• Records Manager error message

  Hello

  We have recently upgraded to Records Manager of TRIM version 7.1 and that we had a few problems that I hope someone can give me some advice on.

  My colleague stop error message "the requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a mapped section open user #800704 c (8).» She is currently working on a PowerPoint file that has never been saved in the folder Manager. It is copy and paste information from another PowerPoint presentation (also not saved in the folder Manager) in this new. Whenever she's copying something a new slide and hit save this message appears. 'OK' to hit does disappear for a minute, and then it reappears again.

  A that anyone has had a similar problem? So, I am confused since no documents, she works to have links to Records Manager at all.

• Create component URM reports - records management.

• 'Checkin Standard' link also has fields Records Manager

  I installed URM on Oracle UCM 10g.
  
  When I want to create content through new Check In-> IDC-> Standard Check-In, checkin page displays all fields associated with Records manager also. for example, save the activation date, save the date etc..
  
  Is this a normal behavior? I suppose that the standard check-in page does not display specific fields URM.
  It is the same for creating records no also.
  
  What is the difference in the form of consignment for the creation of a folder, a folder- and the consignment of a Standard? Could someone shed some light please?

  My memory of URM comes from studies of it in 7.1, and a check-in page wasn't a record check in the page if the box "Record is" was not checked. Once the "is the folder" check box was checked, then it became a check-in record. So, if the checkbox is not checked then normal archiving rules applied.

  I haven't watched URM since 7.1 or more and do not know if this statement above is still true. Also, I do not know how to simple profiles work, but his concept would allow to hide and change the page fields.

• Lightroom records management

  I have a question on the issues. For example, I have a folder called 'holiday '. In the folder of vacation, I have three subfolders labeled "Glacier", "Banff" and "Jasper". Most of the pictures belong to one of these three files and is there.   I have my tent monitor QOS in a CallManager configuration and so I need access to records CDR/CMR. I read a lot of references to this subject and currently quite confused about which way to go. I know that CDR/CMR obtained records be retrieved a little ways, but it seems to me hit a roadblock in each. So if anyone can advice me which would be the most appropriate, it would be great. I have them listed below.

  (1) access options-mib on the voice gateway CISCO-VOICE-SELECTOR - giving quality of Service for calls active and historical values. But the problem here is if a Cisco Catalyst switch is used as a gateway, this MIB is not supported on it. It relies on many of the other Cisco routers.

  (2) access to the Microsoft SQL db and query the tables of CDR and CMR. But I guess that this option has been deprecated in Call Manager version > 7 or more

  3) CDR/CMR files through SOAP request. Is the format of the request for the COR and the same RMC? I found one example in the XML Developer's guide. But the application doesn't have a parameter that can distinguish between a request for the COR or CMR.

  I wouldn't go this route if you are talking about a Cisco UCM deployment.  Yes, you will find information on gateways, but that is not really necessary, and as you have discovered, depending on the platform.

  Fix.  In pre-5 x days CDRs were flat files collected by subscribers and send to the Publisher (for a part of MS).  A service at the Publisher (CDRInsert) take these flat files and push them into a database.  It's a MS SQL DB.  Here, the data could be maintained by other applications and processes.  In the version of the device, the CDRs are always grouped at the Publisher, but are kept in the form of flat files.  If you have activated the CDR Analysis and Reporting (ERA) on the CUCM system, flat files will be available in a database format and you can really ask of the CLI on the server.  More information on the CAR in a little.

  It does not work quite the way you think. The CDR interface on SOAP request that you speak is simply a command you can send to the CUCM system to find out what the CDRs are sitting in the repository.  You can then use the interface to retrieve the CDRs.  The intended use for the COR on demand API is to allow a server to "pick up" billing all CDRs he missed due to a disruption in the communication of the CUCM system.  Concerning the differentiation between the COR and CMR.  I have not watched this API recently, but I recall it's your application/script will need to determine what type of call recording is available through the name of the flat file (cmr vs cdr).  But I could be wrong.

  I didn't know that's true for CUCM.

  For CUCM, I would look to set up a server billing detailed call (CUCM maintenance of web pages).  Billing is fundamentally a FTP/SFTP server which the CUCM cluster will flow the CDRs based on a specified interval.  You just need a FTP/SFTP server IP address (I recommend SFTP) and a user name.  The default interval is 1 minute (defined in the parameters of the business).  You can change the interval.  This will give you the raw data that you can treat to your heart's content.  For CME, the data structure is different and you will need to send details of calls via syslog, I think.  You need normalize recordings if you want to compare/contrast.  I haven't looked this aspect of the CME myself.

  I have already mentioned CAR.  It is a Cisco delivered with CUCM application for free. You just allow it.  As a free application, it is not really the most useful.  But it can sometimes meet the exact demand that you are looking to fill. Browse ORC "CDR analysis and Reporting tool.

  Hi, I have a problem with printing from Lightroom 6. It seems that since the last update of Lightroom color management has corrupted. Impressions are now far the color range as they were before and as it should. I understand that all would be nice if I could go back to the version of Lightroom before the update. for example, to uninstall the update. Is it possible if yes, how?   Thank you.

