  It seems that the BIOS has detected an error with a certain part of material...

  Before doing something I recommend you load the default settings in the BIOS. If you are in the BIOS Setup, press the F9 key.

  I am trying to upgrade my computer portable HARD drive. I use an external enclosure and cloning software to clone the Toshiba HDD to a WD Scorpio drive more.

The speaker came with another Hitachi drive I tried the same result. I tried using the recovery disk of the product with the new drive but it wouldn't boot either, I tried the CD with the old drive so I know it works.
