  Hi, I just upgraded to El Capitan and since this each time I type letters 'fi' in a post doc she just appears as a blank space. If I type in an app like textedit I don't have the same problem.

  It is most likely a problem with the font used in the Mail and/or replacing text - 'fi' is a combination of letters who admits a "ligature" (i.e. the single glyph 'who' may be substituted instead of a 'f' and an 'i'; if the police does not contain this character, this problem may arise).

  I suggest you to select another font and see if the problem persists.

  I created an email form with the code found in the Adobe cookbooks below. Everything works fine except that there are some letters that I can't type. These letters are d, f, h, k, o, p, q, r, v, w, x, y, z. Where in the code below fix that? Thanks for your help!

• numbers entered instead of letters both crossed.

  When I try to make THE crossed from the Times online, as I enter letters, numbers appear in the grid. I'm definitely hitting letter keys.

  I have no problem with IE, but have the same problem in Chrome.

  having an intermittent problem with both my HP (laser & ink-jet) printers.  I've updated printer drivers, but still this problem - where small squares instead of numbers and letters sometimes appear.

  I read that the "print job wants to use a character that is not present in the selected font (font) and the character set' - that I sort of understand.  but I don't understand how/why that it just started to happen (I use these two printers for several years).

  Click file >restore fonts Standard... and restore the fonts.

  I also suggest you check for computer\Keyboard manufacturer.

  I also suggest to activate / deactivate the number pad emulation, check the documentation that came with the computer.

  Note that a Windows standard is to hold the CTRL key and select the

• Questions (MS Sculpt Ergo) keyboard: Windows key, Double letters

  I was using an ergonomic keyboard Sculpt Microsoft and mouse for a few months now on Windows 7 running on my computer (iMac in Bootcamp) with no problems until yesterday.  I brought to the top of the keyboard on the screen and the issues I found are the following:

  1. the windows key often seems to be pressed (always with the two shift keys), leading to questions disappearing actually press the Windows key (but refer to chance).

  2. often, while typing some letters will appear twice, it seems that some letters (e, t, h) more than others, but I can't say for sure.

  3. the above questions also shows where I could type a word (for example the combination) and it doubles as a series of letters (ex: combinatioion) or add a letter I typed just after the space I typed (ex: where e).

  4. certain combinations of letter/key (SHIFT + V) do not work, so I can't type a capital "v" without using the on screen keyboard.

  I tried the following things to resolve this, so far without success:

  A. replacement of the batteries in the keyboard.

  B. restart the computer.

  C. blow off dust keys of (the room was clean and did not have whatever it is spilled on it).

  D. removing the Windows and verification key to remove the dirt or anything that might be the cause to push.

  I would appreciate any input, the keyboard is new enough, I can see to have replace if necessary, but I thought I'd check and see if anyone had ideas of software/driver to try first.

• Why is adobe not allowing me to use letters in the serial code?

• This Captcha code is corrupted?

  I have a site that has several forms registration newsletter on different pages. All worked properly. Today, my client sent saying that the Captcha does not work on one of the pages. I went through the page and found that the Captcha image was a symbol of broken link. I checked the html code and found the text updated the form below. If you look at the bottom where the < div class = "captcha" > appears the "{module_captchav2} < / div >" is also absent. You will see a div class below "captchaimg' that I did not add and three"entry of the id that I don't understand. Also the CDATA text is different on this form. I did modified green in the HTML below to highlight the text.

  Can someone explain what happened?

  It is not corrupt.

  The situaiton likely is someone saw the HTML for a form on another page, copy the html code and pasted in there. They may or may not have changed the form action ID to match another form (you should check), but instead of the required captcha module, because they copied the html code, they copied the captcha rendering module. Which of course the image of session which will now have expired.

• When I registered today that a new message is something new has been added to Firefox. How can I find this info now?

  I use an iMac from Apple, and when I opened my email using Firefox enamel filled the entire screen. To the top on the right side of the screen was a circle with the letter 'W' in it. Whenever I pressed the individual letters button appeared. What is happening with this? It was impossible for me to get out of the display full screen other than by using the ESC key. I restarted my computer and display full-screen is still there. What should I do to fix this?

• iPad keyboard has a clean mind.

  Quite suddenly, when I start typing, random letters will enter into the text field. If I tap gently on a single letter, sometimes up to seven or eight letters will appear randomly. Using the BACKSPACE key often results in more random letters that appear in the text fields. It started when I updated that we could go to the most recent iOS. Any suggestions?

• Keyboard on Satellite A200 problem

  Hi, while hoping a bit of insight into what the problem may be with my Satellite A200.

  It started with one single key works does not, then one other has stopped working. Then I would press a key, but it would come with a different letter on the screen. Then it got really bad, I couldn't use the keyboard at all because of the random letters would seem I typed, eventually escalating to the point where letters would appear constantly on the screen when the keyboard has not been affected.

  Tried to uninstall and reinstall driver, did not help. Tried a usb keyboard which was great until tonight. Usb keyboard or the laptop keyboard are working when tapped, yet sometimes random letters appear on the screen.

  I was ready to replace the keyboard if it was just a problem of keyboard, but now I'm wondering if it might be the motherboard. Everyone knows the same or similar problem?

  It's very confusing when the keyboard USB doesn t work too. At first, I thought faulty keyboard, it must be, but I'm afraid there is a serious hardware problem and I don't think you can fix it alone.

  I recommend you contact nearest Toshiba authorized maintainer and ask for help.
