The custom trace button is gray while all other buttons are white.

  Thank you very much to get back again.

  I just talked with a few colleagues in this regard, and this problem seems to be more a matter of Windows operating system, if the computer displays that USB related errors as well as the installation had not yet reached the point where it asks you to select your connection type.

  Maybe it's an investigation that is best suited for community Microsoft Forums as my resources have been exhausted in this respect.

  There is no way to use the fingerprints Notes ID secure. There is no real way to even set a password for the default Notes app.

  If you use a 3rd party notes App that claims to support this feature, then you should tell us that one.

  There is no way to integrate the stands of fingerprint ID Notes like her.

  This is a feature which will come with the next update iOS: iOS 9.3.

  I do not know what operating system so you have and I'll give you the steps for Windows Vista.

  1. click on start / Control Panel
  2. click on programs
  3. open default programs
  4. open "associate any type of file or Protocol with a program.
  5. search in the list, PPT and PPTX and make sure that they are associated with Powerpoint and not Powerpoint Viewer.

  Make sure that you have tried the options listed in this thread: XP without boot troubleshooting.
   
  When you are in the Windows Advanced Options menu you have the option 'Disable the restart in the event of system failure?'   If you select this option, and then instead of restart it will be stops on a screen with an error message.  Then, you can search for the error message or post in this thread and we can help with the search in there.
