  If you have not saved the document before the reboot - and Windows always give a lot of warning before restarting automatically - while the file disappeared.  There is no way to recover; System Restore does apply to system files, not data.

  You click the Show/Hide in the Standard toolbar.  The location of this button may vary depending on the version of Word that you have (that you did not state).  Click the button again to make the marks disappear.

I tried the full software and the base out of the site of HP driver. Nor will not work. I broke the 8630 K8600 driver and it printed the logo and the rest of the document correctly but real soon. I use this in a small business. My other 3 types of (all HP) printers print the same Word documents and invoices from Quickbooks without problem. Convert .pdf files works but is not an effective workaround solution in a business environment. The printer test page shows that I use mxdwdrv.dll name driver, config file UniDrvUI.dll and driver version 6.00. Ever run HP Update, Print & Scan doctor and confirmed the new firmware.

  Thanks for the tips. I had one of my guys call the support company and he now works correctly with the driver Deskjet 6980. I seems a little slower, but works perfectly for us. I think that the phone call was more than 2 hours.

  Try the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. disable the blocker pop up on the browser you use.

  • Click three points located on the right side of the toolbar of peak.
  • Scroll and select only show advanced settings.
  • Click on the toggle to disable the blocker pop-ups block .

  Always recommended to reset the airport back to settings by default and then set up again whenever you have a new modem or change your Internet Service provider.

  Turn off the new modem for at least 30 minutes. More is better.

  Perform a hard reset on the AirPort Extreme, then it turned off.

  Make sure that the Ethernet cable connects the modem to the "O" on the AirPort Extreme WAN port

  After the power of the modem 30 minutes down, turn on the modem and let it run for at least 5 minutes by itself.

  Then, turn on the airport and let it run a few minutes

  Set up AirPort Extreme again

  Important note... There are many reports of problems with the modem Arris SB and airports. Both are great products, but they do seem to work perfectly together for some users.

  Adobe Reader does not install a pdf printer. The full version of Adobe Acrobat'd.

  Word has its own pdf creator. It is found under file > export.
