How can I use Livemail to send a simple email unique to everyone in my Inbox?

Two ways to send an email to multiple contacts.

Method 1:

You can sort your contacts in Windows Live Mail. It allows you to create contact categories to organize your address book into groups of related persons. This feature is most widely known as the 'contact group', 'contact list' or 'distribution list' and allows you to send easily emails from mass just by typing the name of the group as the recipient.

Create groups of contacts (mailing lists)

Now, in the future you can send e-mail to this group/list at once.

Method 2:

  1. Click on the button of the Email message on the upper left corner of Windows live mail.
  2. Click on the to: button.
  3. Hold down the CTRL on your keyboard, and then select the contacts you want to send the message.
  4. Click the to-> .

Note: You can also select a favorite or the name of a group specific. So that you know, or if you do not send the message to one of the contacts in this group, then simply click the sign + remove it manually from the list.

    Thank you, I found send it all and who does so will wait to see if the mails have arrived... but now at the bottom of my emails, I have 3 boxes which say Edit Source and preview.  How can I get them off my emails?  And I use Outlook Express

    1: right click on the toolbar. Customize and add the send/receive button, so that you do not need to use the menu bar. It is in the main window. In a composition window, do the same thing, but add the Send button.

    2: in the compose window: view
    Source change to remove these additional tabs at the bottom.

    I lost almost all my messages in the Inbox of my Apple Mail account. This happened 24 hours is, I must admit, a bit traumatic as the 12000 (roughly) emails date back about 10 years and, as everyone understands, some are important. In fact, I was left with about 50 e-mails or something close. I am completely in the dark; When this happened already my emails were restored quickly without any intervention by me.

    My other folders, for example, "sent" and "Drafts" are not affected, just my Inbox.

    I use OS X 10.6.6 (I know, it is not supported now) and Mail Version 4.6 (1085). I use a MacBook Pro and an iPhone 6. Messages are not accessible using my Apple Mail app in the dock or using iCloud. Both options have IMAP settings. Also, I have not exceeded the storage allocated on the server. I tried the function 'Rebuild' in the menu dropdown box mailbox but failed.

    I am not optimistic, but would appreciate greatly any guidance or advice, you can offer me.

  • How can I keep the old emails in my Inbox but disable the account?

    Hello everyone, I have a several email in Mail accounts and one of them stopped by the provider but has 5000 messages or if I want to keep. It was a POP3 account, so all messages are local on my machine. I would like this account, try to connect to the server and check for new messages, since it is now less error all the time. I want to keep messages in my Inbox well - so I can just turn off the e-mail account then hides the messages.

    Anyone any idea if this is possible?

    Given that it was a POP3 account, the messages are stored locally already. So why not just create a folder "Inbox" old or anyone and put them there? Otherwise, you could forward them to another account, but I don't think it's a practical solution.

  • I move all messages in the Inbox with a ruler, but inbox is always marked (blue) as containing unread messages.

    I have several e-mail accounts on servers external that I feed to a local folder "Incoming" with a rule for everyone, "Move incoming message to the local folder". It works to my satisfaction, emties server Inbox and keeps everything on the spot.

    The "Inbox" of a server is marked "BOLD" blue as if it contains unread messages, but it is empty. If I open the empty Inbox, unread indication goes away.

    This server is POP, others are IMAP.

    Home premium Windows 7-64 Thunderbird 31.4.0

    Appears as a filter:

    Copy of message / somewhere
    Mark as read
    Delete the message
    Stop execution

    works.

    A moved message is somehow still in the empty source folder

  • Sent mail in my Inbox

    The last two days, I had sent emails (some, not all) that appears in my Inbox when I replied to the emails that I received. And the original emails to which I replied no longer appear in the Inbox.

    Now, before jump you on me, I would "Arrange by Conversation" decommissioned and the conversation does not appear in preview mode - only the answer I sent with the mail which I displayed indented beneath the text of my response.

    If everyone knows the same or has a correction, I understand of course hear. I have not yet tried to delete my account and starting with a new installation of it because I did not have the time.

    Looks like you may have configured email to always send a copy of the mail sent to yourself.

  • Inbox suddenly empty icloud

    At approximately 17:20 01/21/16, of my icloud email account Inbox suddenly emptied itself without provocation. I was looking at my Inbox on my phone when it happened. A second, it contains messages, the other, they are all gone. I checked icloud.com too, and the Inbox was empty there too.

    So far, they have not been returned. Messages received since then appear. As far I can tell, I moved from mail folders are still there.

    Everyone has had this experience? Any solution?

    Wow, so strange. It turns out that all moved to a folder randomly, and the messages that I rarely use one I wasn't interacting with at all when the messages 'disappeared' in my Inbox.

    This is a user to user support forum. We say what you do not help you get your problem is solved. If you want a few troubleshooting tips then you must indicate what you tried. I don't know of too many e-mail providers that allow you to switch between POP and IMAP, as you indicate. Each type of e-mail has specific parameters, switching back and forth so may be causing your problems. However, your message does not indicate that you want to troubleshooting tips, so I'm not sure that the purpose of your post, as it seems you just want to tell everyone that you have finished with the Apple and the purchase of Android.

    I have an Exchange account and an IMAP account on an iPhone with iOS 9.1 6s and both work perfectly.

    I have a HP with Windows Vista computer.  For the last few days whenever I try to access my email using Windows Mail, a Windows security box appears you request for my user name and password that are not accepted when I type in and to "allow" with a lock symbol appears low to the right of the screen, where "incoming mail" would normally appear. I get the occasional batch of e-mails through but only once per day.  Two days ago, all of my original emails (about 1,000) have disappeared from my Inbox.  I rang my phone co co/email, microsoft and the manufacturers of my coomputer, but everyone tells me problem of is the other company.  Meanwhile, I am really concerned about all the emails that I lost.  Can anyone suggest how to get rid of this security box and restore all my lost emails?  Help!

    2 did you changes to Windows Mail settings?

    I suggest you follow these methods and check.

    Method 1:  Windows message store can be damaged or corrupted.  You can try to rebuild the message store.
