  I am running Win7 and after restarting my wireless network, wireless (Photosmart C7250 Photosmart Premium C410a) printers have been added in windows using the window adds a printer.  Now, the HP Solution Center does not see wireless printers.  Is there an easy way to add them to the center of solution since they are on the network (with a different IPv4 address of initial installation)?

  Look in your Start menu all programs for the HP folder with printer software. You should see an option "add a printer". To avoid this problem in the future I would set a static ip address for the printer.

  Windows always tells me that my wireless hp photosmart 5510 printer is currently offline when it is not. my router does not work correctly. the printer says its connected, I even print test pages and entered the program apps on it. no problem. I don't understand why its saying printers offline, it queue all I try and print. I went to fix the problem and he just told me its in offline mode and I need to turn it on and connect. so after trying everything I could think of I just deleted the printer from my computer and re-installed... and it worked... 1 night, not even. I'm really tired of removing and installing every time I need to print! Help, please

  If two printers are connected wireless, they have different names on the network, say is PrintA and the other PrinterB. Just add a printer on your computer, if ImprimanteA is already on it, add PrinterB and choose the one you want to print to the default printer.

  Sorry, I was unaware that a full feature software is available only for an operating system from 32-bit to Windows 7 64 - bit OS only a basic driver is available, that means that the only analysis of the operating system (for example, paint or Windows fax and scan) software and options are more limited. PDF as an example is not available as an option.

• Scanning on HP (particularly F4580) printers wireless?

  I think that, officially, scanning is only supported via USB. However, I was wondering if someone managed to scan documents on the F4580 or any other HP printer wireless. I would use Mac OS 10.6.4 if it makes a difference. Thank you very much.

I used to have several good PaperZone stores around me, but now that they are all closed, it can be difficult to find a specific document type. • CM1415 cold color laser printers: restarting CM1415 Color Laser Printer

  Printer does not print.  Prevents the restart.  Geek Squad, once fixed remotely accessing the printer ip address network screen and unchecking 'WS-discover.'  Who sets the printer.  Apparently, it is because HP updated their drivers (?) for Windows 10.  There was an another update last night and now the printer again does not work.  HP knows nothing.  Help!

  I noticed that your printer HP Laserjet CM1415 keeps restarting. I'm happy to discuss this issue for you!

  Please try a hard reset by following the instructions contained in this message, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the power cable from the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector. Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  Then, follow the instructions in this post, Re: I cm1415fnw and it began to restart, by @EkAndreas. Yet once, to ensure that the WS-discovery option has not yet been considered.

  I bought one of the devices for a customer. Unfortunately, the documentation does not match the hardware.

  The bonding in the manual procedure is by pressing the selection button channel on the Receiver USB dongle and then pressing the mouse buttons.

  The supplied dongle has no channel selection button and the mouse will not stick to just doing the mouse operations.

  Please let know us the correct procedure to use with this version of dongle.

  It is not a Bluetooth mouse.  This is a RF mouse and requires the receiver supplied with the mouse.

  Support bulletin seems legit to me.

  As I was connected the HP support Forum, this bulletin web page acknowledged that I signed.

  If it wasn't true, I doubt that this would have been possible, as these pages are tightly linked through HP Passport sign in System.

  Also look at the list of models to ensure that yours needs updating.

  If you decide to run the update, make sure that you follow all the procedures to the letter.

  An update of the firmware which has gone wrong will permanently damage your printer and most likely makes it unusable.
