Laptop HP Probook 4540 s: problem with upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10

I tried to get 10 Windows on my 4540 s Probook and it downloads very well.  Then, it checks the software on the computer and find a program that is not compatible and says that I have to uninstall it will continue.  I uninstall it but want to be sure I'm noy going to cause more problems in doing this.  The program he doesn't like is the tools of HP software, it includes scanning biometric and other.  It would be prudent to uninstall these or should I wait to see if there is a work around for this problem.

There is no solution other than to remove it as suggests, that the software is not compatible with W10 and never will be.

  • Several problems after upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8

Updated for win7 to win 8.   The printer KODAK ESP 3.2 stopped working.   Then, there was a problem with my graphic card Radeon X 1650 SE started giving me problems.   Windows 8 said that the catalyst library program was not compatible with windows 8, and when I tried to update, the update stopped at halfway.

I have not yet activated windows 8 because I could go back to win 7 and if I go even once, I don't want windows to refuse my serial No.   Anyone had similar problems?

    OT: Windows 8

    Hi victor,

When you upgrade printer KODAK ESP 3.2 Windows 7 to Windows 8, you need to update the printer drivers. I suggest you to download and install the drivers from the following link:
    http://support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/detail/A_ID/36460/selected/true

For problems with the graphics card Radeon X 1650 SE, I suggest you to download and install the drivers from the following link by selecting the appropriate drop down list model number. http://support.AMD.com/en-us/download

Alternatively, you can try to install the Catalyst Media Center program in compatibility and see if that helps.

Make the programs more compatible with this version of Windows

  • M1X61UA #ABA: problem with upgrade from 8.1 to 8.1 Pro Win

    Hello

I recently bought a HP Pavilion laptop. It came with Win 8.1. The software that I want to install on it requires version 8.1 of Win Pro. I bought and installed the Pro version.

Software which requires the Pro version is always telling me that I am not under the Pro version.  I checked the version under computer properties and it still wasn't showing as windows 8.1 Pro.

I reinstalled the OS, I deleted all partitions and installed a clean place. Same result.

Then I realized that when I install the Pro version it does not ask me to enter the Windows key.

I guess that's the problem. When I turn it on it says that Windows is activated. I even tried to re - activate with the key provided with the Pro version, but it does not.

    Help, please! I'm so frustrated!

    Thank you!

    Hello

What is probably happening is that the embedded Windows 8 home key is read from the firmware of notebooks and would explain why you're not be prompted for the key Pro 8.1 during installation.

Have you tried to enter the key Windows 8.1 Pro via the "add features to Windows 8' option of Windows Control Panel and see if it upgrades the installed version of Pro?

    Kind regards

  • Problem with upgrade from Flash 8 to CS5.5

I just buy and download the version upgrade of Adobe Flash CS5.5, and I'm upgrading to Macromedia Flash 8 Professional.

Also, I installed Flash 8 on my computer today and seized the (legitimate) serial number, too. I bought that at the time where he was outside, and I'm hoping to finally update today, so I don't use more trial.

When you install the upgrade, he said that he could not find software compatible. How to recognize my Flash 8?

I'm running on a PC with Windows 7 updated.

I also assumed by restarting the computer would work, but did not.

Knickolaus when I discovered our information upgrade, it's show Macromedia Flash Professional or Basic 8 must be accepted when you enter the serial number of the eligible product.

  • problem with upgrade from xp to win 7 Home premium

After an update from xp to win 7 home premium and unable to play games, I found that xp and win 7 Home premium are not compatible. Is it possible to install vista (well that it may not be registered on this pc because I will only be borrow) then directly upgrade to win 7 Home premium?

Have you tried to install the games in Mode "compatibility"?

    What is program compatibility?
Program compatibility is a mode in Windows that allows you to run programs written
for earlier versions of Windows. Most programs written for Windows Vista are also running Windows 7,

  • Problem with upgrade from 12.2 to 12.2.5 OL 7

I tried to get an installation running, of 12.2.5 with a database of vision for about a month now and every time that the application of the patch fails. This time, after a recompile of the schema through adadmin, APPS APPS. AD_ZD_TABLE packaging is damaged and I can't recompile it with success. Apps schema is once again compiling does not resolve the issue, here's what happens when I try to compile manually through sqlplus.

    SQL > alter package APPS. AD_ZD_TABLE compile body;

WARNING: The bodies of Package modified with compilation errors.

At this point, I'm about to give up. Please offer me some advice.

It is a known issue for me. Check your version of adgrants.sql.

COPY_GRANTS is missing in adgrants. Try to launch AD adgrants.sql. C.5/6 once it creates COPY_GRANTS, then you can run later that is AD. C.7

  • Problem when upgrading from windows 7 to windows 10

When I installed the free update for windows 10 on my win 7, he asked me to automatically install updates for her but I clicked on update later, I thought it was a minor update but my windows 10 of the language pack installation package has disappeared...

My Installer went up 83% and something, then it restarted and when it started showed 0xc000000f problem and tells me to insert a disk installation and repair my computer, I don't have any drive to win 10 or win 7 disc, but I do had win 8 disk, so I booted my pc with him... and windows 8 works... bt every time my pc displays the message to choose an operating system and the os are windows 8 and another is the clumsy windows installation, when I click on windows 8 it starts normally but when I click on windows installation this old problem 0xc000000f takes place,... What should I do to get back on my windows 7? and I got win 7 in the recovery partition, the icon of recovery showed and I've never touched bt after that when I access win 8 and then access the recovery partition, is to show that the same amount of data, which is full of partition bt icon does not appear and nor my windows recovery tool 8 helps me to do or to recover?

    Hello

If you can start with 8 Win Media and select REPAIR installation screen, you will get Repair Options...

Select troubleshooting, then advanced... You MIGHT have an option for going back to a previous operating system...

Another thing on the start menu...

If you go into MSCONFIG... The STARTUP tab, you will probably see a list of which appears when you start your machine... There will be options to select one as the default...

I delete anything again, until get you a better idea as to what is still usable.
