Lack of subjects in the printed Doc

I'm losing my mind! I'm trying to generate the doc printed in order to sort through a bunch of pages in print to rethink the Organization of some of my projects. Ironically, whenever I have generate the printed doc (I did about 20 times so far), these pages are not found! I have included in the table of contents, I have them left a book in a book, I removed from the table of contents and added to a book that is generated as a chapter. I've renamed the book to remove non-alphanumeric characters. I've deleted the book and created a new book with a completely different name. I have NOTHING will get these pages to print. SO - I have 175 p. 175-page document that did not need to be printed, and I can't for the life of me print the +/-20 pages that are the ones I want on paper.

Try this:

1. open your project.
2. click on the project tab.
3. right click on the unique Layouts of Source folder and select new layout. Appears in the new dialog box layout.
4. enter a name for the new layout in the appropriate field.
5. Select Documentation printed in the output Type menu.
6. click on the OK button to close the new dialog box layout. The new release will be in the unique Layouts of Source folder and the Print Document dialog box will appear.
7. click on the next button.
8. the viewport of the chapter contents remove all.
9. click once on the chapter desired in the topics display window.
10. click on the > button.
11 save the layout.
12 generate the output.

I can't be sure, but I guess you added these topics in your table of contents, but does not update your layout of printed documents. This provision corresponds to the table of contents of your project when you first open/save it, but it is not automatically updated itself after that. you add manually new topics.

    Before I need to uninstall the many updates in the calendar that I lost control of the printer, another update must have solved the problem. All my printers are back and the printer works normally? guess that MS realized the problem and fixed it.

  • 3110cn - lack of Duplex in the printing preferences for some users

    Had the 3110cn for quite some time and I'm especially happy with it.  Several weeks ago the main two people using the printer somehow lost the ability to specify a Duplex in the print preferences.  The duplex option and the menu drop-down is just not there!

    BTW - connected network printer

    If I add this printer on a PC that has not used the printer before, same problem.  I uninstalled the driver on the PC individual and even reinstalled on the server without result.  My laptop has the duplex available option (and always have) and it works fine.

    Any help would be appreciated.  The two without the option are those that use more often!

If there isn't a way to accomplish what I have described above, I'll just keep these topics in MS Word format and include them in the .chm file by adding them to the baggage files.

    To avoid that the footer and header information appear on a topic that is printed, follow these steps:

    1. open Internet Explorer.
    2. click on file> layout.... A layout dialog box appears.
    3. remove the following header field codes: & w & sub-areas & p of & P
    4. remove the following codes on the ground of footer : & u & b & d
    5. click on OK. The layout dialog box closes.
    6 print the topic. The section prints without the title, page numbers, URLS and print date in the header and footer. Note: If your .chm file is already open, you don't need to close it and reopen it to make these changes take effect.

    What happens if you create a document in Notepad, save in My Documents and then try to print it?

    I uninstalled my printer and then ran ccleaner. When I open "topic: config ' there are about 12 entries listed for the printer I uninstalled. Remove these entries?

    Using an Officejet 6500 E709a connected to Windows 7 64-bit PC via ethernet LAN.  Intermittently, the printer is unable to print a part of the last line of the document.  A 12 point font for example it does not print the bottom half of the letters on the last line of text.  What software (word, excel, PDF, etc.) and it does not matter hwer on the page of the last line falls.  It occurs only on the last page of multipage documents.

    I have the latest version of ADOBE installed.

    Whenever I try to print a pdf document, shows the document in the print queue but the printer does not even attempt to print the document. The documents are flight boarding pass or car leases.
