  Help, please!  I used a photo password option on my phone (where you use an overlay of the numbers on an image to unlock your device).  All of a sudden, it wouldn't let me use the picture option and started to ask me my password.  I am on 8/10 attempts to unlock and have no idea of what this password (I don't remember not what I chose because I've been using this for over a year now, at least).  Is what I can do to get back me to the photo unlock it option?  I can do to avoid losing everything on my device?

  BlackBerry 10 uses no BIS at all. It uses a data plan generic like most other devices.

  I have 4 email clients on my phone. Mail Mac decided not to send emails at all, although I can still receive all emails as usual. Other clients work perfectly in all respects, receiving and sending.

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (step 1 should translate a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  After updating my new z10 for OS 10.2.1.2941 the device in special "photo-APP" showd a strange behavior.

  He has not started at all. Just indicating a start app, but immediately closed.

  I read on the net that could help a wipe (reset). So ive used the Erase tool, enter "blackberry" and re-installation of the unit. (Either by the way both times, the aircraft had problems to configure the Wifi connection... Never saw this on a Playbook)

  And now, once reset the App photo completely disappeared. No photo app, it seems deletetd. I can find my photos via the file manager... but watch a Photo at a time.

  There is also no mention of the 'AID' - App.

  Any other suggestions anyone?
