LaserJet print several copies on Windows 8
Regardless of the number of copies printed, I pray, it displays only one at a time. Using Word 2010. I am running Windows 8.1 and the printer is a PCL5 1320.
The START button returns with Windows 8.1; Classic Windows 8 interface; and
future Windows 10.
Interface of METRO - go into settings for printers.
Devices and printers is good area for changes to the installation.
PDF ABS v400 driver is not a physical hardware printer, is the ability to allow you to convert a MS Word document by 'printing' in an Adobe PDF file.
Under devices and printers, you should see an icon/Image printer HP (1320) or
the universal (Image/icon) HP PCL driver for HP printers.
Reviews of HP.
NOTE: The printer PCL6 driver continued to have some difficulty printing multiple copies from applications of accounting to the HP LaserJet 1320 printer after the activation of the advanced printing features.
Print with the HP postscript (PS) emulation printer driver and enabling advanced features printing has solved this problem in these cases.

All functions are working correctly on Windows 7, except when I select multiple copies, only one copy prints. As he simply ignores the number or the requested copies. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Right after that I posted it, I found the solution. Figure that I'll post here in the case where it help someone else...
Select Start, and then click Printers
Right-click on the LaserJet printer icon, then select Properties.
Select the device settings tab.
Find the parameters of the Mopier Mode and storage of the work.
Change the active settings to disabled.
Click on apply and OK.
Try again to print the job.
Worked like a charm.
My LaserJet P1005 trustworthy priinter was perfectly printing for a few years on my HP TouchSmart 300 running Windows 7 and connected via USB1. I have upgraded to Windows 10 for two weeks before deciding that he was turning too slowly. Subsequently, I have downgraded to Windows 7.
Since the downgrade, the printer has been printing several copies of all documents (eg. Word, Excel, Web pages). He prints a copy, waiting (the State indicates a copy pending) and continues to print 3 or 4 future COPs..
So far, I have tried the following:
1 deleted and reinstalled the printer P1005 driver.
2. guarantee that no multiple copies are selected in the options of the software and a printer.
3. you click Printer Sharing tab in the printer properties.
I know that's not a printer for the State of the art, but any suggestions on my printer P1005 back to normal would be greatly appreciated.

Try to clear the record of spool and restart the spooler to print, see if this will help, clear how current Print queue in Windows Vista & Windows 7.
Please try the steps listed in this document, if the problem persists, HP printers - Print Jobs stuck in the print queue (Windows). They should help this situation. What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor?
I used this document to the network printers, you can try it to see if it will help with the USB connection, HP LaserJet Pro P1102w and printers P1606dn - printer continuously prints the same Print Job after it is installed on a network.
Please let me know the results and if there is anything else I can help you. Thank you.
Before the 10th of Windows, I was able to print several copies without problem. Now with Windows 10 everything I print is 1 copy no matter what I do to different environments. Now the Mopier mode is grayed out as well as various other positions in the printer properties dialog box. Am I missing something simple?
>> ... I have administrative credentials. I can see what I have to do in the printer properties, but cannot perform the appropriate function because nearly 90% of the functions are "grayed out"...
I have no idea why this should be the case.
Seems more like a permissions problem Windows, rather than a printer or a printer driver problem.
... and you confirm that the ' grayed' value for the Mopier Mode is currently set on " Enabled"?
Check what your effective permissions ; you need 'manage this printer"access; This example shows my user (not administrator) does not have this access (so all 'device settings' values are gray when seen as logged-in while this user.
Printer was fine for several months after installing Windows 7/64, but now will not print multiple copies.
Install the latest drivers from HP does not work.
Sorry, none of these methods worked, but I found a "work around" which, although unsatisfactory, works.
The only way I can change the "exemplary amount printed ' is to go of the program print menu and instead to use the box of"Copies", use" Properties/Advanced/paper output/copy Count"and change cela number of copies wanted, then run the print job, but don't forget to come back to this menu and change it to '1', which will continue to use the new set of amount." This seems to be a problem with the printer driver.
After a Windows update on my window of bureau of Home Premium 64 - bit 7, I'm unable to print multiple copies of any document of any web application or software using my cp1215. I use the printer to print to my classroom (for example 20 + copies of a doc at a time), so I really need this.
The problem began in March and can solve if I roll back the update of Windows. There are about 50 items to update, so I have no idea how to insulate. I tried to uninstall the printer before you use Windows update and do a complete reinstall with the latest drivers (4/13) with no luck.
No idea how to solve this problem? I don't want to go too long without keeping in touch with Windows security updates. Thank you!
Looks like you did a thorough investigation and I am glad to hear of your partial success. It also seems that these 2 updates are in place for a reason any. They say that they are installed, but they do not act as they are installed. It could be a problem with the download. For the part of your question, it may be best to contact Microsoft support. Click here
If you do this and get these 2 installed and need additional assistance, please let me know.
Life was good - could print famously well from any iPad or iPhone at home... then I saw the firware update this active ePrint and I've updated so I was able to print to the print House of my laptop on the road. Do not know why, never really need before - but alas, I digress... The problem is that eth firmware update airprint sinc is no longer the functiosn correctly as I get continued to copies of the same print jobs - again and again - unless, after the first print job, I double click on the button "home" NFB iPad to make upi the print queue manager and press Cancel. It seems that the iPad/iPhone does not receive a complete message from the print job from the printer (?) and it continues to send print jobs.
Anyone else having this problem or have any ideas on how to fix?
Good news for all,
There's a new firmware update available now for m1217 series that solves this problem of airprint, that you all see. It is also available for windows, OSX no only. It is also a NEW version of the firmware, not the downgrade option available on osx only.
Thank you all for your patience on this issue and the help of AlwaysNeon looking into this issue.
I just noticed a new glitch today. Always I been selection of multiple files in a given folder, then right click and select the option print from the context menu.
Today, what did, I find my printer print continually one of the file multiple times, until I stopped just to the printer. What happened more than once.
I don't know what has changed. I have not tinkered with the print settings, nor did I update the printer driver, or install a Microsoft Update having to do with my printer.
HP LaserJet p1102w
I rebooted and the problem did not appear again.

