We have two email accounts a Hotmail.com and a single live.com.      Several months ago, perhaps when OUTLOOK can be downloaded on the stage is no longer able to send an attachment.   A short document or a photo causes the error "Internet Explorer has stopped working".   This is the only problem we seem to have.  Any suggestions?

This happens when you click on the attachment button, or when you drag-and - drop a file in the email (or both?)

  • HP 3.0 usb port plugged to USB 3.0 external causes internet to stop working.

When 3.0 port on my HPE H8 - 1280T computer connected to an external drive usb Hitachi Touro Desk 3.0, my computer's Internet will become unstable and work stoppage.  Stayed at the various ports of 3.0 on my HP but with the same result.  My Hitachi Touro desk 3.0 usb external hard drive works but my HP Internet stops unless I have remove the 3.0 cable usb attached to it.  I also noticed that the transfer rate starts from 3 digits (175) where it suppose to be in this range and down slowly (57) a little more than the transfer speed 2.0 usb ordinary.  Any help is appreciated.

The USB 3.0 motherboard works better than on the top.  It's work without crashing the Internet but very slow.  The solution I found is to uninstall Firefox resinstall browser and control panel the browser again.  Guess what, the browser works the way it should be wiithout crashing while I was with the Hitachi drive

  • Update Vista caused internet connection problems

I have tried repairing computer of my sister, who says simply ceased to connect to the internet all of a sudden.  She said that began February 1... After looking through the system restore, I noticed there was an update installed on 31 January, so I restored the computer to the day prior to that, and now the internet works again.  Since then, I have disabled the automatic updates.  My question is: How can I solve this problem?  I can't leave just for always updates disabled...

    Hello

Please can you us on the update that is causing this issue?

This problem occurs especially if there is a conflict between the update and the application program on your computer, mainly the antivirus program.

That's why I suggest to disable and re-enable the antivirus program or the security on your computer and try to update the verification of updates if the problem is resolved.
Ensure that you re - activate the security on your computer program after a repair.

Try here to reset windows update components and then try to install the updates.

    Hello

Try these and it can also be a good idea to update your main drivers later. The General corruption can also play a
role in this issue. And even the TCP/IP stack might need to be refreshed.

What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on the machine? Be one you ALREADY had on this
machine, including those you have uninstalled (they leave leftovers behind which can cause strange problems).

If no joy there's something blocking perhaps.

Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - IE with no Addons - what works best?

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - tab click on restore, and then click Reset - apply / OK

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - click on reset all default areas - apply / OK

Close and restart IE or IE with no addons

    not better?

IE - tools - manage Addons (for sure disable SSV2 if it is there, it is no longer necessary but Java always install
"(and it causes problems - you never update Java to go back in and turn it off again)." Search for other possible problems.

Windows Defender - tools - software explore - look for problems with programs that do not look right. Permit
are usually OK and "unauthorized" are not always bad. If in doubt about a program to ask about it here.

Could be that a BHO - BHOremover - free - standalone program, needs no installation, download and run - not all
are bad, but some can cause your question (toolbars are BHO).
