  I get the following errors when setting up financial management 11.1.2.1 with the configuration tool:

  1 EPMCFG-10397: for the realization of this task, the Oracle database client must be installed.

  2 EPMCFG-10398: for the realization of this task, the file tnsnames.ora Oracle database must exist.

  I had two clients installed on my Win2008server: was the first 64-bit and 32-bit second. TNSping to database is OK. The strange thing is: other modules such as GestionnaireCalc and EPMA has been configured successfully with this same DB connection. I use oracle different patterns for each module, but HFM poster error any system I use.

  We have 2 HFM applications on version + 11.1.2.3.500.   I have the following error message when you try to take an export of HFM via LCM applications. I don't know where to start by fixing this problem. I tried to reconfiguration of HFM Web but that does not solve the problem.

  This issue has been partially addressed by

  1. modify the logging.xml file located in the Oracle_Home/Middleware/user_projects/domains/EPMSystem/config/fmwconfig/servers/FoundationServices0

  2. change the sections that follow, and set its TRACE logging: 32

  We found error

  Could not unlock the Journal ID by the cluster controller loading magazines

  This is due to the enormous tasks of verification and data

  Select count (*) in the app_data_audit;

  Archived and trimmed of these tables. We were able to take a full backup of the second application, including magazines.

• LCM Migration error

  Hi all
  
  We are facing a serious problem of migration using LCM. We have made some changes in the Production and wanted to return to development. (It works be it here). I tried using LCM using shared workspace services and executed migration. I copied this particular file each for shared services and planning app in the folder Import & Export the target environment and run migration again.
  This resulted in it with some mistakes to learn calc scripts scripts and report dint migrate with errror blah blah.
  When I opened the web Planning, I see new forms in the list of forms. but when I click on open, it says 'error occurred '.
  Its the same thing when I opened the dimensions and everything.
  and to my heart attack, I could not even open the AppWizard Wizard by web, it even says 'error occurred '. What is now that I can do to achieve this?
  All my plans corrupt db? I thought that I could at least get the app by using app Wizard by pointing out to the new DB. given my AppWizard went, what can I do now?

  I guess that you have restarted the service application web planning.
  If it's good for the dev to be a mirror of prod, it would be less painful to try to restore the relational db for dev.

• 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 HFM migration

  1. the use of schema conversion utility based system to migrate a HFM and FDM in its current State 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 application. It work?

  2. How can I put HFR 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 reports

  (1) Yes.  The schema of HFM and FDM update utility works 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3, although it is not officially supported by Oracle.  HSS and BI + cannot be updated.

  (2) for reports, LCM will not work between these versions.  11.1.1.3 export and import of 11.1.2.3 will work, but you need to manually reapply all the permissions to report.

  Note: Oracle changed the engine of calculation between these two versions, so be very careful for recon data that do not change your numbers after consolidating in 11.1.2.3.

• Account LCM dimension migration fails between applications

  We get the error message when you try to migrate the account from one application to another on LCM below dimension:
  
  Failure of the Hyperion Essbase operation with an error code: 1060051.

  p.s. I noticed My Oracle Support has an entry for the same error number 1060051: Planning Refresh error: "com.hyperion.planning.olap.EssbaseException: xxxx (1060051)" [944970.1 ID]
  I'll see if these two are linked

  If it is not in the planning or essbase application log, then it might be easier just to rebuild the dimension and a little hard to find.

  Please recommend other best to migrate applications between 11.1.2.1 installation server and 11.1.2.3 (fresh) server because I am not like using the maintenance release.

  I have two requests of HFM, FDM and some reports.

  Request for copy of HFM utility and utility upgrade of application are the best choice.

  FDM has its own upgrade utility.

  Reports export/import to workspace.

  Hello

  My guess is the user you tried to install/partner to the migration repository done don't have the appropriate privileges.

  Best to start over if we can enter the question.

  Start by creating a new user in Oracle for the migration repository. Give the correct privileges

  > Connect to SYS or SYSTEM and run the following commands

  Migrep CREATE a USER identified by migrep;

  GRANT connect, resources, create view, create a view on migrep;

  ALTER USER migrep unlimited quota on USERS;

  Now using SQL Developer, create a connection to the MIGREP and associate the migration repository in this regard.

  Check if migration Repository packages have been created and are compiled valid. Worth the package bodies are valid as well.

  I used the following code to my hash password. In jdev 11.1.2.1 it was working fine but when I migrate to 11.1.2.2 it gives me an error and its not able to import oracle.security.jps.internal.jaas.module.database.util. DBLoginModuleSHA1Encoder the file

• You try to run LCM make of error during the selection of shared Service application

  Has recently created a new app planning want to import artifacts from LCM in the app. When I click on the newly created in the Shared Services/Application folder application, I get this message.
  
  'Unable to connect "[new planning app]" to ensure that the application is running and the user has the necessary permissions to access this function'
  
  
  If I use the same logon ID to enter in Hyperion Planning I can view/edit the new application of planning.
  
  Search in Oracle/Middleware/user_projects for log files, but nothing to really stood

  As far as I know (always on HFM 4.X!), HFM is not a predefined function of average. You will need to define a new function in your rules as shown below. I received this support earlier. The settings are a bit different than what you have in your example, so you may need to change. Is the '3' in your example the number of the period?

  Have a question related to the migration of the error codes of the AIA we configure AIA for each Service AIA/ABC framework.
  
  These stored anywhere as an xml or in the database? Our main concern is during the migration, we face the challenge to set all this up in a new environment. Rather, I'm looking for, if we can just move the configuration file to the new environment.

  Phani,
  I guess that you are referring to the configuration of error notifications in the AIA configuration pages. These rules are stored in the BSR_ERROR_NOTIFICATIONS table in the schema of the AIA.

  If you export data from an env to be imported into another, you must ensure that the corresponding sequence of the DB (BSR_ERROR_NOTIFICATIONS_S) is adjusted to not run into issues.
