    Hi, Arghbee1.

    Please visit Apple support communities.

I understand that you are unable to AirPlay from your Mac to your Apple TV.  Here are some troubleshooting steps that I recommend to go through this problem.

    Get help

If you do not see the AirPlay icon , make sure that your Apple TV is awake and that it meets the system requirements.

If you do not see your Apple TV in the AirPlay menu, make sure that your Mac and Apple TV comply with the system requirementsand your software from the Apple TV is updated. Also check your firewall settings:

    1. Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, and then click the Firewall tab.
    2. Click the lock icon and enter an administrator name and password.
    3. Click Firewall Options.
    4. Deselect the option "block all incoming connections".
    5. Select the option "automatically allow signed software to receive incoming connections.

  • Screen turns blue and restart Satellite C850D-11 q

I bought a Satellite C850D-11 q runnings Windows 8 of Curry to the United Kingdom for my daughter just before Christmas - was a very good price £300 - however, she says that she will be surfing the internet and or do a variety of other tasks (no particular process does seem to be involved) and suddenly the screen turns blue and the computer will be closed and restart no reason apparent. He did at least 30 times per month.

BSOD means that there is a hardware problem or software problem.
The BSOD can be caused by high temperatures as well as problems of RAM.
So it's not easy to say what is causing the BSOD.

Make sure that this laptop is cooled properly.
In addition, if the temperature is not the problem, try to recover the system using the recovery options described in the user manual and in the present document:

Please try to uninstall Norton to see if you still get the blue screen. You can try using Norton Removal Tool: http://www.norton.com/nrt

If you get a blue screen after the removal of Norton, try update video drivers and see if that solves the problem. You can try to reinstall Norton after that.

It started a couple of weeks and the only thing I can understand, is that it must have been associated with an auto update.  If I don't move my mouse or typing something in 60 seconds, my screen turns blue and I must click on the Daisy to the same user to reopen.  I want to prevent this.  I tried to use recovery and come back a couple of weeks, but it did not help.  Can someone tell me what is happening and how to prevent this?

  • When editing, everything I go turns blue [was: Please help]

When I edit my photos, all what I want to darken, turns blue. All Blacks turn blue. It was not used to do. What I am doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong. The blue that shows is the clipping indicator. This indicates that the dark parts of your image are too dark and you lose detail. The same thing happens with the white sections of your image, but they will light up red. If you don't want this indicator to show, just press the letter J.  Alternatively, you can click on the small square in the upper corners of the histogram. The left we disable the indicator of shadows, the right shuts down indicator of highlights. If you have them turned off then you can hover your mouse cursor over these small places to see if any clipping occurs.

  • Always return to welcome screen after turning on iPhone iPhone

When I reboot or turn off my iphone and then put it again, it always come back to the screen «welcome to iphone» I have already activate the phone and use it normally. When run, there is no problem at all. But yes, it always come back to the screen rather than on the home screen of boot.

Try to reset the phone in now the power and home buttons until the phone restarts.

  • Why is my screen turning black temporarily, then the screen saver turning blue, when using hotmail?

Sometimes when you use Hotmail - specifically, put the cursor in the e-mail box - Mac color wheel starts to turn. It is quickly followed by the entire screen goes black for a few moments. This is followed by the screen back, but the background changing default screen saver is blue that usually appears temporarily when I boot. This happens not all the time, but it happens. I visited the 'genius bar' Apple Store and they checked on my machine. They cleaned up some disk problems, and it is always the case. Their thought is that it is a Firefox problem, because they did not experience to date, and it didn't happen when I use hotmail with Google Chrome.