I have an HP 1022n printer. Whenever I try to print a document, it continues printing time and time again. Even just a single page document will continue to print until I have to turn the printer off and turn off spooling it print. It's the second computer I hung on him and the same result. Although other network computers will not have this problem. All the settings on all computers are the same. Any thoughts?
Hi, in Windows 7 go to the
Panel-> devices and printers-> right click your printer icon HP-> properties-> Ports printer-> uncheck "enable bidirectional support". -> APPLY
It's the same in XP Vista & except for the devices and printers.
I recently installed a M1217nfw all-in-one for my boss. We had two questions.
The first: while the device will connect correctly to the WiFi at the start, if it does not any print job it seems about to lose the connection in 10 minutes. The printer is still on, but the connection light starts flashing and no work can be sent to the printer is restarted.
- printer is about 6 feet of the wireless router, which works OK for other devices
- printer has the latest firmware
- Timeout on printer is set for 120 min
- router WiFi is an ASUS RT-N56U with a WPA network
The second: when on the network, the printer works very well with the MacBook, but printing from an iOS device is a little too successful. Printer can be acquired via AirPrint, but will not leave the print job and print repeatedly until that quit on the iPad or the iPhone. (see this issue of forum of Apple). Seems to be something new with the new firmware + iOS6.
For the first problem, try setting a static IP address on the printer. Which should prevent the impression to lose the Wi - Fi connection is quite as easily. I'll link a document below to help you with that. The second problem is being researched. I'll come back to you on this subject after knowledge what happens with that. Let me know what happens with the static IP address.
Step 6 in the above-linked document is one that has a static IP configuration steps, but the other steps can help as well. Make sure that you set the DNS Google public DNS static public (Preferred = 22.214.171.124: Alternate = 126.96.36.199).
My new LJ P2055n printer will not work correctly. Although duplex printing works well, simply could not print more than 1 copy no matter how I config setting! Can anyone help? Thank you!
I use Win7 (32 bit) OS + pilot universal PL6
In fact after I installed Win7, my old printer (LJ 1300) had the same problem and did not really work well with Win 7. Then I thought that buying a newer model is the only solution, I can't believe that the problem still exists!
His familiar problem for me. We have reported this problem to hp and they corrected in version 5.2. Please download from the hp Web site.
HI - just hung a new impressive 1606dn of Laserjet Pro. I use an Airport Express Terminal to hang it on a home wireless network. I got a HP Laserjet 1012 hung in the same way and it worked fine. I am able to find and set up the new printer via Bonjour my Windows 7 laptop and desktop, but when I print a document it prints several copies at all times (for always if I left it): the document does not queue!
Without a doubt!
When I click on FILE, PRINT, and select 2 or more copies, the printer will print only to a copy.
I use a HP Laserjet 1300 pcl5, product number q1334a
Windows 7 v6.1, service pack 1, 64-bit
No error message
The latest driver is installed
I added this (usb) printer to a new computer Windows 7
This printer worked perfectly on my old Windows XP computer
I can print several copies of my Canon 9000 inkjet printer
Am stuck printing only 1 copy at a time on my laserjet? Or is there a soloution to this problem? I would like suggestions.
Try to open the driver properties, click device settings, scroll down and turn off Mopier mode, see if that helps.
Windows 7 + Office 2007 with HP 1200 LaserJet printer: unable to print multiple copies of Excel documents. Also impossible to install the update from the HP Microsoft driver. Windows Update indicates the updated driver available... but fails to install. Everything was stable and works very well. All other printing works very well (including multiple copies from other programs like Adobe etc).
Any help will be appreciated.

I have a one page document that contains only a short sentence.
I save it.
OK, now I want to print three copies of this document of a page.
I can only print one page.
Checking or unchecking collate (as others have reported a fix for) makes no difference.
However, I can print several copies of my little a MS Works 9.0 page Works Spreadsheet and Works database.
