  NVIDIA GTX 7xx or 9xx series graphics cards will not work in your PC.  The BIOS in "chicago" mothererboard is not compatible with the video BIOS in the graphics card.  You will need to get an older card chart such as the one of the below listed OEM HP graphics cards.   That's ok. I found error messages that are similar to article ID 1151183.1. Check if the Siebel server starts after a reconfiguration of the siebel server.

  Also, this issue seems to occur only when the PC is in a domain and I'm in a windows server (Windows SBS2008) domain.

  Then I found that if you set manual this services which depend on national institutes of statistics (DHCP Client, DNS Client, IP Helper, network connections, local awareness network) and also put INS manual
  You must also disable the "Workstation" service that also depends on national institutes of statistics (why turn off?
