  For about a week, I have the following problem with my HP Color Laser Jet CP1215: after 2-3 pages of printing, the device stops abruptly in the middle of a job and the light number 5 (paper) continues at the flashing light.

  Ignitions and extinctions help only for another 2-3 pages, then printing will stop again as described above.

  I can see how frustrating it would be. To determine the cause, we need to use more than one document. Redundant that some steps may seem, I would execute all.

  Please, try the steps in this these guides:

  • HP Laserjet CP1215 and printers CP1217 - 'paper ' Error Message is displayed and the printer does not look upward or feeding paper.
  • The Paper Jam flashing on HP Color LaserJet CP1215, CP1217 printer.

  If the problem persists, try a hard reset:

  • Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.

  I understand that you have a fax job that will not print from your printer Laserjet M127fw range. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. When done, remove the cable from the back of the printer's fax. Now:

  1. Click on the configuration icon that looks like a key.
  2. Click on Service.
  3. Click Fax Service.
  4. Click clear saved faxes.
  5. Connect the cable of the fax.

  I use a HP Laser Jet Pro M251 with Mac OS more recent Sierra 10.12. I tried to print a document in color from Excel and others a good percentage of the document should be printed in green. Instead of green, a very light, in some cases the struggles of the naked eye to see light YTYPE prints instead of GREEN. I then ran a test of the printer color page of the utility application of HP and there is no green anywhere on the page.

  All of my cartridges are 80% full or higher and I use the same newspaper, I am using since I bought the printer a few years ago. Indeed, nothing in my usual routine (for example all consumables and accessories) has changed. So, for the most part, my printer is not good for color printing.

  If anyone has had this problem and, more importantly, knows how to fix? I don't want to buy a new printer, but if I do, and if this problem is not easily corrected, I will not buy another HP. I'll check Consumer Reports to get advice on a new laser printer. I really liked this good printer and have, until today, thought it was an absolutely fantastic printer.

  Just a tip, I discovered the problem. It turns out that the Cyan cartridge was not good.

  There was to be a common problem where the lights of the jam and Toner would come strong which would always be a faulty formatter, but since you say there is no other light on so I'm just picking the most likely suspect.

  According to the HP support site, there are drivers available for Vista and Windows 7 If you're lucky it. Download the appropriate drivers for your computers. According to the information of product from HP, this printer can be connected directly to the network by an ethernet cable. I don't see where it has wireless capability, but in any case ethernet is preferable for printer connections if possible.

  Initially bought laser jet printer 1020 for windows xp laptop.

  I just bought a new pc with windows 7.

  I opt above site to download the upgrade for windows 7 for my new computer. Note: I did not use records of pilot provided when I bought the printer.

  I downloaded the upgrade, saved on my computer. I then ran the downloaded software and my printer was automatically installed and I tested with a test page print all right.

  There could be a problem with the toner or the fuser unit causing this problem.

  Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet and the USB cable is connected directly to the computer. Try running Cleanup again.

  If you still have problems you can uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the software.

  I was watching a few just referb cartridges today.  I had two in my hand and spoke to another technician who said that society referb clean very important he should which is deep inside.  I tried to google your exact cartridge to make sure that I was looking at a similar to yours and I couldn't not all the images out of the box, so I'll just describe what I saw and can let me know if yours does not:

  So I had this little 'flap' on the bottom of the toner cartridge and when I pull it slightly back and forth, I see the drum.  It is what can be easily replaced (by buying a new toner) If you see what looks like one white line - in other words damaged.  By just trying a new or used cartridge, you can solve the problem.  Although the referb may have a new drum in there, we're components deeper inside, which could cause problems like that, but to answer your question directly... eh, I doubt it, but you get about 60/40 chance of getting a good or bad toner when you get a refurbished.

  Research on the age of your printer, it's probably just some general maintenance reason so if you get a new toner and you you have the line again, look at my link and in this list, you will see a merger that's going to be the next thing I would check.  Pretty easy to change I guess.  I hope that answers your question.
