Logitech G13 Advanced Gaming Pad - touch working__

I have a Logitech G13 Advanced Gaming Keyboard - it worked fine under Vista but since I have upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate, it does not work. I went to the site of Logitech and downloaded the latest driver. The display part works, but the keys are not. I unplugged and put the USB in a different location - which does not either. I spoke with the support of Logitech, and they could not understand either. I ran the driver update with and it came back saying that I got the latest driver.  I play COD2 and COD WAW - the keyboard is important to me. so, what is the problem and how to fix it?  Thank you

Hurrah... Hurrah - tonight I was able to solve my problem.  I uninstalled the Logitech software, rebooted my machine without connecting the G13. I then plugged in the USB port, made a click right on the driver software and select run as administrator. The software, installed on the G13 display showed that he agreed the profile, the keys work now - boy, I'm happy. It was frustrating not being able to use the keyboard, it is amazing how much used you to something and then when you don't have it it is really bad. Thanks for the suggestions. Hope this helps other people if they have the same problem.

  • Satellite A300 - pad touch dead after update BIOS 2.20

    Hello

exact model is Satellite A300 PSAGCA-06M01N under Win XP.

I had a problem with the webcam, and I read in the forum that it can be solved by a BIOS update. so, I advanced and downloaded the latest version of the BIOS on the site of toshiba, especially for my laptop model. It went quite well with no error.

However when the computer restarts after that the BIOS updated my touchpad no longer works.
I went to Device Manager and could still see the Synaptics touchpad device and it says "this device is functioning correctly. but its completely dead and will not respond with the 2 keys. before I updated the BIOS I never had any problems with it.

I tried FN + F9, nothing helps. plugged in a USB mouse and it works without any problem. In fact, when I plugged in the mouse the synaptics software says "Deactivation of the key because of the external pointing device" for the device driver for the touchpad works.

If I remove the mouse, it will say the touchpad is restored, but it still doesn't work. restarted several times and still the same problem. went into BIOS and chose "default" not still a no go.

Can someone offer any advice or ideas please?

    Hello

In many cases, the touchpad (pointing device) can be enabled and disabled in the BIOS.
I think you should check if this option is available in BIOS and if so, check whether it should be enabled.

I decided to reinstall Win7, in a time of installation the sensor does not work!
Disassembled the laptop, I found nothing.

    Help!

Have you installed the touchpad driver after the installation of Win 7?

If so, you should also check if the touchpad has not been disabled using FN + F9 keys
Also recommend that you check the setting in Control Panel-> mouse-> Advanced tab
Here, you have to go into the advanced settings.
For all I know, you could turn on and off several options of touchpad and touchpad functionality.

    Hello

What cell phone do you have?

I imagine that your laptop comes with XP and now want to use it with Vista OS.
Please note that you should install the Package Toshiba Vista value added to use all the features of the laptop.
Very important is the pilot of common components and the TOSHIBA Flash Cards.

The additional touchpad functionality must be configured first.
This can be done in the control panel-> mouse

  • HP Envy: HP Envy Log with pad touch screen PIN

How can I get the touchpad to reappear so that I can connect with my PIN? He disappeared without warning. I tried to go into the center of the unit, but I saw no option for the keyboard.

    I think that I had a similar problem with my HP spectrum x 360 13-4132ng, Windows 64-bit 10.

The connection with touchscreen and the PIN is possible but sometimes (often), when I click on the input box to the PIN on the login screen, the PIN-keyboard is displayed for one second, but immediately disappears again. I start the laptop and lift my finger on the touch screen (so that users are visible). Then, I am able to enter my PIN code with the keyboard. But the problem is that it takes about 10 seconds (5-20) to get the keyboard screen appear. I tap on the box with my finger, so that the virtual keyboard (with numbers only) appears, but then half a second later, the keyboard screen disappears again. After trying this several times (tapping in 3 to 10 times the input box), on-screen keyboard, finally, is displayed.

  • The satellite A 200 (PSAECE) pad touch and Windows 7

    Hello everyone!

