• Records Manager error message

  Hello

  We have recently upgraded to Records Manager of TRIM version 7.1 and that we had a few problems that I hope someone can give me some advice on.

  My colleague stop error message "the requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a mapped section open user #800704 c (8).» She is currently working on a PowerPoint file that has never been saved in the folder Manager. It is copy and paste information from another PowerPoint presentation (also not saved in the folder Manager) in this new. Whenever she's copying something a new slide and hit save this message appears. 'OK' to hit does disappear for a minute, and then it reappears again.

  A that anyone has had a similar problem? So, I am confused since no documents, she works to have links to Records Manager at all.

  Any suggestions are appreciated

• Create component URM reports - records management.

  In the management of documents in the content of the WebCenter 11 g (11.1.1.9), created reports are generated by a version of the runtime of Oracle BI Publisher.  In order to create these reports, there are report templates that are stored during the initial set-up of records management.  These models are in rich text format (RTF). I use the default templates without any customization (Option: Reports Create-> Full-> search results results), and I am facing a few analysis errors when reporting of any University Complutense of MADRID search results.

• 'Checkin Standard' link also has fields Records Manager

  I installed URM on Oracle UCM 10g.
  
  When I want to create content through new Check In-> IDC-> Standard Check-In, checkin page displays all fields associated with Records manager also. for example, save the activation date, save the date etc..
  
  Is this a normal behavior? I suppose that the standard check-in page does not display specific fields URM.
  It is the same for creating records no also.
  
  What is the difference in the form of consignment for the creation of a folder, a folder- and the consignment of a Standard? Could someone shed some light please?

  My memory of URM comes from studies of it in 7.1, and a check-in page wasn't a record check in the page if the box "Record is" was not checked. Once the "is the folder" check box was checked, then it became a check-in record. So, if the checkbox is not checked then normal archiving rules applied.

  I haven't watched URM since 7.1 or more and do not know if this statement above is still true. Also, I do not know how to simple profiles work, but his concept would allow to hide and change the page fields.

• Lightroom catalog management

  I noticed a lot of people use Dropbox or similar services to sync that Lightroom catalogs between their computers. I did the same thing but have noticed the size of the catalog grows and will reach a point where I'll run out of space in my sync folder. I'm sure that others have seen it so I'm looking for suggestions for how to manage the size of a lightroom catalog.  Those of you with large libraries do not hesitate to share your tips here. The only thing I can think is to break down my pictures in categories and for each separate use catalogues. But that looks like it would be only a temporary solution. Not to mention complicated when it came to the sorting and also pick them up again.

  It is best to distinguish between catalog (lrcat extension) and records of previews. Any smart insights folder? Perhaps just remove the regular previews folder.

  I have my tent monitor QOS in a CallManager configuration and so I need access to records CDR/CMR. I read a lot of references to this subject and currently quite confused about which way to go. I know that CDR/CMR obtained records be retrieved a little ways, but it seems to me hit a roadblock in each. So if anyone can advice me which would be the most appropriate, it would be great. I have them listed below.

  (1) access options-mib on the voice gateway CISCO-VOICE-SELECTOR - giving quality of Service for calls active and historical values. But the problem here is if a Cisco Catalyst switch is used as a gateway, this MIB is not supported on it. It relies on many of the other Cisco routers.

  (2) access to the Microsoft SQL db and query the tables of CDR and CMR. But I guess that this option has been deprecated in Call Manager version > 7 or more

  3) CDR/CMR files through SOAP request. Is the format of the request for the COR and the same RMC? I found one example in the XML Developer's guide. But the application doesn't have a parameter that can distinguish between a request for the COR or CMR.

  I wouldn't go this route if you are talking about a Cisco UCM deployment.  Yes, you will find information on gateways, but that is not really necessary, and as you have discovered, depending on the platform.

  Fix.  In pre-5 x days CDRs were flat files collected by subscribers and send to the Publisher (for a part of MS).  A service at the Publisher (CDRInsert) take these flat files and push them into a database.  It's a MS SQL DB.  Here, the data could be maintained by other applications and processes.  In the version of the device, the CDRs are always grouped at the Publisher, but are kept in the form of flat files.  If you have activated the CDR Analysis and Reporting (ERA) on the CUCM system, flat files will be available in a database format and you can really ask of the CLI on the server.  More information on the CAR in a little.

