved it back in the dock he allowed me to rename the layer. I don't know if it's just my system, but its fixed it for me overall. I hope that this will work for all of you as well.

  Original title: F keys intellitype keyboard does not not on XP.

  We have several Microsoft installed "Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000" and discovered one day we are experiencing problems with the function keys.  In our software provider, we are supposed to use SHIFT + F11 to access a specific function.  However this keyboard shortcut does not work.

  I installed the latest drivers of "http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/natural-ergonomic-keyboard-4000" for Windows XP (32-bit) and Windows 7 (64-bit) and installed on the right machines.  Yet this problem persists and I can't find a way to deliver a new command outside provider software to test if it of a hardware problem of keyboard or not.

  Any suggestions?

  BTW, the seller says "contact Microsoft", SOP answer because "it is not our fault for your choice in hardware.

  The application is developed for Windows XP and later versions, each system is at least a dual core Athlon + 4gigs of memory, with the latest OS updates.

  It is a decision that was made by Apple.  El Capitan is the newest OSX that will support a 2009 MBP.

  This is not uncommon.  My 2006 MBP came with Tiger, but is limited to OSX Snow Leopard.

  Old hardware ends up by becoming obsolete with newer technology.

  To change the language for a response on your watch: Press answer > firmly press the screen > press on choose language > select Spanish.
