  Hi..., in view of the foregoing, the first step might be to do a restore of the system to the restore point created before the updates were installed.   OK, so I recently had to replace my hard drive on my pc, so I reinstalled windows, do not use the default that came with my pc. So I took it to a repair store to do this. They have set up a default account for me. When I got my pc back, I logged on my microsoft account, thinking that this would change my picture of lock/account. There can be no. Lock screen remained Rainbow, and account remained gray silhouette. I tried a lot of bugs that I found on the fourms several but none were of no help. It is also preventing me from adding a brooch, a photo password. I would like this be fixed, thanks in advance!

• Compact Z5 camera away from the lock screen and the camera button does not work as well

  Don't know what that happen but the icon of the camera on the lock screen suddenly disappeared and camera quick launch button does not work as well. Can I still use the camera from apps however.

  Problem solved through launch quick adjustment of the device. However, didn't turn off in the first place. Hoping that this is just a small problem

• After loging in I end up with a black screen and mouse

  whenever I turn on my computer it starts as normal until it come to the login screen, I log in and the welcome screen come but after that I end up with a black screen and a mouse. I tried to stop programs from starting when windows does and have even deleted some programs that I thought that maybe boging my computer down when starting upwards. I ran out of other things to do.

  Good so I tried this out.  If you touch the screen of the Surface to scroll through everything that is open about it, he doesn't move the cursor of the mouse at all.  The arrow of the mouse pointer disappears from view, but as soon as you touch the mouse again, it's still there at the original location on the touchscreen (no) external.

• iPhone 6 more iOS 9.2.1 freeze intermittently on the lock screen and using the iPhone.

Clear all the settings while keeping my info seems to solve the problem for a day or more. If the iOS software is the problem I can't really trust your other software that works well to keep all my important data. I realize there is no way to back up apps on iTunes more because you're trying to get people to use iclould. How about I pay you guys $0.99 per month and I would like to back up my data on my computer and purchases in less time. I am a legitimate customer and I do not need to be treated like a criminal. What is the point of upgrading hardware and software of the iPhone when your software has created a problem and it won't solve the problem without erasing all the data on my iphone. It's not really give me confidence that the things I bought are things that I have in fact or the software release you works really well. If you want people to upgrade their iPhones every year why you put through all these hassles? Can you guys just fix your software please?

  Even! I feel its been happening too much for me! Do you think it is the system or a virus, the phone can have?  It also freezes when im using my phone. I can't use any other cause of apps that it freezes as well and I have to reset it and I take care of my phone as well! I need answers.
