  I bought the laptop in September 2010. I did the recovery discs for Windows but now after so many years, these discs have deteriorated and I couldn't use them to recover my system. I tried to find the key to series or something for Windows, but the tag is washed out. Is it possible that I can get the serial number for Windows so I can contact Microsoft technical support so that they can help me more?   HP does not have the license key for each computer. The only trace is the label on your laptop. Even with this key Microsoft won't give you not the iso of Windows 7 for download. They are limited to commercial versions of Windows. Your version is an OEM license.

  You will first need to go to the website of manufacturers for your model computer and first find out if there are native drivers in Windows 7. A large number of computers that are preloaded with Windows 10 do not pilot have native support for Windows 7 by the manufacturer. If there is no native driver, you will need to consider returning the machine and buying a machine preloaded with Windows 10 Pro with downgrade rights to Windows 7 Professional. Or look through the catalogue of manufacturers for systems already preloaded with Windows 7, usually the business sector will have these options.

  I just bought a new printer HP Deskjet 1050 J410 series with windows 7. I installed it... with many problems... whenever it is said that the driver could not be found... but in the end, it is installed. The scanner works fine. While the printer is blocked... When I clicked on the resolution of problems, the message I got was:

  I wanted to just inform you on an enoying but reproducible BUG:

  Toshiba Satellite Pro R50 - B series:

  You must disable the Intel Management Interface in the Device Manager in the contrary case, the computer laptop didn't shutdown completely / Standbymode will not work.

  Question (Bios V1.4 - Intel ME 11.00.1166):

  Work more than 30 min. then try closing. Screen goes blank - but the LED on the stay before the fan stays on until the battery is completely discharged. Or try to go to sleep mode. Even the stop.

  Just disable Intel ME Manager of year Windows devices you fine.

  Waiting to hear from Toshiba - I m a reseller, so the same problem exists on > 10 notebooks here.

  Hi everyone, I need your help guys.
  I just bought my new Satellite C55-A-1R8, computer PSCJEE laptop with windows that I hate windows preinstalled to 8.1 and intel cpu onboard, but because n3520 8 I decided to downgrade to the thought of 64-bit windows 7 I'll find all the drivers, but the problem is that there is no driver win 7 for this model of support and I think that I already tried all the others without success.

  also my bluetooth driver seems to be ok, but I'm not able to install any software of Toshiba bluetooth for win 7.

  If somehow I could sort my usb ports would be perfect.

  At first, I must say Hat I just hope that you have created recovery DVD or USB until you started with OS downgrade. Problem is that now after the new operating system installation you will not be able to start the installation of HARD drive recovery image and one day if you want to have the factory settings you can have a big problem.

  In any case, I m wondering really you have installed before Win7, check if this older OS is supported or not. You can try now is to install the Win7 drivers available for other models of laptops.
  Try please install follow rivers:
  Chipset Intel HM70 River (should help with USB ports)

  Atheros LAN driver LAN

  Easiest thing, in my humble OPINION, would be to use a USB-serial to TTL level adapter. Something like this: http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=RS-232-WE.

  If not, a search for RS-232 level, removal of the circuits should show a number of options, ranging from IC meant for the task to the discrete component simple circuits.
