Laptop HP 15-d002tx - Win 8.1 "unknown device"?

After you install all the drivers available for my laptop HP 15-d002tx, I still have an unknown device on the Device Manager list. Someone can help me find what it is and where can I get the driver for it?

  • Satellite P70 - Has: win 8.1: unknown device ACPI\TOS620A

    Hello

I installed the Version of Enterprise 8.1 Win on my P70 - A Satellite. All devices in addition to ACPI\TOS620A\2 & DABA3FF & 2 are supported with the right drivers.

Does anyone know which device is, for example the Bluetooth Driver?
The Device Manager confirms that I have Bluetooth for Andoid, generic Bluetooth and Microsoft Bluetooth devices.

I have downloaded bfdp - 20131011113844.zip and run the exe file. I wonder this exe is not shows something like "Installed successfully" or more.

So I don't really know if Bluetooth is really installed and if Bluetooth is the question.

    Your
    Stephan.

The ACPI\TOS620A unknown device seems to be related to a Toshiba HDD Protection Utility.
Visit the page of the Toshiba UE driver and download the HDD Protection Utility released for Windows 8.1

    Your problem should be solved

  • Unknown device on network adapter between the laptop and the wireless router

I am running windows 7 64 bit on a laptop computer connected wireless to the router and internet.  The router is Linksys WRT160N connected to the internet.  The map of the network, there is a question mark device unknown between the laptop and the router.  However, I still have access to the internet.  In terms of network, if I hover over the laptop, it does not show an IP address.  It only shows the name of the computer and its MAC address.  Any help would be appreciated.

Solved my problem.  I checked the button of the IPv6 protocol in the properties of a network connection on the laptop, and now I can see it's the IP address and the unknown device has been replaced by a switch and hub which is part of the router.   I do not uncheck the button IPV4.  I'm guessing that it is a bug in Windows 7 that you need to cut of ipV6 Protocol when you have a Win XP computer on the network if you want to see a map of own network.  As I said before, everything worked before, so this seems to be a cosmetic fix only.  I see that my shared files on the XP computer appear faster after a reboot.

  • Tecra M7 unknown device after installing Win XP

    Hello

    I have a Tecra M7 Tablet PC.

After installing Windows XP Tablet PC edition and all the drivers for the Toshiba Homepage there are 3 s "unknown device" in Device Manager.

I installed the Ethernet drivers, but I do not see the adapter to the source 'network '.

What can I do to fix this?

    MFG pizzaMAN

Since I n don't know what you mean devices I can't provide you with any information on the necessary drivers

You're talking about Ethernet driver you are meaning the LAN or WLan?
Usually the two cards (Wlan & Lan) should appear in devices-> network cards Manager
If there is an unknown device then it would mean that one of the pilots was not installed.

On the European driver Toshiba page, you will find two Intel LAN drivers.
    Check both!

I put t know what your laptop wireless network card is because the Tecra M7 has been equipped with various wireless network cards, but all the drivers (Intel, Atheros) are placed on the page and you should try it!

  • Basket PXI in Win 7 Device Manager unknown device

I'm dealing with a flakey PC that don't become flakey recently, and I don't know why...

The problem I see is that the PXI basket is a unknown device in Win 7 peripheral Manager.

Is there some sort of service or the driver available to fix this?

I am using a third party card that was installed and working on this system for over a year

and have swapped it out and also swapped the motherboard. I contacted the technical support of the mfg and this error only

appears when the PXI ((NI PXIe-1065) basket is connected via the NI PXI-PCI8360.)

    How can I fix it?

    Thank you

    Hey robojeff,

I think that what we are looking for is PXI Platform Services (http://www.ni.com/download/pxi-platform-services-15.0/5404/en/).

It is the main factor that makes the PXI accessible to the computer systems. Let me know if that helps!

    Best,

    Hello:

I'm sure that you need this driver.  The most recent is for W8.1.

This package provides the driver that allows the Intel SidebandFabric. Intel sideband fabric device driver is a bridge to the Intel platform dynamic and thermal setting. This gift package for models of laptop computers that are running an operating system supported.

    File name: sp65474.exe

I don't know if he's not having the driver installed is related to the issue of the black screen.

  • Pavilion DV6-2010EQ: unknown device in my laptop DV6

I have an unknown device which can not find the drivers for Windows. I can't figure out what it could be. The most peripheral "exotic", as the receiver IR remote, are already installed and things seem to work as usual on my computer.

The device is listed as (ISA), 0 x 00000017 (23) Unknown device.

It is listed as an unknown device.

It is connected to the PCI Express root complex.

Connection/resource type is interrupt request (IRQ).

Someone has an idea of what it could be?

Nevermind, I found it, it's the accelerometer lets you stop the hard drive in case of falls, thumbles and whatnot. It is now listed as Sensor HP Mobile Data Protection. I don't know if it works with Windows 10 or with any type of hard disk. None of them were originally on the laptop.

    You are the very welcome.

See if the file I have zipped and attached below works for you.

Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

You must manually install the driver.

Go to Device Manager and click on the unknown device need drivers.

Click the driver tab.  Click the driver for update of the United Nations.  Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder, that you unzipped.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and the driver should install.

    Then restart.

  • HP Pavilion laptop 2288sx g6: unknown device

    Hey everybody,

I use Hp Pavilion laptop g6 with 4 GB of ram and windows 8.1 64-bit.

Recently, there was an update for my system, after the update, I noticed 2 unknown devices. Here is the image:

Can someone tell me what are these devices and how to upgrade.

Wil be waiting for the answer.

    Kind regards
    MNUH.

    You are the very welcome.

There is nothing that needs to be done.

I realize that this is a first for the devices is displayed here when the drivers are installed, but I guess that's where Microsoft has decided to classify them.

Normally, when a device lands in the other devices section (including the unknown devices), this means they need a driver installed.

But you can confirm that they need a driver installed because under properties, he never says the device works normally, as evidenced by these two.

Normally, it indicates that no drivers are installed for this device, or the device may not start, or words to that effect.

I guess HP has an error on the product, because it doesn't show Bluetooth beside the specification of wireless connectivity.
