Creative cloud: lightroom cc 2015 is not in the list
Creative cloud: lightroom cc 2015 is not in the list of the app to upgrade. I have Lightroom version 5 in win 7 32 bit.
Since Lightroom 2015 CC (Lightroom 6) is a new product, it will not show as an update. Instead, press the button install next to Lightroom in the creative cloud Adpbe desktop application. If you do not see 'install' by Lightroom in the application manager, please first try to log out and return to: connect and disconnect from the creative cloud desktop application

The overview of the App in creative cloud propose the installation of Photoshop CC (2015), but not Lightroom 2015.

Here also to inform you that in case you are on Windows 7 32 bit OS, LR is not compatible with that.

I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code. And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac). Creative cloud keeps restarting so can not download the trial app CC
10 Windows, i7, 256 GB SSD processor, download speed currently between 30 and 40 Mbit/second.
When I try to download InDesign trial happens to 25 or 30% full and creative cloud downloader restart, killing the download. I get this message:
I can't uninstall and reinstall because she refuses to uninstall it, saying: I have apps that need it. Maybe it's because I'm on a 30 day trial of Adobe Framemaker 2015. Moving to the cloud creative download & install
Hello Stephen,
Please follow the steps below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:
http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe
Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

Lightroom CC (2015) does not recognize the lenses since the last update
I installed updates to Lightroom CC (2015), CC Bridge and Photoshop CC (2015) on 20 March. Since then, LR does not have lens ID in the exif data. It displays all the lenses as 'unknown '. This issue coincides with the last update and I confirmed that the lens information in the exif data. What is the reference for this?
It will not be restored automatically. My understanding is that after upgrading to the next version, it will be necessary to filter the images concerned, select all, Ctrl / Cmd + S to write metadata (in order to keep all work performed since importation), then do file metadata reading to get the lenses update info.

First Creative Cloud ENT is a company the volume serial number so it can be registered under the account detail.
There is a different method for with CCE serial number, install and activation of programs.

As you have already installed InDesign CC and Creative Cloud Desktop app then after you have disconnected from the first creative clouds and
create the license using Creative Cloud Packager file.

Run the license file on the end user's machine. It will fix the problem of license.

We need Adobe Creative Cloud on several computers, but not at the same time.
Only sporadic use would bear expensive to purchase 6 licenses.

No, you must disconnect, Quit and logout is different.
Sign out of the creative cloud and connect and try to launch the Lightroom application.
Note: Do not try to launch the application from the Applications folder Lightroom.
Important:
"Launch application Ligthroom CC 2015, by double clicking on Lightroom cc 2015 option in the list of Apps in cloud creative application".
Even still face problem? follow the procedure below:
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)~/Library
Under library, navigate to the Preferences folder and open the same.
Search the preferences file named as com.adobe.Lightroom6.plist under Preferences folder and move it to the desktop.
Make sure that there is no Lightroom com.adobe plist file present inside.
Disconnect then creative cloud and connect and try to launch the Lightroom application.
Note: Do not run the application kept per file Lightroom.
Important:
"Launch application Ligthroom CC 2015, by double clicking on Lightroom cc 2015 option in the list of Apps in cloud creative application".

After you download the last updated September 27, lightroom does not start on my mac.
Used to work without problems so far.
Tried to disconnect the last clouds and again without success.
