  We had a strange problem. We use TT in cacahe to connect oracle, and we have a few cache groups, who are using time based aging. Insert us records into them, and 'old' records are unloaded by aging. Once timesten began recording messages like this every second (the system was working well before that):
  
  07:28:48.51 Err: 233506: subd: regular aging failed, error TT0779: query refused; transaction must restore because the log file system is full - file 'dbAPI.c', lineno 10103, procedure 'sb_dbAging '.
  
  The error is not only associated with aging, some other 'data management' operations also fail with errors like that.
  
  All files from TT (TT logs, transaction logs, etc.) are located on a file system that has 40 GB of free disk space (and no file systems are filled on the machine).

  This isn't really a good way to stop it. This stops the demon main instance of TT, even if there are data stores active. It's a bit like making a kill-9 on some of the main processes of Oracle DB! That's why you got the files .trace and .inval.

  For closed properly and one individual data store need you:

  1. ensure that any application accessing the data store process disconnected (tTStatus should show no connection of the application).

  2. stop the replication or cache if used agents.

  3. If you use the ramPolicy defaul setting (inUse) the data store will now offload the memory. If you use ramPolicy 'manual', issue the command ttAdmin of ramUnload to unload the data store. If you use the strategy "always." change the policy manual and unload the previously mentioned such data store.

  If you want to stop the main demon then you need to repeat steps 1 to 3 for each data store in the instance before stopping the main demon.

  Since we don't know what the problem is that it is very difficult to tell if the upgrade to 11.2.1.3.0 will fix it. I suspect that it is unlikely to do. Your license allows probably to this upgrade if you have a valid active support contract (but best to check) but noted that the upgrade from 7.0 to 11g is not a commonplace patch because there has been a lot of changes in 11g compared to 7.0. You must carefully plan the upgrade and thorough testing, and you may need to make changes in demand and or DBA procedural changes too.

  Simply, downloads, 5 times in my case exceeded the meter MS Updates to and somewhere other than my system. Whenever I start the same updates are available. FixIt questions do not address it directly at all, KB2572073, KB2518864, KB2633880 are updates of the problem SP2 and SP3 FIXIT has no ability to cover this because there is not a specific query on exactly that.

• I'm still a student and I tried to get on me creative clouds today and has been blackened.

  I am currently enrolled nat Full Sail University and I am in the last months of my studies. I went to open my first cc pro and he told me that I need to register my subscription took end. I contacted my school and gave me a link, as well as the code of the school. When I went to add it to the basket, he gave me an error window and he told me that I had already downloaded more than once. Anyone know what I can do?   I am a student at the University of full veil from 2012. Full Sail University has sent me the Adobe Creative Master Suite Collection for my school and I just downloaded on my MacBook Pro when I got the Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection. My MacBook was recently corrected to break down but once I turned it on all my Adobe apps have been erased. I can't find my CD to download my apps from the Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection and the only thing I have is my serial number of the Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection. Is there another way I can download my apps? I really need for school please help me!

  According to the JavaDocs for net.rim.device.api.system.EventLogger:

  "Events are persistent across reboot. The Unit maintains a queue of the event; When the log is too full, new events push 'old' on the front of the queue. About 16 K of data can be stored until the log is too full."

  It can happen due to several reasons:

  When you perform a manual archive (via ALTER SYSTEM ARCHIVE LOG CURRENT/ALL)
  When Oracle must respect your ARCHIVE_LAG_TARGET (defined in seconds)

  Unless you do a manual check-in, your parameter ARCHIVE_LAG_TARGET is the reason why you see Archives of logs with different sizes as Oracle has archived the redo log as soon as the time ARCHIVE_LAG_TARGET is reached. Even if the redo log is not full, Oracle will always have to archive the redo log.

  As Glen has rightly pointed out, you can create a routine that runs according to a schedule.

  In the past, I wrote apps/scripts that check the size of the logs for each application, if it exceeds the set limit, copy of newspaper, zips the newspaper, then removes the log (essbase command, not just a delete because there is a lock on the file)

  This routine can be written in several languages.
