  I saw this happen occasionally during installation via the USB port. In my experience, it is when a USB 3.0 or eSATA/USB combo port is present. It does not occur if start you it from a Windows existing, nor happens during the installation of optical media.

The PC began to reinstall the drivers, but the headphones still did not appear in the sound tabs.