  It does not work quite the way you think. The CDR interface on SOAP request that you speak is simply a command you can send to the CUCM system to find out what the CDRs are sitting in the repository.  You can then use the interface to retrieve the CDRs.  The intended use for the COR on demand API is to allow a server to "pick up" billing all CDRs he missed due to a disruption in the communication of the CUCM system.  Concerning the differentiation between the COR and CMR.  I have not watched this API recently, but I recall it's your application/script will need to determine what type of call recording is available through the name of the flat file (cmr vs cdr).  But I could be wrong.

  I didn't know that's true for CUCM.

  For CUCM, I would look to set up a server billing detailed call (CUCM maintenance of web pages).  Billing is fundamentally a FTP/SFTP server which the CUCM cluster will flow the CDRs based on a specified interval.  You just need a FTP/SFTP server IP address (I recommend SFTP) and a user name.  The default interval is 1 minute (defined in the parameters of the business).  You can change the interval.  This will give you the raw data that you can treat to your heart's content.  For CME, the data structure is different and you will need to send details of calls via syslog, I think.  You need normalize recordings if you want to compare/contrast.  I haven't looked this aspect of the CME myself.

  I have already mentioned CAR.  It is a Cisco delivered with CUCM application for free. You just allow it.  As a free application, it is not really the most useful.  But it can sometimes meet the exact demand that you are looking to fill. Browse ORC "CDR analysis and Reporting tool.

• Lightroom 6 managing zones MP4 correctly when importing?

  Lightroom has / had a long-standing problem to ignore time zone information when you import MP4 files.  The result was that the MP4 file would be the hour GMT after importation.  Does anyone know if this problem has been fixed in LR6?

  I think you could run Exiftool on a different file.  I have re-uploaded the file, and both of my downloaded copies indicate a Date create of 2016:05:02 22:13:39, not 2016:05:02 23:06:28.

  Nevertheless, it is clear what is happening.  The Nexus has followed the standard QuickTime/MP4 strictly and recorded time UTC create Date (UTC is 8 hours ahead of PST, 7 hours in front of PDT).  But the link used hour local (15:13:39) the file name when it was recorded.

  LR used the Date field to create for its capture time (22:13:39 2016:05:02).  Unfortunately, because the standard QuickTime/MP4 does not have any place for cameras record the time zone, and because many cameras record local time rather than UTC Date to create, there is no practical way for LR to use fields of metadata standard of whether the field is in local time or UTC.   Blame Apple for this mess.

  You can add your vote and your question (model of camera, video format) details about this in the Adobe official feedback forum: Lightroom: iPhone video Capture time is shifted to import | Community customer Photoshop family. This would help to inform Adobe that many of its users are familiar with this problem.

  I don't think that there is nothing practical that Adobe can do about it now, but it can pressure manufacturers to implement the XMP standard for video, which would allow the dates and times to record with the time zones (among others).  Adobe has defined the XMP standard years ago, and it's been widely adopted for still images.

• Clicked on download Lightroom, download manager opens but no download. Not available in the Lightroom Download Manager

  However, when I looked at the newspapers available Canon, these are all different: Photo paper pro platinum (PT-101), pro photo paper luster (READ-101), photo paper glossy extra II (PP-201), photo paper more semi-glace (SG-201), daily use of glossy paper (GP-501), matte as well as paper (MP-101) photo

  There are here some papers that look as if they could relate to the lightroom the list for example PT-101 and PT1, SG - 201 and SG2 but, for the moment, I am particularly interested by what option must be used to match the photo paper and glossy II (PP-201) that I bought - GL2 looks as if it might be a competitor

• Lightroom recording do not mounting MAC from Mode after standby.

  I'm having a problem when I edit photos in lightroom. I edit my pictures and when I do not complete I let the program open and just let my computer go to sleep, but when I come back the next day, I noticed that my pictures are grainy when they were not before. So, I'll have to go back and re - edit my photos agin. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? I use a mac 5 k and everything is updated

  I got Adobe Lightroom as a gift about a year ago. I thought that I had it installed on my computer, but when I tried to open it a few days ago it prompted me to license and enter it again. The problem with doing this, it's that I can't find my card with the serial number. I have the boxes and some of the documents that were included, but I can't find the card with the serial number. Is it possible for Adobe to help me get my product up and running without my serial number?