Recently, I installed Windows 7 RTM, everything works perfectly, however, I have a problem with my touchpad that doesn't seem to work. Windows Update installed a synaptic driver, and it does not work. Furthermore, I installed the value on the package, (despite the fact that all the fn keys already worked) and toshiba Alps and synaptic drivers for vista, which doesn't seem to change anything... Read other posts like this mine, I tried to find any option on the touchpad in the bios, but there is no one there in.

Thanks a lot for your answers; It drives me crazy! :(

  • Tecra A10 - pad touch and the keys do not work on Windows 7 x 64

We have recently done a new install of Windows 7 x 64 on a Toshiba Tecra A10.
The operating system has taken over most of the drivers, we had to install drivers for the card reader ourselves.

Our problem is that the touchpad and the buttons work at all.
The driver displayed in devices such as manager being installed, but that's all. I even installed the control panel of the Alps (Vista x 64) which works very well.
Have tried the settings "stick and touchpad are automatically invalidated" when you use an external USB mouse, all to nothing done.

The equipment worked perfectly okay with Windows 7 32 bit installed.

    Is there a fix here?

    Hello

Maybe it of just a driver issue, I checked the downloads available for Tecra A10 on page of Toshiba and Windows 7 32 bit there is a newer driver available for Windows 7 64 bits do not (no driver). If you use the Vista 64 bit driver

What you can do is to test the driver for the touchpad for Tecra A11. There is a version more recent for Windows 7 64 bit of Alps Electric so correct. Touchpad driver is not linked so I sure it will also work on your model of m.

Take a look at the Web of Toshiba Tecra A11 driver site:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com > support & downloads > download drivers

  • Qosmio F60 - pad touch and the keys do not work

I tried to reinstall the control button under additional utility, but there are still problems.

    Hi wilson2022,

Do you mean the buttons light between the keyboard and the computer laptop screen?

If so, they are controlled by added value package, but before you reinstall this tool, first remove the old version. Restart the computer, and then install the latest version of package of value added again.

Also, what OS do you use?

In order to reset the laptop (make recovery) you have two:
    -Recovery disk (or flash memory)
    -HDD recovery

If your desired rodent has a special driver, go to the manufacturer's website and download it (don't RUN) put a copy on your computer where you can find them, also look at the installation instructions, but do not install yet.

Make a just in case, Restore Point that really should not be necessary.

Remove mouse - Safe Mode Boot Device - Manager REMOVE all THE MICE
Reset. Follow the installation instructions is for rodents.

  • HP CM1415fnw under Windows 7. I want to scan to PC using the pad touch printer

I installed the wireless printer, and it communicates perfectly. It will scan USB very well, but I can't find a function to scan the PC unless I work from the PC using the HP software or other TWAIN software. I set up the printer for a friend who is legally blind and not competent computer.  He needs as USER FRIENDLY as it can get! He would like to insert pages in the feeder 'Print to PC' press and do the scan appear on his screen. Is this possible using wireless? If this is not the case, using a wired connection would allow the functionality I'm looking for?

    Hello

I checked the manual of the product, and it describes 3 General methods of scanning.

    Scan methods
Conduct of analysis in the following way.
    ● ● ●
Scanning to a USB key from the control panel of the product.

Scan from the computer using the HP scanning software

Scan compatible TWAIN or image Windows (WIA) - software compatible Application

    Does not matter if you use USB or network connection... None of them are 'push' the image of scan to PC:{{class=fontblue}}

Perhaps we could reflect on a possible way: maybe scan from the front panel for a flash drive, then set up the PC to read and view from the USB to the insertion?

  • function disable pad touch

On the 4 HP ENVY laptop is a feature that deactivates and reactivates the touchpad tapping twice in the upper left corner (where there is a small gray rectangle to indicate the position for the faucet to tun, the touchpad works). What is the procedure to disable this feature? (I find that I often accidentally disable the touchpad accidentally and prefer the feature has been disabled)

    Hello

Open windows control panel and open Synaptics (you can also access it via the mouse... Settings tab... Settings button).  Option, you must disable is ' "Double tap to turn off the touchpad" - the exact location of this setting may vary according to the Synaptics version you have and to some extent the material.  An example of its location in Synaptics 8.1 can be seen in the picture below - just remove the check mark highlighted, click Close, then click on apply.

    Kind regards