  The Setup is the same for creative and autonomous clouds, the words can say creative cloud but you wind upward with the Lightroom 6.X standalone software when you apply your serial number. There is only a single installation file.

  Go to keep updating Lightroom and download the installer of the application and the file update install Lightroom 6.5.1.

  I just started using Lightroom with creative cloud and I'm very new to digital photography having just taken a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 for my birthday.  When you use Lightroom for editing images, it automatically records the image?  It overwrites the original photo?  If this is not the case, how to find where it is registered in?

• Edited in Photoshop does not correctly display in Lightroom after recording the images

  I recvently EU cloud Adobe and upgraded from Lightroom 3 or 4.  Since the upgrade I had problems with Lightroom not correctly display images edited in Photoshop.  Instead of the photoshop image, it creates a new jpeg image and appears in the library.  the PSD is not loaded into the library.

  I take a jpeg image of my library and shoosing the change based on Photoshop.  By selecting Edit a copy, I'm tried with the original and edit a copy with lightroom adjustments as well as with the same results.

  In Photoshop, I duplicate the base layer, the image upscaling, running some filters, addition of volunteering adjustment layers.

  I save the image in Photoshop format in the original folder where the original jpeg was in the Lightroom library.  I record with maximize compatibility on.

  When I return to Lightroom, the catalog displays the two files, the original jpeg and a copy identical to it, NOT the new file in photoshop with alterations.  If I go in the folder images occupy in the Finder using the Finder command show two images link to the same original jpeg format.  The modified file to photoshop is there in the folder but does not appear in Lightroom unless I drag and drop it.

  I've disabled all the filters and ensured that the sort is sort by name.  The image does not automatically appears in Lightroom after mounting.  Any suggestions?

  PS. I'm not looking for the subject, and there are discussions since 2007 and lightroom 2 but their solution was to start from scratch basically and I have a carefully labeled, starred and labeled catalog of more than 30 000 images and really don't want to do that

  Images that are edited in Photoshop will be displayed automatically in Lr only when the image file saved in Photoshop is identical to open LR.

  You say you open a jpg of Lr, then edit in PS-among other things-adding a few layers. Layers are not supported in JPG format, so you must either save it as a psd or a copy in jpg.

  In both cases, is not the same image as the one opened in Lr file, so it will have to be imported into Lr appears. If flatten you your image after editing in PS and then do a to your JPG - not a - it will be displayed in Lr.

  PS: the only exception is when you open a raw image from Lr into PS and you save it to PS in the format of file specified in Lr for external mounting. The saved file is automatically displayed in LR.

• Lightroom [how to manage photos with LR on the road]

  I have Lightroom CC and I edit on my desk. But is it possible when I (and about or travel) to shoot through and delete the photos I did on a shoot? This way I can work in the workplace. If I present also in LR might I also edit photos using these presets on my Ipad on the road?

  IOS and Android devices can only use the Mobile app LR which have a function of editing but don't like the desktop version of LR. Of course, you can load your pictures on 1 of these devices and shoot through them, delete what you want.

  As I don't use all LR mobile I'm not sure its feature set or if you can use the presets of same as you have on the desktop version.

• Creative Cloud Lightroom import records show that year and not the name of the file that I created

  When I import files from an SD card to Lightroom, I import to an external drive as my file.  Indicates the name of the folder to the year (2015) and not the name of the file that I created (Fort Worth, 12152015).  This has happened with every import that I've done so far.  How can I fix it?

  The copy option is used to copy the files from your camera card. The Add option is used when the files are already on your hard drive. They must be copied, just added to the Lightroom Catalog. You can simply add the files that are located on a map of the camera. They must be copied to the hard drive first.

• Lightroom versus printer manages color

  I have a monitor profile, and yet I find that I get prints that are a LOT closer to what my monitor returns when I let the printer (Epson 3880) handle color management when I left LR handle. Yes, I turned off "Printer manages color" in the printer controls. I tried color perceptual and relative and noticed no real difference. Also tried printing from Photoshop which produced prints that were farther away from what was displayed on the monitor. I use bright exhibition luster paper and what seems to me to be the right profile (BrillLusterEP3880PK). Overall, the prints have a magenta cast during the use of the profile and appear more neutral when you use "Printer manages color."

  Any ideas?

  In fact I think that the problem is in the profile provided by bright. The best impression from a distance (nearest what it on the screen) was produced with Epson paper using the supplied Epson profile. I know others like third party documents, but stay within "the family" seems to have its benefits.

• Lightroom and color management with two monitor profiles

  I have a problem with Lightroom CC on a computer with two monitors. The images on the calibrated Eizo different in Lightroom and Photoshop. I tried many things, but it comes down to the fact that Photoshop uses correctly the different profiels ICC for two screens, but Lightroom doesn't have. That is a known issue and there will be an update to solve?

  It's on a Macintosh computer.

  Lightroom has problems with Version 4 monitor ICC profiles. Make sure that your calibration than SW preferences are set to create ICC Version 2 profiles.

  In creative cloud for the management of teams, is it possible to create folders to sort users licenses?

  I can't seem to find a way to do it, but it would be a great tool, to be able to sort groups of users or licenses temporarily not assigned by Department.
