LaserJet M750dn: LaserJet M750 light print in all colors

I printed the print quality troubleshooting pages and all the colors are uniformly low (no streaks or lines). I checked to make sure that the printer was connected to the wall and not a surge protector. I have cleaned the inside, checked the contacts of high voltage and ran the Windows Laser cleaning procedure. I also ran a full calibration. None of this has worked. Then I went in pre-launch and cleaned the disc then updated the firmware to the last 2305090_000473.

The client uses the brand HP toners. The transfer Kit is 90% and in good shape, so it is hard to imagine that it is defective. Should I try one or both power supplies high voltage? There a PCA HV of imagery and a secondary transfer HV ACP? Who would try? Or both?

I replaced the secondary transfer HVPS to solve the problem. So happy that the repair has been resolved.

  • Blue print in all colors

    Good evening, everyone.

I have a printer J4680 AIO that I had for a while. Last night, I installed the new ink and ran a test page and it looked ok, but when I went to print a chart, I noticed that the colors were COMPLETELY shut down.

I went online and print a test page which includes all colors including shade and hue of these colors.

    The result is... interesting...

    The yellow is a lime.

Red is a deep blood red

Magenta is magenta, but deeper... almost purple in hue

    Black is fine

    The Green is very good.

    Blue is fine

    Cyan is fine

What it boils down to, is that cyan is printing in all colors.

Anyone had this happen and have any idea of a resolution for this? I do a lot of graphic design and when I am doing a project that does not require my printer super high resolution (aka REALLY expensive of ink), I need it to be precise.

    EDIT:
I should mention that I use ink official HP (901) so I know it is not the question (or shouldn't be).

Be troubleshooting steps described here can help, it seems that you have in the mixture of the color cartridge.  It is unlikely that running a cleaning cycle will solve this problem, you will probably need a new cartridge.  You can check the warranty on the cartridge (valid even if the printer is no longer guaranteed) as indicated in the paper here.

A new cartridge will almost certainly fix the problem.

  • How can I get my Canon i550 printer to print with all colors. Cleaned and aligned and there are a lot of ink, but do not print correctly.

  • printer is, BUT only with black and blue, all other diagnoses print with all colors

Initially, the installation of the printer REFUSED to align, took 7 attempts (OK, I've heard of Einstein quote!). Whenever I used the printer to ALIGNER PRINTER screen - the process has failed. So I looked on the web, and:

    Clean the cartridges,

    Erased the vents

Removed and cleaned the print head

    Prayed

    Tried again

To nothing not done, so I tried to make the diagnosis via PC software and here deepened the mystery.

When the HP Photosmart B210 series Toolbox running I got three different results between the three print options

A Diagnostics Page of print quality gave me five Ba's maximum color printing

Align the print heads gave me the black and blue boxes/lies/grids and the message alignment successful

The print Diagnostic information gave me all four colors with a lot of useful info, including the print head 73 calibration trust level: 0

Ideas anyone, before I bin it and buy a Kodak or disgusted Epson

What exactly is the problem?  Alignment aligns the print head color to the black print head, and black and one color (cyan for your printer) are required for this.  (There is probably an extra set of blocks that prints gray blocks fade to white.  This section is used to calibrate the energy for the colors).  The other test pages that you printed will be print various diagnoses or test pages that will use all colors.

A successful alignment page requires the page be printed on white paper not used and requires that the cyan and black sections print correctly.

  • OfficeJet 6500 new black cartridge installed, but print Brown (all colors) instead

    Hello

I replaced the black cartridge in my OfficeJet 6500, and clicking on it.  (I triple checked it.)  However, when I try to print a document that is supposed to be any black ink, it prints in a Brown shade as if it is mix inks instead of using black-colored.   I printed a diagnostic page, cleaned and alignment of the heads of print and even restarted the computer and the printer.  Nothing helps!  I am still at work and I have documents that need to be printed!

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Thank you!

What operating system do you have?  For Windows 7, you would go to start, devices and Printerss, right-click on the Officejet 6500 and then select Printing Preferences.  You can change the setting 'document Type' in the tab 'Features', then click on apply.

The above will change the default value.  You can also change the print to a particular print job by selecting the print properties when you go to print.

  • Do not print in all colors

I have an OfficeJet Pro L7590

I tried to print something with a clip, but the colors were incorrect. I then used the align printing functionality and it printed yellow, magenta and black but not cyan. I changed the cyan cartridge (even if she did not show empty on the Panel), but even once it does not print on the cyan. I don't know what steps I can take to fix this problem. Your help would be very appreciated.

    Thank you.

Looks like you have a dead cyan printhead.  I'm sorry.

  • HP Laserjet does not print

My HP Laserjet 1320 leaves printing several copies of a single document several weeks ago. Yesterday, I uninstalled, reinstalled, turned off the printer, unplugged, it turned on and plugged in. The computer '' recognized '' a new piece of hardware, installed a pilot... nd then refused to print at all, not even simple. After that, I turned off everything, unplugged and replugged the printer and still nothing. Then I checked the updates and found that HP has had a new update to the 1320 in December, so I tried to install that (three times), but it will not install. I just get a failure message. I have Windows 8 on my desktop PC. I have also (used to) have the printer configured so I could access it from other computers in the House to print via wi - fi. Help! I have a job for which I need to print 600 copies of a single document, and now I can't print anything.

Sure, go ahead and remove the second printer 1320.

My installation of 1320 under Win7.

Strange the HP has a USB port in the support doc.

  • LaserJet Pro 400 M451nw: Laserjet Pro 400 prints documents upside down

My Laserjet Pro 400 prints documents upside down.  This only happens when you print in black and white, and from certain applications.  Files PDF and Word documents print very well, as plain txt files and files from my accounting software, but files CorelDraw and images in Photoshop CS5 reverse print.

If I saved a CorelDraw file in PDF format, it will print correctly, but not the native file of COR.

From Photoshop, it makes no difference what file format I print - jpeg, tif or even a file not saved - all printed reversed if I select black and white.

Colour printing is fine for all applications.

Like most of my needs to print b & w, I the printer defined as it as default and just change color when the need arises, but it means I lose lots of toner if I don't remember to print in color in CorelDraw or Photoshop.  Printing an image to grayscale in color also gives the evil eye.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hello

Try to use a PCL5 driver, which is likely to solve such a.

First, open the control panel > devices and printers, right click on the printer and select printer properties.

Open the Ports tab, and take note of the path selected for the printer, and then close this dialog box.

Download and install the driver HP UPD PCL5, follow the installation by selecting the traditional model.

Follow the wizard of printwr indicated by selecting the same port as used by the original and complete its installation driver.

The UPD driver can be downloaded from the following link:

    http://h20566.www2.HP.com/hpsc/SWD/public/detail?sp4ts.Oid=4157320&swItemId=ds_99378_6&swEnvOid=4158

Once you have finished, try to print using the HP Universal printing PCL 5 driver and check for the difference.

Please let me know if this can help,

Go to devices and printers and right click on printer properties then go to device settings and go almost all the way down to the type of device a color change and save the changes then go in the printer preferences and in the color tab, make sure that in its unaudited grayscale printing option
